Red Blood

Red Blood
Krairon - Erga's

Fangs, Rhinos and Ilfina were stranded in a vast meadow. They were all still trying to calm themselves as they almost died in the lunge of a group of Orcs. Except for the Rhino who is still confused typical people just woke up from fainting.

"Ilfina, is there anything you want to say? Like, why did we suddenly get over hundreds of monsters just now?"

Ilfina did not reply, instead her eyelids were wide open while slightly gaping, her face was terrified as she looked behind the fangs.

Taring turned his head, wondering what the girl was looking at. It turned out that a black giant tree trunk was staring at the three of them like food, then shouted so loudly that it had to cover its ears with all its might. The black tree then swung its sharp twig at Taring.

Brazt!

The fangs rolled to the side followed by Ilfina and Rhino. They ran away half-afraid to see a tree that could move almost hollow their heads. What was even stranger was that the tree was able to run in pursuit as well.

The creature's sharp hands almost reached Ilfina, the Rhino twisted its body and then ran with all its might with four legs hitting the tree. No doubt the tree will fall into the abyss behind. The sniffing rhino arrogantly proved who was stronger.

It turned out that the scenery behind them was not too beautiful like the meadow they were currently stepping on. There's a very creepy valley right next door. The valley was full of swamps plus black trees that no longer had leaves.

Everything gives the impression of horror where murder is common in a place like this. It is very different from the trees around the meadow that still looks very alive and green.

Spooky tree trunks move in tandem as far as the eyes look like zombies coupled with their very creepy stature will make children scream. In the western sky there is a giant crescent moon that is very bright, this becomes a sweet enhancer to make the place even more creepy. There was a long bluish river along the steep path leading downwards.

While looking at that contrasting scene, there was a monster with six hands leaping right before the three of them surprisingly. Fingers are shocked not playing until they fall. The monster screamed like the sound of an ape with a human-like stature, but was more muscular. There were three pairs of extra hands on the side, while his face was similar to a large long-nosed worm full of sharp teeth sticking out of his lips. He looked at Taring and Ilfina while growling furiously.

Rhino butched the monster until it fell back to the bottom of the valley, “ayo rose above me!”

Aware Ilfina was no longer strong to run as well as Taring. Rhino did the initiative. After the two climbed to the top, the Rhino ran away from the dangerous valley towards the rising sun in the east as quickly as possible.

Like a Koboy riding a horse, Taring's eyes combed around whether there were any signs of a human still looking like a normal human. At the very least they could find a safe shelter because this place was an incredible danger. How many times have they almost died.

But again all they encountered was a monster with the same look as before. Rhinos should avoid them all if they don't want to be breakfast. But the threat did not just come from monsters, the wood trees that acted like demons almost stepped on them several times.

Where exactly did Ilfina take us? Think Taring.

On top of the highest cliff there is a cave covered by a large rock. Slowly the stone that closed the road shifted a little then there was a flickering of light several times from inside there. With the glare of the sunlight competing with the flickering inside the cave, Taring could not see for too long to know what it meant. So he ordered Rhinos to come to goa.

As soon as he got there he knocked on the door of the cave a few times, “helo! Is anyone here?”

The huge rock slowly shifted to cause tremors above the ground, it felt like an earthquake had occurred. From the darkness, a human-like figure emerged. Feet, hands, body, everything is normal, but covered in protective armor, except for the face. And therein lies his unworthiness, that face does not belong to man, more akin to a worm. Taring was immediately aware in case this one creature would also attack like a monster down there.

“Who are you?”

“You can talk? Good, what's wrong with this place? Why is it so dangerous?”

There wasn't much Taring could do let alone refuse the man's invitation. Ilfina herself had no more energy, she had not come down from the top of the Rhino while her face was pale. Cold sweat poured from her beautiful face.

The worm man took a torch to light the way in the darkness of the cave. After walking far enough, they came to a very wide place like a hall made of stone. There are so many creatures of the same kind, worm-faced humans with armor covering their entire bodies.

Unless there was one different person, she was a woman with a petite cute body, sitting alone in the middle. They were all grim, none of them looked happy.

When Taring entered the hall their eyes were all raised towards him. All were just pensively unresponsive to seeing the arrival of an uninvited guest suddenly enter the crowd.

Pork!

Not yet had Taring give a warm greeting, Ilfina fell from the body of the Rhino. He fainted out of energy, his face was cold sweaty and deathly pale. The rhino then carried her like a princess gently.

“Is there a place to rest?”

The attendants present became panicked, they immediately provided a place for Ilfina to recover her energy. One of them escorted the Rhino to put the girl in the bed at the back of the hall.

After receiving adequate treatment, a worm man who Taring met earlier asked, “who are you guys, O dashing Youth?”

“We ...,” Taring had thought of choosing the word more carefully, “my name Taring, we are being chased by Orcs and accidentally entered this area.”

“Oh no, you guys too yeah, what a pity. But how did you get here safely?”

“Actually our fainted friend had magic power that could move us in the blink of an eye. I also don't know what this place is, we just follow it.”

“Mage, it is appropriate, normally no human being can survive more than ten minutes once entered this area.”

“Actually this is where?”

“Nak Taring, as you saw earlier many monsters out there. The trees that attacked you just now were the Erga, they were poisoned by a virus that made them dangerous and uncontrollable.”

“And the six-handed monster?”

“That's Krairon, our own people who have infected the same virus. All those present here are the only ones who have not been pre-invested, as you can see there is not much left of us. My name is Larga, welcome to the hell land of Krairon-Erga.”

“Seeing from what we just experienced, it's only natural that you call it hell land. Why is everything like this? I'm sure this place was not what it is today, right?”

Larga then sighed long, “indeed true, this place was so beautiful nan green. It all started when Werewolf visited our land.”
