Mirna entered the operating room due to bleeding that did not allow her to give birth normally. After two hours the operation was completed as well. The doctor tells Leo that baby Mirna has died in the womb. At that time Leo had not told Mirna about her son because it was still recovering from surgery. Bi Surti asked Leo to accompany Mirna. Leo returned to the inpatient room where Zara and her twins were.

"Leo....Where are you from?"ask Zara.

"So I went to see the Doctor who handled Mirna" Leo said.

"How are Mirna and the baby?"ask Zara.

"Mirna was stable, but her baby died while still in the womb, probably from a collision when she fell down the stairs" Leo said.

"Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raj'iun" Zara said.

"For a while we can't tell Mirna this news because she's recovering from a cesarean section" Leo said.

"Then we can tell him when he's healthy" Zara said.

Leo simply nodded, then approached his two sleeping twins.

"Zara, Raka and Clara are still sleeping" Leo said.

"Babies do sleep more, they still adapt to the surrounding environment" Zara said.

"They're funny to make Leo love to see them play" Leo said.

Zara came down from her bed to Leo, who was looking at their babies. Leo immediately stood hugging and kissing Zara who approached him.

"Dear Zara thank you for giving Leo happiness with our two loves" said Leo after releasing his kiss.

Zara nodded and smiled at Leo.

"Uweeek...uweeek....uweeeek....."the voices of both babies crying.

"Raka and Clara are crying together Zara" Leo said.

"They're thirsty Leo" Zara said.

Zara breastfed her twins while sitting in the patient's bed.

"Aw....aw.

"Zara baby why?"ask Leo.

"Sick Leo, because I'm still breastfeeding like this it hurts.all blisters, it hurts again" Zara said.

Leo immediately embraced Zara from the side and accompanied her to breastfeed her two babies.

"Did they drink the milk of a companion first?" ask Leo.

"No need Leo, breast milk is the best intake for babies besides making them full, being immunity for them" Zara said.

"But Zara was in pain from earlier" Leo said.

"I'll hold it for our son" Zara said.

Leo to shed tears saw the sacrifice of Zara from childbirth to breastfeeding which is not easy and full of struggle.

"Zara baby I love you more" Leo said, then kissed Zara on the forehead.

"Zara is also increasingly in love with Leo, essentially Leo Zara's best husband" Zara said.

Leo embraces Zara while rubbing the heads of her two babies in turn. He was so happy to have them all.

After three days of treatment Mirna was finally allowed to go home. Leo and Bi Surti pick him up to go home. Mirna always asks her son. Leo finally explains to Mirna about her son's death. Mirna was in shock until hysterical, she was crying continuously.

"Mirna you have to mengikhlaskannya, let your baby calm there beside Allah SWT" said Leo.

"You are lying..my child cannot die..hik.

Bi Surti approached Leo who was standing near Mirna who was crying.

"Okay Bi Surti, thank you" Leo said.

"Sama-sama Den" Bi Surti.

Leo finally came out of the room. While Bi Surti persuaded Mirna to be invited home.

After a few hours Mirna wants to go home to Leo with Bi Surti.

One Week Later

Mirna is still saddened by the passing of her daughter. He could only mourn his sadness. Once Mirna saw two cute baby Zara. He remembered his own son. She wanted to have a baby for him. That night Leo was overtime at the office. Mirna had Zara babysit her two babies that night. Just then Zara goes to the toilet for a bit, Mirna who is dark-eyed thinking of bringing one of Zara's babies.

"If I can't have Leo, at least I have this baby to take my son's place" Mirna said.

Mirna takes Clara baby girl Zara. He came out of the room with his bag. Clara put in her big bag. Then he came out of the house. At the gate of Leo's house, the security questioned him.

"Where are you going to take all the bags?"ask Mr. Aman.

"You go to your brother's house, Mr. Aman, he said he was sick. I want to see him, sorry he has no relatives other than me" Mirna said.

"Oh, did you tell Den Leo and Non Zara?"ask Mr. Doyok.

"Already sir, therefore I am allowed to leave tonight, my brother is already seriously ill" Mirna said.

"May his brother recover" said Mr. Aman.

"Be careful on the road it's night" said Mr. Doyok.

"Well sir" said Mirna.

Mirna came out of the gate of the mansion. And as soon as he could find an ojeg, he went to get Clara.

Zara came out of the toilet, she didn't see Mirna in the room. She's approaching her baby bed. Zara does not find the whereabouts of her baby daughter Clara.

"Where's Clara....Clara where you dear..bayiku where hik.....Mirna, where is Mirna.

Zara ran out of her room, she went down to the ground floor meeting with Bi Surti and Mba Ida. Zara asks Mirna to Bi Surti, and Zara and Bi Surti check into Mirna's room. While Mba Ida looking into another room. In that room Mirna didn't have even a few things and her clothes weren't there.

"Non, Mirna don't-don't run away with Clara" Bi Surti said.

"No way Bi......Clara you where nak hik...hik.

Mba Ida went into the room to tell Zara about the information she got from the security.

"Non was Mr. Aman and Mr. Doyok had seen Mirna out of this house, he said he wanted to visit his sick brother" said Mba Ida.

"It's possible that if you look at the brother who brought Clara too, he must have taken Clara Non away" said Bi Surti.

"Clara...my child...hik.....hik.

Then Zara fainted, Bi Surti and Mba Ida took Zara to her room, before Leo went home. Bi Surti and Mba Ida told Leo everything. Security at the house was looking for Mirna's whereabouts out of the mansion. Leo calls the police to immediately find Mirna, and he also sends a hired man to find Mirna.

One full month Zara was just sad in her room. She continues to cry with the loss of her baby daughter Clara. The search has not been fruitful even though police and paid people have been deployed. Leo approached Zara who was sitting in her bed nursing Raka while crying thinking of Clara. Leo sat down beside Zara and shook Zara's head.

"Dear Zara, Leo knows you're sad to think about Clara. Leo is the same Zara, it feels like this heart is broken. But we have to keep our spirits up, keep trying and pray for Clara to be found soon. And we can get together again like before" Leo said.

"Hik...hik.....would we meet Clara again Leo?

Is he okay, Leo? look Raka, she's always hungry and wants to suckle hik...hik.pasti Clara is also like Leo" said Leo.

"Yes, baby, be patient. Leo is sure Clara can be found as soon as possible, if necessary Leo will pay more people to look for her" Leo said.
