Eps 59: Argani and Friendship.

In a treatment room, Abi was surrounded by his four friends and a royal physician who looked old.

"Will my friend be healed, sir?" Adi looks restless, the body and legs are unceasingly moving.

"Just calm down, son. Your friend will be fine" replied the old healer trying to calm Adi and her friends.

"A-a-is Abi t-can't b-walk like s-init again, T-master?" Disa asked with a sigh of unwillingness, Disa was seen still holding back her tears.

"For now, we just need to think about his health." The healer stood up and walked up to Dina and patted her on the shoulder slowly and then went out of the treatment room.

Hearing the doctor's answer made his friends back to shed tears, they could not imagine his friend could not walk like a human in general.

Abi looks still unconscious, he lost so much blood. Only time can answer Abi's safety.

While they were still overwhelmed with grief, suddenly someone entered the treatment room. Adi, Cahya, Disa and Haira glanced at the door on the right to see who had entered, it turned out that he was Evan the separator. Evan stood next to Abi's friends with a look that exuded sadness and guilt.

"Why is it here? Don't you have to be the arbiter of the next game?" haira asked to see Evan standing beside her.

"No, for a few minutes the match was stopped. The arena is in a cleanup and it looks like the King still wants to make sure the next warrior candidates persevere."

"meaning?"

"After seeing Abi who had lost his leg, it was likely that the King would ask again the would-be swordsman, whether they would still advance, or not."

"The king is very attentive to his people, well!?"

"That's what the king is for! I admire him just as much as I admire Argani!"

"Who's Argani?" Haira looked curious by the name.

"He is the strongest warrior directly chosen by him!"

Hearing Evan's words, everyone in the treatment room was shocked. Just this time they heard the name of the strongest swordsman, not through the news of birds, but directly from the swordsman with Tier Emperor.

"Why were we also given injections?" cahya asked confusedly, she felt no pain whatsoever.

"You have been exposed to the monster poison Tagula," Evan replied briefly. Evan's answer certainly makes Adi, Cahya, Dina and Haira surprised. They don't remember ever being exposed to the Tagula monster's poison.

"When did he inject the poison?" ask Adi with a rising tone.

"Poisons can not only hurt you if injected. Toxins can spread in many different ways, such as being exposed to the liquid, breathing air, wearing something and holding something!" Hearing Evan's reply, Adi immediately held onto a scar at the start of the match.

"So from the beginning we've been exposed to poison?"

"Right, from the beginning of the match you have lost, not knowing the fact that poison has flowed in your blood. You can't continue the exam anymore, you've been disqualified for failing to kill the Tagula monster."

"Hmm .. we don't care anymore about this test. As long as Abi's life is safe, that's enough!" Disa said in a confident tone.

They were silent for a few minutes looking at Abi who was still lying weakly on the bed. All eyes were on Evan as he began to speak,

"No need to apologize, it's all my fault! I'm too weak and stupid!" Adi chided herself with a hand that gripped her chest tightly.

"Hem .. on second thought you have a point!" Hearing Evan's reply, Adi and her friends looked towards Evan with puzzled looks. "It's all because of you! If only you could control your element well, this would never happen. Goddamnit! The water element you used healed the wound that was on the body of the Tagula monster!" The nature of Evan changed 180°, his eyes glared sharply looking at Adi's face with visible veins.

Adi who had previously been hit, now felt the blow back. A precise punch hit his heart, his body shook again and his eyes glared as if they wanted to get out of his eyelids.

In a squatting position, Adi held her head and grabbed her hair firmly. His mouth was shaking very strongly, veins were visible in his hands along with Adi who grabbed his hair.

Seeing Adi who began to lose his mind, Disa, Cahya and Haira cried while hugging Adi's body tightly.

"No, Adi! It's all not true, don't listen to his words!" Cahya tried to calm Adi who began to lose his mind.

"You must be I-remember, right? How do we practice b-together? How do we laugh together? And how do we go through the c-experiment together? Don't let it ruin you, Adi!

"You're the strongest o-person ushered in, I'm sure Abi would be mad if I-looked at you like this!" The cry that Disa tried to hold suddenly broke saw Adi who was like losing herself. Disa had never seen Adi hit to this extent before.

"If your goal is to come here just to make things worse, you better get out! We don't need words that discourage people like that!" Haira who did not like Evan's words immediately kicked him out of the treatment room with an angry tone and facial expression.

Evan just grunts his breath slowly and then goes out of the treatment room leaving Adi and his friends who are still in a state of annoyance and sadness.

On the other hand, the King is seen to be reminding his people back about their belief in facing this test. The king did not want his people to go down the wrong path and sacrifice something that should not be done. But still, none of the would-be warriors intended to rip off his number. The king only sighed and sat back down on his chair.

Some people were seen still clearing the arena to be ready to use for the next fight. Some people raised the corpses of the Tagula monsters and some also cleaned up the blood that was scattered around the arena. They do it quickly, they are experts.

From the door that connected several places it was seen Evan walking slowly back to his initial position. As he stood for a few minutes in his position, Evan sensed that someone was watching him from a distance. The separator saw who the person who looked at him from earlier, it turned out that the person who looked at him was the King. Evan lowered his head then as quickly as lightning ran before his King.

Bowing, Evan said, "Do you have anything to say, Your Majesty?"

"You must know what kind of monster to fight next, right!?" asked the King looking towards the arena of the match that was being cleared.

"I know, Your Majesty."

"Don't let your guard down, don't be upset and don't hesitate! I don't want to see my people die in front of my eyes anymore!"

"Your request is the wish of the servant, Your Majesty." Evan lowered his head then went towards his position again.

After standing in the middle of the arena for a few minutes, the arena was clean and ready for reuse. It looks like Evan is preparing to call the name of the next swordsman candidate who will fight monsters. The heartbeats of the candidates for the swordsman again beat fast waiting for his name to be called.

"The next game is about to begin! To whom I look up, hope he and his best friend enter the arena! The name of the next candidate to fight is ...."
