Evelyn was sitting pensively leaning against the head of the bed, she was still thinking about Kane's words just now. Aaron brought her here? It seemed impossible for Evelyn, given how Aaron had been acting to her. Never one of Aaron's good deeds can Evelyn remember from her husband.

In the middle of his daydream, the door of the room opened. Evelyn thought it was Kane, it wasn't. Evelyn gasped at the person who had just entered the room. The person who had just walked into that room was Aaron.

Evelyn lowered her head, her body inching away as she saw Aaron start walking towards the bed. There is a fear in Evelyn seeing the arrival of Aaron.

Yes, the events of that night left a trauma for the girl against Aaron. Aaron stood right before Evelyn at the end of the bed, staring at Evelyn with his sharp gaze. Aaron had already guessed how Evelyn reacted before entering this room, exactly once with her shadow. This girl is afraid of him.

"You're afraid of me?" aaron's first sentence after nearly two minutes of silence watched Evelyn lower her head.

"No sir, I..." Evelyn gasped at the cold voice that felt like it was raining down on her hearing.

 "I know I'm afraid of me. And it should be, you should be afraid of your master." The man smiled sarcastically at Evelyn cyn.

"This is the result if you dare to go against my orders, and I will carry out a much heavier punishment than this if you still dare to violate my rules."

Evelyn had not yet answered, Aaron had already replied. "You should be self-aware, your position in this house is no higher than that of a servant. You're my wife, but that doesn't mean you can do as you please in this house, remember you're just an outburst of my revenge. Keep it all right!" Those words had brought Evelyn's heart down.

Evelyn did not know what to say anymore, only the water could respond to the man's words.

"I deeply regret the mistake made by your beloved father, so that it requires you to experience this suffering" said Aaron before finally passing from the room.

After Aaron's departure, Evelyn shed her tears in tears as she cried. It hurts so much, it feels like Evelyn just ended her life.

Evelyn felt a hand rub her shoulder, then slowly hugged her trembling body.

"Kane.." Evelyn said.

"Miss.." The woman's hand still faithfully rubbed Evelyn's shoulder, she also felt how much pain the girl in her arms felt.

"Kane, I just want to die Kane." Evelyn said in a sobbing.

Kane was stunned at Evelyn's remark, he did not expect Evelyn to think that far. "Miss." Kane half yelled.

"I can no longer afford Kane, too much misfortune has befallen Kane's life.."

"Miss realize, why Miss is this weak. Does Miss not love Miss's parents anymore?" snapped Kane.

Evelyn was silent, yes... Mommy and Daddy, of course Evelyn loves them. "What do you mean Kane? Of course I love them." Evelyn's face showed dislike of Kane's accusations.

"If Miss loves them, why would Miss think that way, if Miss is not around, who would take care of Miss Mommy?: And Miss Daddy who is languishing in jail, who's gonna get him out of there if Miss isn't around?" kane said firmly, shaking Evelyn's shoulders.

Evelyn was stunned to hear Kane speak, right, who would look after her parents if she wasn't around. His parents still need him. Evelyn relaxed her body on the back of the bed, the girl's mind was extremely chaotic at this moment. Evelyn did not know what else to do, she could only rely on the Powerful One, hoping for herself to be strong in the face of all the calamities that had befallen her.

"Kane.." Evelyn softly looked straight ahead.

"I beg you not to say that again Miss, Miss, you must not be weak, Miss must be a strong girl" Kane said as he rubbed Evelyn's black mane.

Evelyn nodded weakly, "Thank you Kane, you have awakened me. You're right, I can't be weak, because I still have Mommy and Daddy to fight for." Evelyn looked at Kane softly.

Kane smiled sincerely at Evelyn, he was happy for Evelyn to return to the way she was. Kane loves this girl just as much as he loves his kids.

This morning Evelyn woke up early as usual, she was about to start doing her usual activities, the girl was already feeling better after recovering her body for this one week.

Yes, for one week Evelyn completely rested her body, free from doing homework. Kane took good care of him on orders from Aaron, Aaron did order Kane to take care of Evelyn, and did not allow the girl to work.

It is true that she holds the status of wife of Aaron Leonid Vladimir Lisin, a famous successful businessman throughout, but unfortunately Evelyn can not boast of that status. Hah very funny, married but only considered like a servant, maybe this is what the maid said under the guise of a wife.

Evelyn rushed out of Aaron's room, the room she had been in for one week. Carefully, the girl went down the stairs of Aaron's house, walking towards the kitchen.

Arriving at the kitchen, Evelyn opened a small cupboard in the corner of the room, her tiny hand picking up rice and eggs from inside. The girl started walking towards the stove and started cooking.

"Back to reality." Inner girl.

It had been quite a week of enjoying a decent meal, with Evelyn's lyrical feeling of washing up the inedible rice.

"What is Miss doing?" Kane suddenly comes to Evelyn's surprise.

"Kane?" cry Evelyn.  "You surprised me." stroking his chest.

Kane chuckled softly, "Sorry Miss." Kane circulated his gaze behind Evelyn, his forehead wrinkled at what Evelyn was doing.

"Miss cooking?"

"Yes Kane." accompanied by a nod of the head.

"Why is Miss cooking? Isn't there food on the table?" Kane approached the stove, looking at Evelyn's cooking.

"Why is Miss cooking this?"

Evelyn simply smiled wryly in response to Kane's question.

"Miss just recovered, Miss can't eat that. Miss remind me of what the doctor said yesterday? Miss must eat nutritious food." said Kane reminded.

"It's okay Kane, I'm used to eating it. So don't worry."

Evelyn smiled blandly.

Actually it is not her desire to eat this unworthy food, but how else, she has healed, it means Evelyn has to live her life as before.

"Miss?"

"Don't worry Kane, I'm cured." Evelyn convinced.

"But Miss..."

"Just let Kane." the baritone voice sounded shocking to Evelyn and Kane.

The owner of the voice was Aaron who heard the two women's conversation earlier. Aaron raised one of his eyebrows, staring sinisterly at Evelyn. "It turns out you know yourself, can put your position where you should be."

The man's gaze turned towards Kane, "He will do his job as usual Kane, his recovery period is over."

"But sir, Miss still needs a break." Kane argued.

Aaron's face immediately darkened upon Kane's rebuttal, "Are you blind Kane? I think he's strong enough to do his job again" said Aaron, full of emphasis, Aaron is very disputable.

Evelyn touched Kane's shoulder when she saw the middle-aged woman wanting to touch Aaron again. Evelyn shook her head.

"Actually I will do my job as usual Mr." Evelyn mediated. Evelyn who was aware of Aaron's anger immediately cut Kane's words so as not to ignite the man's anger.

"It's good that you know yourself." said Aaron coldly and passed from the front of the two women.
