Meet Mommy

Very early in the morning Evelyn was getting ready, today she was going to the hospital to visit the Mommy.

Actually Evelyn really wants to cook her Mommy's favorite food. But it is impossible, considering that she only ate an egg and weathered rice, Evelyn was not as brave as cooking using quality cooking ingredients for the Mommy.

After the sun began to appear Evelyn out of her room, down the side garden to the gate. A tall and large man came to him when he almost reached the gate of Aaron's mansion. From his stature and manner of dressing Evelyn could guess that this man was a bodyguard.

"Miss wait." call the man in black.

"Yes..what's wrong?" he said while watching the man.

"Mr Aaron ordered us to keep an eye on Miss." the man went straight to the point.

"Observing? Why should I be watched, I just want to see Mommy, so there's no need to be watched." Evelyn refused. Besides what Aaron's watching him for, he's not gonna fuck around out there.

"Sorry Miss, this is an order, please don't argue or Mr. Aaron will cancel your departure" the man said.

"alright. It's up to you." Evelyn gave up, it's for Mommy.

"Please come with me Miss." she said, then walked along with Evelyn behind her.

Evelyn finally went to the hospital with the man in Aaron's car.

"What's your name?" asked Evelyn who was sitting quietly in the steering wheel.

"Remar Miss.." she replied coldly.

"Remar, can you stop at a restaurant near the hospital?"

"You hungry Miss?"

"It's not me, I want to buy my Mommy's favorite food." she explained.

"None right." Evelyn was furious with Remar, this man was very talkative.

After nearly an hour's drive, Evelyn reached the hospital where her Mommy was being treated.

Evelyn entered Anastasia's room with enthusiasm, finally after a month she was able to meet Mommy.

"Mommy.." cried Evelyn shortly after entering and saw Mommy being examined by a doctor.

"Elins.." Anastasia is no less happy than Evelyn. The middle-aged woman also misses her only daughter very much.

Evelyn approached Anastasia who was sitting leaning against the hospital gurney.

"Mommy I miss you." Evelyn hugged the woman who gave birth to her.

"Mommy misses you too dear.." didn't miss the woman showering Elin's head with a loving kiss.

"How's Mommy doing?" Evelyn took off her embrace, looking at Anastasia with a sad look.

"As you can see, Mommy is well." smiled brightly at her beloved daughter.

The doctor who had witnessed the meeting of the two women cleared his throat, he was Peter's doctor, the doctor who became a special therapy Anastasia.

"Right Miss, Mrs Anastasia's situation is better now. We didn't expect Mrs Anastasia's recovery therapy to be this fast. Though usually recovery for stroke cases experienced by the Madam can take months or even years" said Doctor Peter.

Hearing that Evelyn and Anastasia were wailing at each other, emitting smiles of happiness in their hearts.

"Mommy.you're great.." hugged Anastasia back.

In the arms of the Mommy, Evelyn ceaselessly chanted a prayer of gratitude to the powerful. Evelyn was sure that all the suffering she was going through right now would definitely disappear one by one.

After Doctor Peter came out of Anastasia ward, the child and mother were seen chatting, letting go of the longing they had endured for a month.

Evelyn feeds Anastasia with Mommy's favorite meal she bought at a restaurant near the hospital.

"How was your marriage dear... Did your husband treat you well?" anastasia asked in their conversation.

"Em. My marriage is fine Mom, even though we don't love each other, but she still treats me well." Evelyn squeezed her fingers out of nervousness.

Doctor Peter asked Evelyn to speak outside. Peter's doctor told Anastasia not to get pressure for a while. And also did not make him think too much which would make his condition drop.

That's why Evelyn didn't tell her the true state of the household. Especially if her Mommy finds out, that she was never treated well by her own husband. Anastasia may be getting worse. Let him bear it all, the important thing is that his parents stay healthy.

"Really.then what about you, do you serve your husband well?" ask Anastasia full of investigation.

"Te..of course Mom?" Evelyn saw the strange look of the Mommy.

"Good be. then. Elin remembers Mom saying, You must always obey your husband, regardless of your husband saving our company from the brink of collapse, it is your duty to serve your husband." Anastasia said.

Elin held Mommy's hand, "Yes Mom, I'll always remember her."

"Mommy my husband hates me.." It felt like he was saying that to Mommy, but things didn't allow him to say that.

"Mommy rest first yes." pushed slowly Anastasia's body to lie on the gurney.

After enveloping her mommy, Evelyn excused herself to come out for a while. But he was stopped, because Anastasia called him back.

"Elins.."

"Yes Mom?"

"How's your Daddy doing?" suddenly Anastasia asked that, leaving Evelyn confused to answer. Because he also did not know the news of the Daddy.

"Daddy's fine Mom, don't think too much... Daddy let it be my business." he said grudgingly.

The girl tried to make her Mommy sad again.

"How could Mommy not think of Elin, your Daddy languishing in jail there, how could Mommy not worry."

Anastasia could not hold back her tears. "Daddy must be cold in there." the middle-aged woman's great-grandson.

After calming Anastasia down, Evelyn came out of the treatment room. Outside the room, he found Remar sitting in the waiting chair.

As soon as she saw Evelyn come out, the tall man immediately stood before Evelyn. "Where's the hell is the hell you going?" blocking Evelyn's steps.

"I just want to go to the administration for a little while, I have to take care of something about my Mommy's care" she said.

"Oh well Miss. But remember Miss, soon we have to go home" Remar said as he moved away from Evelyn.

"So fast?"

"Right Miss, this is Mr. Aaron's order."

"Alright, wait here for a second, please take care of my Mommy."

"But Miss..?"

"I'm just for a minute, there's no nurse keeping my Mommy here."

Remar gave up, he believed that his young Miss was going nowhere.

"All right, Miss."

"Thank you, I'll go first."

Remar just nodded small.
