CHAPTER 50

After being marked by Devano Adara immediately ran on the path of Devano they also came out of the old building, the men of Mr. Raka's men chased them.

"Dev, I'm not strong anymore to run," said Adara who was bored.

"We don't have much time for Adara" Devano said.

The two of them ran back without paying attention to the direction of the road, Adara who felt difficulty running to take off her joints which had a fairly high right.

"Wear this!" Devano gave her shoes to wear to Adara.

"No," Adara refused.

Without following Adara Devano immediately knelt down to put his shoes on Adara's feet.

They heard the voices of Mr. Raka's men chasing them closer, Adara and Devano ran back.

"Well! Huh! Huh! Dev, I really can't run anymore. My breath seems to be running out" said Adara while adjusting his breathing.

Devano saw a fairly deep hole, he pulled Adara's hand closer to the hole.

"Down!" devano's orders to Adara.

"What?" adara asked as she looked at Devano.

"I said get off fast" said Devano.

Without asking anything else Adara went straight down, she stared at Devano who was busy covering the hole where Adara was hiding.

"Are you not coming down?" adara asked, Devano nodded her head.

"Why? We fit both here," said Adara.

The sound of his papyri getting closer, Devano looked at Adara.

"Please promise me one thing, Adara" Devano's pinta, nodded her head.

"Whatever happens do not make a sound that can invite the criminal, then my efforts to protect you will be in vain. That's why I didn't go into this hole because I was going to protect you" Devano said.

Devano took the ring box in his pants pocket and gave it to Adara, "I want to see you wear it after we get out of this forest" Devano said.

Adara took the ring box in Devano's hand that was given to her. After making sure the woman he loved was safe Devano left Adara's hiding place, he ran to the road that would be passed by his papyri.

Adara saw Devano standing up to confront the criminal, "What does he want to do there? Why is he so heroic," grumbled Adara.

Not long Mr. Raka's men approached Devano who was standing while leaving his waist.

"Give the woman over, then we'll let you go" said one of the thugs.

"But unfortunately I've told him to leave here" Devano sneered.

"Give the kid a lesson!" the thug leader's orders.

Five thugs besieged Devano, three of whom he could take out, but without Devano realizing one of the five thugs picked up wood and hit him in the head.

Duk...!! Fresh blood flowed from between Devano's hair, Adara covered her mouth so as not to make any sound like she promised Devano.

The moment Devano fell to the ground, "I won't let you hurt him!" devano said with a cold look.

He stood up and hit his papal men, Devano's energy weakened his handsome face full of punch wounds and he fell back on the ground.

"I give you one chance where's that woman?" ask the thug chief back to Devano.

"I told you he's out of this forest" Devano replied with a sly grin.

He approached Devano who was still smiling mockingly towards him and "Jlebb...!!!" Fresh blood came out of Devano's stomach.

"Ugh..!!" devano.

The ring box that was in Adara's hand fell down, disbelieving the man who had hurt her was willing to do that for her sake.

No tears Adara dripped when she saw Devano smilingly looking at her until her eyes closed.

"No Dev, don't close your eyes I beg you to hang on. Father, your brother is there where quickly Devano comes in need of help" Adara murmured in her heart as she cried.

Alex, Kavin and Arka arrive in front of Villa followed by Andra, Gio and Doctor Sharif they go to the forest east of the Hanendra family.

Alex and Kavin go in first they call Adara's name but there is no reply.

Adara picked up the ring box given by Devano and opened it and put it on her ring finger.

"I have worn it Devano, I hope you can hold on until Father and Brother Kavin find us.

In the distance Adara heard the voice of his father and brother calling his name, before long Alex and Kavin arrived at the place where Devano lay covered in blood.

When Adara sees her father and brother calling her, Alex and Kavin hear Adara's voice in the bushes.

"Nadara!" call Alex.

"Dad, I'm in the hole" said Adara, Alex approaching the bushes where Adara was hiding.

Alex finds his daughter in a hole covered by bushes she is pulled by her father out of there.

Kavin is taking off his shirt to stop Devano's bleeding, the new Arka is shocked to see his young master bleeding in Kavin's lap.

"Young Master, hang on I'll take you to the hospital" Arka said, taking Devano from Kavin's lap.

Adara who had come out of the hole ran to her brother and Arka who was memapah Devano. "Dev, a-I ...." Adara's words came to a halt as Arka looked at her with an uneasy look.

"Sorry Miss Adara, let me take care of Young Master myself" Arka said and left Adara and her family.

Adara falls to her knees and cries to see Arka taking the dying Devano away, Alex, Kavin and the others approach Adara who is crying hysterically.

"Darling, let's go home!" take Alex to his daughter.

Adara stood up and hugged her father, Doctor Syarif wiped her tears in the corner of her eyes through his future wife was crying for another man.

At the hospital Devano directly handled by four Doctors, Evelyn and Mr. Raka came after receiving news from Arla that Devano was admitted to the hospital.

"Arka how is Devano's condition, now?" evelyn asked as she reached the front of the operating room.

"Young Master's condition is not yet known Madam, the Doctor is still inside yet to come out" replied Arka.

The three of them waited for the Doctor to come out of the operating room, Mr. Raka clenched his hands he could not believe his son was starting to stretch back.

Five hours later the operating light went off and the door to the operating room was opened, four Doctors who handled Devano out Evelyn approached the Doctor and asked the condition of her son.

"What is the condition of my son Doctor?" evelyn asked the Doctor who had operated on Devano.

"Currently the patient's condition is critical and comatose" replied one of the Doctors.

Devano was moved to the ICU room Arka closed his eyes, "You've become the true man of Young Master" Arka murmured inwardly.
