34. We're What's This?

...Humans will continue to change as the earth continues to spin...

"We're canceling it so be it. We're not dating"

Gavin looked at the Queen in disbelief. What the Queen said Gavin could not accept. Gavin opens his mouth to ask the Queen to say that, but the Queen precedes him.

"So gini, tomorrow's the eleventh. Eleven is my favorite. So, I want us to be tomorrow. It's okay, right?" The queen bit her inner lips, she spoke hesitantly fearing that Gavin would disagree with her wishes.

"Okay" Then Gavin looked at the Queen who was smiling broadly at him.

Gavin did not feel any objection to the Queen's wishes. What a difference today and tomorrow, after all the Queen will be his. That's what Gavin thought.

"Today is your last day to be single. Tomorrow you'll be my girlfriend"

Gavin's voice sounded faintly in the Queen's ears. Wanting to be clear, the Queen left Jeni and Kayla behind and started running towards the voice she believed was Gavin's.

The voice was like coming from there, amidst the hordes of people. The Queen believes Gavin must be in the middle of the mob. The Queen pressed her body so that it could be in the middle of the circle of the horde.

The Queen's breathing was disordered and her mouth and eyes were open when she saw Gavin. The man was standing with his hands pulling the collar of a male student's shirt.

Gavin is back. The Queen doesn't know what to do but run. The queen ran away from the mob. The queen continued to run without concern for Jeni and Kayla who called her name. The queen did not care about herself who had not changed her sports clothes.

The queen was disappointed. These few days Gavin never again fights or is called BK but today?  Ah might not be Gavin's name if it doesn't cause trouble. And the Queen never thought that the man who was going to be her boyfriend was someone who liked fighting. This is not the dream the Queen wants. This is a reality that can still be seen with the eyes.

Damnit. Throughout the lesson there was not a single bit of material that he understood. The focus is on someone who is not in the room, Gavin.

The students in the Queen's class already knew what happened to Gavin. At least, the Queen heard that Gavin made the underclassman faint, of course because of his fist. But for the reason why Gavin did such a thing, no one knew yet.

After knowing that information, the Queen did not cry nor did she smile. The Queen knew she was just disappointed. It felt like the Queen wanted to be angry at Gavin but the Queen was too reluctant to see Gavin's face.

The home bell rang, a sign that learning activities had been completed. The queen put her stationery in the bag.

"Queen"

Upon hearing the voice, the Queen moved quickly to put on her bag then stood up from the chair.

"Lo has to beat me up" The voice made the Queen turn her eyeballs. His head turned to Jeni who was beside him.

"Gue first, Jen"

After getting a nod and a careful greeting from Jeni, the Queen stepped her foot. And before passing Gavin who was standing, the Queen pulled Gavin's wrist deliberately.

"Follow me"

"Please bring my bag, Lang" Gavin yelled at the Eagle without looking at the Eagle. Because his gaze was fixed on the Queen's hand pulling on her wrist.

Some people who have not left class can see the incident earlier. Some stared with a look of dislike, some were looking curious about what the Queen would do to Gavin.

After stepping on her foot in front of the 10th grade who was no longer there, the Queen let go of Gavin's hand. The Queen sat her body in a long chair outside the classroom. Without a word, Gavin sat next to the Queen.

Gavin did not answer, but he looked. Then Gavin's head lowered deeply. The queen exhaled in a huff of rage, before giving Gavin a question.

Without the Queen explaining at length, Gavin would have understood the meaning behind it.

Gavin raised his head, then his eyes looked at the Queen who was curious about the continuation of the story. But not only curious, there was also disappointment in the Queen's eyes.

Gavin brought his face closer to the Queen. The Queen tries to keep her face away from Gavin's. Gavin's eyes stared intently at the Queen's.

He pulled his face away from the Queen's face, because Gavin saw the Queen was very uncomfortable with such circumstances.

The queen was looking at Gavin with two teary eyes. Of course, the Queen feels sorry for what Gavin did, even though what Gavin did was not right.

Gavin nodded his head, then his gaze fell on the Queen. Gavin was not prepared to say this but he was eager for the Queen to know.

After taking a breath and exhaling it, Gavin opened his mouth and said.

"Tomorrow and I'm not going to school. I'm on suspension"

The queen hid her face on the pillow. Several times the Queen banished Gavin from her thoughts but to no avail. The words of Gavin who said if he was suspended made the Queen could not think of anything else but that.

The queen did not know why Gavin was so emotional and easily used his hand to punch someone. Maybe his intentions are good, Gavin does not want the Queen for nothing. But the way that Gavin did could not be said to be true.

The Queen remembers her conversation at school with Kayla and Jeni. At that time, the Queen asked the two about Gavin. Like, since when does Gavin like to fight?. And they answered since Gavin was dating Efrina. Then the Queen asked why, but no one knew.

The Queen is curious about what happened between Gavin and Efrina besides their relationship. The Queen wanted to know because Gavin had become like that. Because according to Jeni and Kayla, before dating Efrina, Gavin did not fight often. The Queen hoped that if she knew the reason Gavin had become like that, the Queen would have made Gavin understand that all along, what he had done was wrong.  The Queen has no intention of changing Gavin. The Queen will let Gavin as she pleases, but the Queen will not let Gavin take care of his vices. Not because the Queen is ashamed that Gavin will be her boyfriend, but because the Queen wants Gavin to be better.

Maybe Deva, who had been in contact with Gavin and Efrina, will know at least about what happened to Gavin. But the Queen remembered when she rejected Deva. Deva asks that the Queen should stay away from him and act as if she is unfamiliar with Deva. At first the Queen objected, but Deva said if the Queen remained around, Deva could not forget the Queen. Therefore the Queen accepts Deva's request.

It was clear Deva was not the one the Queen could ask about this matter. Likewise with Gavin, Gavin could not possibly tell what happened to him.

Hawks. That name came from his proposal. Gavin once told me that he and the Eagle were close friends from childhood, but for one reason Gavin and the Eagle had to separate. And the Queen knows the Eagle must know what happened to Gavin.

But will the Eagle help him in answering all the Queen's curiosities?
