CHAPTER 35

Devano had reached Alex's house, he then pressed the bell beside the main door in Alex's residence.

Not long after the door opened, Ani looked at the handsome young man who was standing before her.

"See who?" Ask Ani.

"I want to meet-." Not done yet Devano spoke, Kanaya came.

"Who's coming A-ni." Kanaya is shocked to see who's coming to see her even though she already knows that Devano and his daughter have an appointment tonight.

"My daughter won't be out tonight." Kanaya.

"....." Devano silently heard Kanaya's words.

"Darling who's dat-. What are you doing here?" Alex asked as he watched Devano stand at his doorstep.

Devano had not yet spoken Adara had come to them. "Dev, have you come? Dad, Mother Adara go first." Pamit Adara to both her parents.

"It's in." Resolute Alex.

"My father and Devano."

"Dad said come in, I don't like to repeat words. You can't relate anymore, Kanaya take Adara to her room." Alex's voice began to rise.

Kanaya approaches her daughter who is next to Devano, and tries to take her daughter away because she knows her husband is holding back her anger.

"Honey come on, listen to your father's words, son." Canaya Persuad.

"Our father loved each other, why should we be affected by the hostility of these two families."

"Dad was never hostile to anyone, but his family started it all." Syndir Alex then glanced sharply at Devano.

"Bring Adara in, Kanaya." Said Alex.

Kanaya takes her daughter away leaving the two men standing between the main door, as she and Adara want to go up the stairs they cross paths with Kavin.

"Sister." Call Adara.

"Kavin took your sister back to her room." Pinta Kanaya, Kavin nodded.

Kanaya follows her husband who is still outside with Devano, when Kanaya comes she is surprised to see Alex who has gripped the collar of Devano's shirt.

"Mas." Kanaya tries to break Alex who is ready with his punch.

"Don't interfere with Kanaya." Alex said without letting go of his glare at Devano.

"Adara won't go, so calm yourself down. Devano I hope you come home soon, and don't get in touch with our family again." Kanaya Pinta.

Alex takes off his grip and pulls Kanaya in. "It's closing the door and telling the security guard not to let the man in the yard of this house again." Alex said in a loud voice.

"Good Lord." Ani answered and then closed the door.

Devano with a broken heart finally left Alex's residence, he sent a message to Adara.

"Adara, tomorrow afternoon I will go to England maybe I will return to Indonesia in a few months."

Devano also drove his car in the middle of the city crowd, just a few minutes he arrived at the Hanendra residence.

Adara sobbed as she read a short message Devano sent to her phone, Kanaya went into her daughter's room, she approached Adara sitting next to her bedroom window.

Kanaya was sitting next to Adara, she glanced at her daughter who was still as hiccuped as she cried.

"Dear." Kanaya held her daughter's hand.

"I want to leave you alone, please leave Adara." Answer Adara.

With a heavy heart Kanaya went to leave Adara who was still hiccuping, she knew at this time her daughter needed to calm her mind and heart.

Kanaya returns to the room, Alex turns to the door as his wife closes the door.

"How is Adara?" Ask Alex.

Alex looks at Kanaya, he actually likes Devano but when he knows the Devano family that makes his family suffer because being separated from his son makes him hate all members of the Hanendra Family, Devano is no exception.

"Come here." Alex patted the bed, and Kanaya approached Alex and sat down next to her husband.

"I think it's time we found a nice guy for our daughter Kanaya." Said Alex.

Kanaya just kept quiet, Alex who saw Kanaya just silently did not respond to her words he quickly wrapped his hands around Kanaya's waist.

"You didn't listen to me?" Ask Alex.

"What do I think finding a husband-to-be for Adara can make her happy?" Kanaya asked and then tried to release her husband's burly arms, which are still around his waist.

"Well! Tomorrow I'll ask Adara." Answer Alex.

"Can I ask you something?" Alex asked Kanaya who was looking at him.

"What?" Ask Kanaya.

"Den'd like to have a sister." Alex glanced at his faithful wife looking at him.

"That's Kenan's wish what do you want?" Search Kanaya.

Alex scratches at his non-itchy eyebrows, he kind of turns his brain around looking for answers to Kanaya's questions.

"Kavin will have two sisters, Adara also has one sister, and Kenan also wants to have a sister." Said Alex who tried to give Kanaya an excuse, Kanaya just nodded her head.

"Other time, I'm still thinking about our daughter, she looks bad right now." Kanaya.

Kanaya's hand was pulled by Alex as she got off the bed, Kanaya stared intently at her husband but Alex only smiled at the sharp gaze of the woman who had given him three children.

"You know how I didn't like rejection?" Alex smiles.

"Our age is no longer young, it's time to rest, don't look for disease." Kanaya tries to resist her husband's wishes, instead Kanaya doesn't want to serve Alex but right now her mind is still thinking about her daughter.

But not Alex if his wish is not fulfilled, although Kanaya refused but he still opened all the clothes on Kanaya's body, and bed sports were carried out.

This morning Adara was getting ready to go to her boutique, because yesterday Kira gave news that a visitor wanted to order a wedding dress at her boutique.

Alex, who was at the dinner table with Kavin, saw his daughter coming down the stairs and called him to breakfast.

"Dad I'm busy today, yesterday Kira gave word there's a wedding dress order." Adara said as she was in the dining room.

"At least sit down and drink some milk first." Answer Alex.

Adara was sitting next to Kavin, with her eyes full of tears all night she was just talking potluck.

"Okay dad, I'll go first." Adara kissed her father on the cheek, then went to the kitchen to say goodbye to her mother.

"Let's let brother drive you to the boutique." Adara nodded at Kavin's offer.

In Adara's car just silent, Kavin tried to melt the quiet atmosphere with various questions and Adara only answered as if.

They also arrived in front of the Adara boutique, there was a car parked Devano in front of the boutique, Adara glanced at her brother who was just sitting next to her.

"Sister."

"Meet him, I won't tell you father and mother." Answer Kavin, who understands his sister's feelings.

Although he also does not want Adara to be in touch with Devano because he knows that Devano is not sincere to his sister but he also can not do anything, when he saw Adara crying in his room.

"Thank you brother." Adara.

"This is the last time I'll let you see him, in the future I'll ban you from being in touch with the Hanendra family, now get out." Adara nodded and opened the door of Kavin's car and waved her hand as her brother's car left her button.
