A bright morning. May my life always be bright. And hopefully today will get some good news for my family.
Today's my wife's control schedule. But from the moment he woke up, he looked a little moody even though he didn't know clearly but I could see it from his face. Unlike early in the morning usually always smile and laugh at the behavior of the twins.
Even at the dinner table, only the clink of spoons and plates were heard. My wife doesn't seem to be eager to finish her breakfast if I don't force her.
"Are you ready, yank?" my many.
He just nodded weakly.
"Mom, today I'm taking the bunch of control kids to the doctor. Titip the twins for a second, ma'am?" pamittu.
"Yes, kid. May the doctor deliver good news for Santi!" sahut.
"Amijin!" my spoken.
I took Andre and Alya to school.
"If Alya has come home but I haven't picked her up, Alya just wait in front of the office. I'm going to take mom to the doctor. Pray that your illness is completely cured!" my message.
"Yes, yeah. I will always pray for you."
"Father same mother go first, yes. Mas Andre please take care of Alya's sister, yes!"
"Berez, dad!" sahut.
After taking my two children to school, we went straight to the hospital. Because we had already made an appointment with the doctor who treated my wife's illness, so we didn't have to wait long.
Sitting half an hour in the waiting room, my wife's name was called. We then went into the doctor's office.
My wife was then examined to see if her cancer cells were completely gone.
"Looking mom, yeah. Don't be so stressed. I hope the cancer cells are completely gone!" said doctor.
After that, we were asked to wait for a while in the waiting room. My wife was still as silent as before, with a blank look.
"Yank, what did you hear the doctor say? You can't be stressed and have a lot of thoughts, can you!"
"Yes, mas" he answered slowly.
"Then why did you keep quiet, what were you thinking?"
"I didn't think of anything, Mom!"
"Think nothing but from waking up, you are more silent. Not like yesterday. There must be something you think, right?" my guess.
"Really, mom. I didn't think of anything, really."
"Yank, I don't like lying!" i firmly.
He took a heavy breath and then rubbed his face slowly. "I'm just scared, mom!"
"What are you afraid of?" my many.
"Yes every time I go to the doctor, I feel anxious. I know I don't want to deal with the hospital anymore!" clearly."
"Hmm, we'll ask the doctor when you don't need control anymore."
"Yes, mom!" answer's flat.
Shortly thereafter, my wife was called back into the doctor's office. The two of us sat down opposite the doctor who was treating my wife's illness.
"Alhamdulillah. Miss Santi, the cancer you're suffering from is gone!"
"Alhamdulillah!" my wife and I almost went together.
A smile immediately spread on her sweet lips, which from this morning I did not see.
"So I don't need any more control, Doc?" ask wife.
The doctor smiled then shook his head making the smile on my wife suddenly disappear.
"Santi's mother still has to control, ma'am. At least once a year to make sure the cancer cells do not return.
"So the cancer cells can still come back, doc?" my many.
"It's true to be back again. It depends on the patient himself. You have to be able to maintain your diet, keep your mind from stressing."
He then glanced at me and lowered his head.
"Yes, doc!" answered wife.
"So when do I control again doc?"
"A minimum of one year from now, ma'am. If you want six months, that's okay. But if you feel fine at least once a year!" obviously doctor.
"All right, doc!" sahut.
After talking for a while and saying thank you, we went home. We walked out of the doctor's office, I embraced my wife's shoulder cordially.
"Alhamdulillah, yank! You are completely healed!" I said gratefully.
"Yes, mom!"
"Where are we going now? Go straight home or where do you want to go first?" my many.
"I want to go home, Mom. I can't be far from the twins!" answered wife.
"Well, let's go home!"
We then went to the car park. I drove the car at moderate speed.
"So from now on, you should not think of anything heavy! Illness can also come from the mind, yank! Just think positive in the face of anything so that our hearts and minds are calm!"
"Yes, mom! I won't have much thought, though! There is always someone there for me. There are people who always make me feel happy" he replied.
I rubbed his head gently. All the way home, I noticed that my wife's face was always smiling. Perhaps it was her mood that made her unable to hide her happiness that she always wore a smile on her lips.
"I'm sorry, son. I'm late to pick you up!" I said when Alya got in the car.
"It's okay, yeah. I'm anter mother to the doctor. Must be a long line."
"Thank you, baby. You are the understanding child!" my wife said smiling.
Not an hour later, we got home.
"Assynnya!" my wife and I said knocking on the door.
Shortly after, the door opened. My mother was standing at the door.
"Wa'alaikumsalam," said the mother.
"Who are the twins, ma'am?" my many.
"They're just like your sister. She just came with her husband."
"Oh, I see," I replied.
Honestly, I don't believe in leaving my twins to Mina. It's nothing I'm just not sure about. Fear of the events of that time repeating itself.
After washing our hands and feet, we soon met the twins who were playing in the living room with my sister and her son.
"How's your examination? The doctor said what?" asked my mother while looking at my wife.
"Alhamdulillah ma'am, the doctor says the cancer cells are gone!" obviously wife.
"Alhamdulillah" said my mother.
"But you still have to maintain your diet, right?" ask mom again.
"Yes, mom!" answered wife.
"In addition, at least once a year Santi still have to control to the doctor, ma'am. To make sure the cancer cells don't come back!" imbuhku.
"Hopefully the cancer won't come back! Aamiin!" said mother.
"Well, I'm going to the minimarket first!" pamittu.

Arriving at the minimarket, the clock has shown at eleven noon. I just entered the office and sat in my chair, suddenly someone knocked on the door.
"Lake in!" my word.
"Assalammu'alaikum, sir!" he said as he entered my room.
It was Rudi who knocked on the door.
"Wa'alaikumsalam's chat. Please sit!"
"Sir, I want to hand this over!" he said, handing me an envelope.
I opened the envelope which turned out to be the invitation letter. A wedding invitation on behalf of Rudi. And to my surprise, his bride was named Meliani.
"Oh you want to get married?"
"Yes, sir. I want to get married to Melly."
"Milly's mother?"
"Yes, sir. Melly's sister who used to be together in the warehouse. Now be the cashier upstairs!" clearly Rudi.
"Oh, Melly, Davina's mother?" I'm less sure.
"Yes, sir. Davina's mother."
Hhmm, since when did they have a relationship, I know they want to get married. My inner.
"Oh yeah. Congratulations, yes!" kataku later.
"Hhmm, Mr. Anto. I'm here to ask you too."
"Please ask what?"
"Hmm, if Melly and I get married, can we still work here?"
"Oh, of course. If you can work professionally, why not?"
"Thank you very much, sir!" he said with a smile.
"Together!" sahutku.
"Please excuse me, sir!" pampered.
"Hhmm, please!" sahutku.
I then opened the invitation letter given by Rudi earlier. Ten days later they were getting married. Hopefully Rudi will be the last mate for Melly. And may Rudi be sincere with the woman and willing to accept Davina as her child.
Maybe it's time that David's ex-wife is happy and hopefully the woman won't experience the things she used to experience. She deserves to be as happy as I am now with my second marriage.
I put the invitation letter on the table and started to do my job as usual. In a few days the employee will pay. I have to prepare their salaries after my day job is done.
