My husband's a good man

After moving away from Anastasia's treatment room, Evelyn turned her steps out of the hospital. Actually taking care of her Mommy administration is just an excuse.

Uncle Gerry's parking lot was waiting in the car.

"Uncle." said Evelyn, who got into the car.

"How's Miss...?"

"I'm fine Uncle..."

"I'm glad to hear that. All right then let's go." Gerry started the engine and drove his car.

"Miss Eve.." Gerry finally opened his voice.

"Yes uncle?"

"I'm sorry if I sassy Miss, I just want to ask, how is your daily life at Mr. Aaron's house, does he treat you well?" ask Gerry carefully.

Not without reason Gerry asked like that, seeing Evelyn who was getting thinner and her face that was also pale was very different from before she married Aaron.

Surely Gerry will be worried if Evelyn is treated badly there. This girl had already considered her like her own niece and Gerry did not want Evelyn to go to any lengths.

"I'm fine Uncle, my husband treats me well, uncle doesn't have to worry." It seems Evelyn already knows she will be asked that question, then she has prepared the answer beforehand.

Evelyn took a breath, "I was just thinking, did Daddy have any problems in the past with the guy who framed Daddy.." he said.

"I mean Miss?"

Evelyn was hesitant to tell me everything. He's still thinking about how Aaron accused Daddy of murdering his parents. He really doesn't believe in that.

"His Daddy is a good guy, there must be a misunderstanding here. I have to find out what really happened." Evelyn murmured inwardly.

"Our number has arrived." said Gerry disperse Evelyn's daydream.

"Oh we've arrived...?"

Gerry got out and drove around the car, opening the door for Evelyn.

"Please Miss."

"Uncle, don't you treat me like this?" he said he opened the car door for her.

"It's okay Miss, it's been my duty."

"Uncle.." how many times Gerry won't give up.

Evelyn's jet-black bead now turned to the building in front of her. This is where Daddy is now.

"Let's Miss..." Gerry paused as he stepped followed by Evelyn.

The two entered the building and went to register with the administration officer. After that they were both taken to a visiting room.

They sat on a chair with a table in front of it.

"Daddy.." cried Evelyn when the person she missed so much came out escorted by several officers.

Without waiting for long, Evelyn ran through the officers surrounding her Daddy.

Evelyn's tiny body splashed into Daddy's arms. "Daddy.." That's the only word that can come out of his mouth. Others are just the sobs of longing that he has been holding for several months.

"Elin.." The man ceaselessly showered the princess's head with a kiss of affection.

Alexander also could not hold back his tears so as not to fall on the chair he had just sat on.

"How's Daddy doing...?"

"As you can see, son, Daddy's fine..." Alex tried to hold back his tears from flowing again.

Evelyn knew if Alex was lying, who doesn't know, staying in jail was very unpleasant. It must be cold and narrow.

Just look, the man's body is getting thinner, and his eyelid pockets are getting blackened. Seeing that made Evelyn's heart even more sliced. If he could replace Daddy, he would do it, all for his parents.

"My husband is good Dad, he loves me very much...I'm thin this way because for a few days I ate a little." Evelyn assures.

"Why don't you eat son, it's not good for your health." The question reminded Evelyn that every day she only ate rotten rice and an egg. Suddenly, her tears flooded her pale face.

Evelyn slammed into Alex's arms again, as if seeking strength there. "Daddy knows, you must not have an appetite for thinking about Daddy and Mommy, right?" alex said while stroking his daughter's long mane.

Evelyn shook her head in Alex's arms.

"No Dad, it's not because of Daddy or Mommy, don't ever think like that." let go of his embrace.

"Have not cried again, Daddy's daughter must not cry." Alex's slightly wrinkled hands rubbed Evelyn's face.

After Evelyn calmed down enough, Alex turned to Gerry who had witnessed both father and son. Unmindful of himself also felt a deep sadness for what befell his master's family.

"Gerry, I really don't know how to thank you. You've done so much for our family." looked at the secretary of trust with a meaningful look.

Alex is so grateful to have Gerry by his side who remains loyal when he is hit by problems.

"No need to bother Master, I am doing this solely because I already consider Master like my own parents. This has been my principle, I swear I will remain loyal to you until the end of my life" said the man earnestly.

"Thank you Gerry, I don't know how our family would have been if you hadn't helped us." The man's gaze turned sad, he really did not expect this calamity would befall his family.

The third meeting ended when an officer approached them and took Alexander back to the holding cell. With a heavy heart Evelyn had to go back to separate from the Daddy. Evelyn didn't know, when she could visit her Daddy again, everything felt heavy for Evelyn.

"Uncle, I want to go to the toilet for a while" Evelyn said as they reached the parking lot. "Please Miss, I'll wait in the car."

After nodding her head, Evelyn went to the toilet near the parking lot. After finishing her business and tidying up her messy appearance, Evelyn came out of the toilet.

How shocked Evelyn was when she came out, someone stood before her, looking at her with a murderous look.
