But quickly Alvero immediately smiled towards Red. Trying to give Red a chance to say the terms he wants.

"Tell me Mr Red, what do you want for you to be willing to train a special forces team in Renhill City?" With a calm attitude Alvero immediately asked what Red wanted from him.

"Not much Mr. Alvi. Only one condition. Let me and Marcello have full power in training the 200, without interference from the government. Anyone should not question, let alone regulate how and how we will use to train the special forces.
