Evelyn looked around looking for Aaron.

"Sir, where are you." call Evelyn after putting her foot on the last step of the ladder.

There was no answer, Evelyn traced the mansion, and she arrived in a spacious room with a fairly long dining table in the middle of the room, it seemed like this was the dining room.

It turned out that Aaron was also there, the man was sitting quietly there enjoying his breakfast.

"But sir, there's no way I can stand doing this housework, even though I'm starving."

"That's your business. Remember not to try eating before your work is done. I'll have the butler watch over you. Remember that! Once you break your father and your company will be destroyed instantly." the man grinned, then stepped his foot out of the room.

Evelyn clenched her hands, trying to hold back her emotions. Crying is all she can do to reduce her emotions. Her tears drenched the girl's face.

She had just been humbled by the man, the man she married yesterday. "Oh my God, why does it hurt so much." The girl patted her chest that was throbbing pain.

The butler who had witnessed the cruelty of his master to Evelyn, looked with pity at the girl.

Evelyn's sweat drenched down her forehead. For almost three hours the girl has been doing chores in this house, ranging from washing dishes, wiping the dust that sticks in every furniture in the house to sweeping the upper and lower floors.

And now Evelyn was mopping the living room floor of the house using a piece of worn cloth. The butler gave the old cloth at the behest of her husband.

Evelyn rubbed her sweat using the back of her hand, many times the girl gulped her saliva to wet her throat feeling dry.

The man was cruel, even for drinking the girl was not allowed. Not only was his throat dry, his stomach was also starving.
