CHAPTER 23

Alex and Gio have arrived at their apartment parking lot, Alex and Gio take the elevator directly in the parking lot. Alex had arrived in front of his apartment and began to press the password number of his apartment door.

Alex is shocked to see Jenni and Adara asleep on the sofa, Alex wakes his daughter from a dreamland.

"Darling why sleep here and Aunt Jenni?" Ask Alex.

Adara who was still half conscious woke up "Dad." She hugged Alex.

"Whose mother." Alex asked his daughter again.

"Mother is sick, me and Aunt Jenni are looking after her." Adara answered and yawned again because there was still drowsiness in her eye fertilizers.

Alex calls Gio to tell him that Jenni is in his apartment, after closing his call Alex enters the room and sees Kanaya sleeping peacefully in their bed.

"Kanye." Call Alex.

Kanaya who heard Alex's voice immediately opened her eyes. "Mas." Kanaya wants to wake up but Alex holds her back and lays her back down.

"Rest, I'll call the doctor here."

"Don't, it's just dizzy now I'm better after sleeping. We're going to go shopping at the supermarket." Kanaya wants to wake up again, but Alex keeps her.

"No, let me do the shopping you just write down what we need." Said Alex.

"I want to go." Kanaya hugs Alex's waist spoiled, Alex looks at his wife who is suddenly spoiled at him.

"Why are you suddenly spoiled like this." Alex tries to let go of Kanaya's hand which is coiled around her waist.

With much drama Alex eventually relents and lets Kanaya go shopping, "Don't take what we don't need." Kanaya nodded at Alex's words.

Kanaya took just as necessary snacks, now they headed to the place of vegetables and meat suddenly Kanaya's head was dizzy and her stomach was like in a stirring "Mas." Call Kanaya when she almost falls.

"Kanye." Alex holds Kanaya's limp body.

"I'll take you to the hospital." Alex was in a panic when he saw that Kanaya's face had started to pale.

Alex takes Kanaya to a chair near the exit to wait for her to pay for the item Kanaya had taken, Alex's view can not be separated from his wife who is now waiting for him.

"269 thousand sir." Said the cashier, Alex took the cash in his wallet and handed it to the supermarket cashier. "Take the change." Alex ran over to Kanaya.

Arriving at Alex's apartment, Kanaya gets into the elevator even though Kanaya refuses, but Alex is still worried about Kanaya. "Mas, I can walk alone I'm fine." Kanaya said, but Alex ignored his wife's words.

They had arrived at the door of the apartment, Alex put the groceries on the dining table and drove Kanaya to the room to rest.

"Now rest, if you're still not feeling well I'll call the doctor here." Alex envelops Kanaya.

"Why did it hurt when I got here." Grouser Alex.

Kanaya who listened instantly woke up and stared cynically at Alex, "Oh! Am I sick of charging mas so much?"

"Who said."

"I heard it myself, don't help me." Kanaya immediately laid her body and turned her back to Alex who was still confused by Kanaya's attitude.

"His this why? Sometimes spoiled and sometimes angry for no reason, who should I ask? Gio and Andra can't count on." Alex muttered and left Kanaya in the room.

Kanaya heard the sound of the bedroom door closing, she then turned her body and woke up leaning her body on the head of the mattress.

In the living room Alex and Gio discuss his work, Alex does not want to leave Kanaya so Gio brings all the documents and files that Alex still has not checked.

"Have you done what we should discuss tomorrow at the meeting?" Ask Alex.

"It's Young Master. How is Young Madam's health?"

"I'm confused, sometimes he's spoiled sometimes he's angry for no reason." Alex scratched his non-itchy eyebrows.

"After the meeting we have to replace employees whose work is not good, we have to do it as soon as possible, Kanaya is sick if you stay here for a long time."

"Since when have sick people lived abroad." Inner Gio. But he just nodded his head in a sign of understanding.

Adara went into the room to meet Kanaya, the sleeping Kanaya opened her eyes and smilingly saw her daughter standing beside her.

"Mother I miss brother, when are we coming home?" Adara's face looked sad.

Kanaya wakes up and lifts her daughter up to the bed, "We're going to call sister." Kanaya picks up her phone that is on the bedside nightstand.

Kanaya starts calling Kavin's phone but is not picked up, once, twice and a third time but not picked up. Kanaya called her mother-in-law but just as there was no answer, Kanaya had started to panic she was back calling her son's phone but still no answer.

"Mother Adara really wants to see sister." Adara began to cry for some reason she missed her twin sister so much, not as usual maybe because they were separated by a very long distance.

"Maybe my sister's learning so her phone's not on a note." Kanaya begins to calm her already crying daughter down.

Alex who heard the sound of her daughter's cries immediately ran to the room in the aftercare by Gio. Alex opens the door and sees Kanaya hugging Adara.

"Well, what's wrong?" Alex took them.

Kanaya's eyes were filled with clear liquid that was ready to spill over her cheeks "Kavin did not pick up her phone." And sure enough Kanaya's tears flowed down her pretty cheeks.

"I'm gonna call him so don't cry." Alex took his phone in the front pocket of his pants.

Neither is there an answer, many times still no answer now he called Andra shortly Andra answered his call.

"Hello."

"........"

"No Kanaya and Adara want to talk to Kavin, I've hung up." Alex ended the call.

Kanaya looked at her husband who was still standing in front of her. "Kavin where?"

"Kavin chose to stay in the dorm, mom and dad had already banned him but he still wanted to stay in the school dormitory."

Kanaya calms her still crying daughter in her arms, Alex returns to the living room to finish her pending work.

Tonight Adara sleeps in her parents' room, she still cries for some reason as well as Kanaya's heart and mind can not calm thinking about her son, especially when she knows her son chose to stay in the school dormitory.

"Sister, huhuhu." Adara delirious.

Kanaya holds her daughter's forehead and is very hot, Adara has a fever. When he wanted to get out of the room Alex had already opened the door to the room "What's wrong?"

"Having a fever, he's got Kavin." Kanaya looks panicked.

Alex immediately ran and raised his daughter "Sister, huhuhu." Adara was still delirious until they arrived at the hospital. Kanaya contacts Jenni and tells her that they are in the hospital.
