Asya stared at the clock that was coiling in her hand. It's almost nine o'clock in the evening, but he's still at Darren's house. Alisha was really so clingy to him. In addition to inviting Asya to tell a story, he also asked Asya to accompany him to study. Asya also happily complied.
After ending their conversation, Asya said goodbye. Darren's gonna drive him.
"Tante, Uncle, Asya go home first, yeah."
"Yes, honey. Say hello to your mother." Asya nodded her head, agreeing with Alula's words.
"You guys be careful." Saying Gara.
"Sir Asya, thank you for Alisha today."
"Yes. You studied hard, yeah."
"Ready, Brother."
Huh, that's how she wants to be the same Asya. Inner Darren looked at his sister.
"Ekhm... Thanks, yes, I'm picking it up. I'm sorry, you've been here all night."
"Who's here till night because of you? The guy I'm here wants to accompany Alisha."
"Ck. Yes, why the hell, yes. If the ginikan be ashamed of me." Said Darrel while covering his face with both palms. It made Alula, Gara, Asya and Alisha chuckle. While Darren, he just stared expressionlessly at Darrel.
After saying goodbye, Darren and Asya immediately left. The atmosphere in the car was so quiet. Neither of them opened their voices.
Until almost five minutes they were silent, Asya could not stand it anymore. He encouraged himself to talk.
"Darren," he called, but Darren remained silent and focused on driving.
"Are you still mad at me about that lunch?" Ask. "I did manage all that. I just want you and Na..."
"Don't talk about it again, Asya. I'm not angry."
Asya. I heard the breath of the girl. "What about your company?" Asya tried to change the subject of their conversation.
"Everything's good." Reply Darren.
The conversation just stopped. Asya chose to stare at the street through the window. While Darren, he is still very focused on driving.
Sensing the absence of movement from Asya, Darren turned his head. Asya had fallen asleep with her head leaning against the window of the car. Darren slowed down the car. One of his hands moved to get rid of the child who covered Asya's face.
"You must be very tired of accompanying Alisha today. That kid, he really likes you a lot." Darren murmured, who then refocused on driving.
I don't understand the real me. I consider Asya as my best friend. But, I don't like it when Asya is close to other people. Especially men. Even if it's Darrel and Jiyo though. I shouldn't be like that. Inner Darren.
A few minutes later, Darren's car arrives at Asya's house. Before getting out of the car, Darren justifies Asya's sleep so as not to lean on the car door. After that, he got down and opened the car door for Asya. With so much care, he carried Asya.
A bodyguard who saw her immediately opened the door for Darren. The man carried Asya up the stairs to his room and was helped by a servant to open the door.
Darren laid Asya down so quietly. Trying to keep the girl's sleep undisturbed. He slowly rubbed the girl's head. Just as she was about to raise her hand away from Asya's head, Naomi barged in while calling Asya in a rather loud voice.
"Asya, you..." Naomi's call instantly came to a halt as her eyes met the sharp and horrifying gaze that Darren threw for her.
"Da-Darren."
Not caring about Naomi, Darren turned his gaze to Asya who was asleep. He pulled the blanket to cover Asya's body as limited as his chest. And whatever pushed him, he lowered his head and kissed Asya.
"Good sleep" he murmured slowly, then went out.
Naomi clenched her hands looking at Darren's gentle treatment of Asya. As Darren stood on equal footing with him, he felt trembling and gulped his saliva.
"Get out!" Darren's orders are cold.
Naomi didn't move a bit. "I want to talk..."
"Get out of here or get out of this house!"
Naomi could not say anymore. Getting out of Asya's house is a bad thing. He has not enjoyed a decent life like Asya. And most importantly, he still couldn't melt Darren's heart. Thus, he chose to leave Asya's room.
"Bother!" Darren said, then get out. He closed the door of Asya's room so slowly, so as not to cause a sound that could wake Asya.
Darren comes down and meets Edo and Irene downstairs. Irene's sincere smile greeted Darren.
"Good night too, Darren." Reply Irene and Edo simultaneously.
Edo looked at Gara's son with his eyebrows raised. He was about to tease Darren.
"Asya was asleep when you took her. But, why did you stay in his room for so long?" Edo asked with a seductive look at Darren.
"Sleep with her for a while." Answer Darren, indifferently.
Edo's eyes immediately widened to hear Darren's reply. His mouth seemed to be very stiff to take out a few words. He who wanted to tease Darren was even surprised by the boy. While Irene, she was calm. He believed in Darren. The child will not do anything beyond limits to his daughter.
"Then I say Auntie, Uncle." Darren Irene's.
After Darren's departure, Irene patted her husband's shoulder, so that the man would come to his senses.
"Darren said he slept with Asya." He said with a look of disbelief.
"Ck. Conscious, darling. Darren's just kidding."
"What if it's right? I don't want my daughter to be played with by men."
"You're scared because you used to play a lot of women?"
Edo immediately gulped his saliva. The wife's words are true. He was afraid, his actions used to affect the princess.
"Easy! Don't think shit. I believe Darren will take care of Asya. But, if it happens to our daughter, you're the one I blame. Because this is what you're doing." Irene said and walked to her room.
"Hey! Sweetheart! Why is it my fault? Akhh... Strange as you are, baby." Edo said, then chased his wife into the room.

Darren laid his body on his bed. It's almost eleven o'clock. But, Darren had not felt sleepy. He got up and grabbed his laptop. Sitting on the sofa that was in her room, and reading the file that Jiyo sent.
Geck... Geck... Geck... The door to his room was knocked, making Darren turn.
"It's me, Darrel."
Darren immediately got up and opened the door for Darrel. The man barged in and sat down on the sofa.
"What's wrong?" Ask Darren, come sit down with Darrel.
"Nothing. Just not sleepy. So, I'm here." Said Darrel who responded to nod by Darren. "What do you see?"
"The file that Jiyo sent."
Darrel was silent for a moment. Actually, he went to Darren's room to tell him something that kept bothering him. But, seeing Darren who was busy checking the files, made him cancel his intention.
"Because you work a lot, I won't interfere." Darrell got up and was leaving. However, Darren's words made him stop.
"What are you hiding?"
Darrel took his breath. He tried as quietly as possible before turning towards Darren.
"Nothing. I'm just a little tired."
"I know you well. Don't lie to me." Her speech. His eyes focused on his laptop.
Darrel took his breath again. He sat himself down next to Darren. The man shifted his focus from the laptop to Darrel. He will listen to what his twin will say.
"Something keeps bothering me." Darrel. Darren just heard. Let Darrel tell him all the burden.
"I'm a jerk. I did a dirty thing to a girl. But I don't know who that girl is. I've been trying to find him, but I still haven't got him." Darrel.
"I feel so guilty. But I didn't intentionally. Someone accidentally put that damn drug in my drink. That girl must be very hurt right now. I'm also afraid to tell Dad." Darrel continued, lowering his head.
Darren patted the back of his twin brother. "I'll help you find him. Is there a hint about the girl?"
"none. I just know, he's the guy there. I heard he asked me to let him go using the language of the country."
"Calm down. We'll find him." Darren. "You should tell this to Dad. Whatever the consequences, I need to know. Maybe, I have a solution."
Darrel nodded in agreement to Darren's words. After a while, he returned to his room.
