Alina was crying. He immediately ran into the ER room. Raphael's body lay in bed covered in a white cloth. Alina approaches Rafael's body. He cried while hugging Rafael's body.

"Sir Rafa....Brother Rafa.hik hik. Brother says will always be with me hik hik hik..don't leave Alina hik hik hik hik" said Alina while crying.

"Sir Rafa I love big sister, Alina wants to be with hik hik hik..., Alina loves Kak Rafa hik hik hik" said Alina.

"Sir Rafa wakes up hik hik...Alina loves Rafa. Didn't you want to hear my answer. Wake up..wake up..wake up sister" said Alina.

Alina berlinang's tears. He's very sad. His heart was broken hearing of Rafael's death. Half his soul went away. Rafael was his life. Alina realizes without Rafael her life is lonely. Rafael is not just a brother to her but a loved one. He loved her ever since they met but never realized it was because of a brotherly bond.

Alina was limp and sat down and cried.

"We were always together from childhood. Brother said he will take care of Alina forever hik hik.., why brother left Alina alone hik hik hik. Wake up, I love you hik hik.." said Alina.

There was a sound from the side of the room that was bounded by the curtain.

"His heart beat back"

"really?"

"Yes, his heart is beating again" said the doctor.

Alina was still crying, her tears kept flooding her cheeks.

"Sir Rafa I love you hik hik, wake up. I want to see you hik hik" said Alina.

Someone hugged Alina from behind. The hug was so familiar. Alina was very familiar with the warm body, breath, and body scent that embraced her. He turned back.

"Sir Rafa hik hik hik" said Alina.

Alina hugged Rafael.

"So you said you loved me, did Alina really?" ask Rafael.

Alina nodded while crying.

"I want to hear it" said Rafael.

"I love you sister, I love you, don't leave me hik hik hik" said Alina.

Rafael hugged Alina tightly and kissed her head.

"I love you so much, Alina" Rafael said.

Rehan looked at the two of them, his position standing right behind them. He heard everything they said.

"Alina" said Rehan.

Rafael and Alina immediately took off their embrace.

"Father" said Alina.

"Om" said Rafael.

"Thank God you're okay Rafael" Rehan said.

"Yes Om" said Rafael.

Rafael was taken to the hospital room. Alina and Rehan accompany Rafael. Alina kept smiling seeing Rafael was fine.

"Pa, Rafa Alina wants to pray first" said Alina.

"Yes" said Rehan and Rafael.

Rehan approached Rafael, standing beside his bed.

"Rafael has something to talk about" Rehan said.

"Yes Om, please" said Rafael.

"Om knows you and Alina have lived together since childhood. You are always together and even love each other as brother and sister. But today Om saw a different scene. You are no longer brothers and sisters but rather lovers who love each other" Rehan said.

"Yes Om, I love Alina, Om's daughter" Rafael told Rehan.

"Om not blaming the love you feel for it's grace. But you and Alina have different beliefs. You can't be together in a bond. It is impossible to bless you if you have different beliefs. Because faith is our life guide. So it all comes back to you, as long as you have different beliefs during that time Om will not approve of your relationship" Rehan said.

"Yes Om I understand" said Rafael.

"Don't give love to Alina if you're gonna leave her. If you can't get one goal with Alina. Better leave Alina now. Don't make him love you more. It will hurt if later the differences are forced to separate you" Rehan said.

Rehan did not want to agree to Alina and Rafael's relationship. But the difference in belief will make them both hurt later.

Rafael left a letter to Rehan. He decided to leave Alina.

Alina went into the hospital room. He didn't see any Rafael in the room. There was only Rehan sitting in that room. Alina approached Rehan.

"Pa, where's Rafa?" ask Alina.

"He's gone son" Rehan said with a flat face.

"Go? where's Pa going?" ask Alina curiously.

"Now, read it" Rehan said in a letter to Alina.

Alina received the letter Rehan gave her.

"This is what Pa?" ask Alina.

"Read you'll know, Papa's waiting outside huh" Rehan said.

"Yes Pa" said Alina.

Rehan came out of the room. The letter was opened and read by Alina.

Dear Alina my little sister

Alina from the first time I met you, I've been in love with you. I love you so much. To me you are not just a sister but my life. Alina I realize we're on a different path. There's no way we'd sail on one ship if there were two captains. I want you to be happy. If we stay together, someone will get hurt. I want to find my true self. Alina study diligently, you will soon graduate High School. Brother will always support you from afar even if he cannot see you. If one day we make a match, we will meet again.

Alina's tears were dripping down her cheeks. He knew in the end this was what would happen if they became lovers. They cannot be together over differences. Their paths are different. If forced, someone will get hurt. Alina hugged the letter.

"Sir Rafa I will wait for you, if we are a match, we will definitely meet again. And I will wait for that moment to come" said Alina.

Rehan came into the room. She hugged Alina.

What Alina was feeling right now, Rehan could understand it. Everything Rehan did for the good of Alina. He does not want Alina to love Rafael too deeply if later still can not be together because of differences. Better to be sick now than sick later.

"Ikhlas son, that's the only thing that will calm your heart. If you are a match, God will show you the way" Rehan said, advising Alina.

"Yes Pa hik hik" said Alina.

"Now you better focus on school, soon you graduate high school" Rehan said.

Alina nodded. He was crying in his father's arms. All Alina had to think about now was school. His life journey is long. If it is a match, Alina believes someday will be reunited with Rafael again. Rehan and Alina get out of the hospital, they return to Puncak Serbabu tourist spot.
