My wife's lover

My wife's lover
chapter 10

My son and I reached my mother's house. Mother welcomed us with a sad face but still warm towards my two children especially towards her grandson Alya who looks red eyes because of crying. Mom hugged him right away.

"Darling, have you eaten yet?" mother asked while embracing Alya's shoulder and took her to the kitchen.

Fried eggs that are still steaming hot smoke are already stuck on the dining table. Maybe you just cooked it, "Let's eat, Grandma's ready for Alya and Andre's mas."

My daughter looked at me. I looked at him while nodding my head.

Alya then sits at the dining table followed by Andre. My mother immediately scooped the rice, vegetables and fried eggs onto Alya and Andre's plate. They eat with lava like they do not eat all day. My chest felt tight to see even my mother, she immediately left the kitchen after telling me to eat.

I'm sitting next to my daughter, "Eat the full ones, son, and get me the rice again?"

Alya shook her head while Andre immediately nodded his head. I then get some rice for Andre and also for me.

After feeling full, I immediately washed the dirty dishes we used to eat. Alya and Andre were taken to the living room. Mother's simple house does not have a family room, so the living room becomes one with the family room.

"Andre same dad sleeping here is okay huh? Let Alya sleep with grandma" said my mother.

"Yes,nek. It's okay" replied Andre.

Aminah and her daughter gathered in the living room. I followed them after I finished washing the dishes.

Alya came straight to me and hugged me tightly, "Dad, don't stay in Alya alone anymore" she said.

I hugged her tightly, "Dear, my father won't stay in Alya. Alya's just here with grandma, yeah!"

My daughter nodded then let go of her embrace.

We chatted for a while, and then mom invited Alya to sleep in her room while me and my firstborn slept on a mat in front of the tv.

***

It's Sunday, I'm off work. Coming home from the mosque after dawn prayers, I bought Ijo nuts, I wanted to make porridge. Both my children love to eat my own ijo bean porridge.

At seven I finished cooking the ijo bean porridge at once for breakfast. My two sons ate with lahab, andre went twice. My sulungk it did eat a lot, probably because of the growth period.

After breakfast, I washed my clothes and the clothes of my two children. From the bathroom I could hear the laughter of my two children playing with his cousin, the son of my sister Aminah. They seem to get along.

After washing clothes, I intend to go out. Who knows if there is sustenance for me and my children.

"Andre, Alya, I want to go out first, yes," I said.

Alya rushed up to me, "Dad want a job? Is it a Sunday off?"

"Dad's got a little job, son."

Alya pouted and turned her face away from me, "Alya wants to come?" tawalku.

My daughter immediately turned her head with a smiling face, "Mau, daddy!"

"Yes, wear your jacket. We're on a bike" I said.

Eagerly Alya picked up her jacket and walked up to me again, "Come, dad!" ask him impatiently.

"Where is the father going?" ask Andre.

"Dad's just gonna come out for a second. You want to come too?" much

Andre nodded, "Yes, yeah."

"Yes already, ayo. You use your own bike, huh?"

I then say goodbye to my mother. With my two children, I roamed the alley near my mother's house until it penetrated into the alleys further away.

Since it was still eight o'clock, the air was still quite cool. Many people ride bicycles with their family or friends.

"Dad, where are we going?" ask Andre who is in front of me.

"We're just muters, son. If it gets hot, we go home," said I who was nodding by my son.

After half an hour.

"Well, the house is big" said Alya, who sat behind me.

"Whose house, son?" manya curious.

"That, yeah!" point it to the right side of the road.

I'm stopping. It turned out that Alya pointed at the large unfinished house in the wake. I smiled and shouted at Andre.

"Ndre! Let's stop first, son!" my yelling.

And Andre stopped and walked up to me, "Why, Dad?"

"We're there, yuk!" invite me who immediately lead my bike towards the big house.

"Excuse me" I said as I got closer to the house. My bike is not far from there.

One of the oldest people approached me, "What's wrong?" his question was astonished as he looked at me and my two children one by one.

"May I meet the owner of the house?"

"What do you need?" tanyanya full of search.

Two people watching us approached.

"What's up, sir?" ask younger men in a more polite style than the first.

I then pulled out the brochure in my pants pocket, "I'd like to offer this, sir," I explained, showing the brochure.

The younger man took the brochure out of my hand and read it carefully.

"This is your workshop?" tanyakanya.

I shook my head quickly, "I'm just looking for people who want to order, sir. You can choose which one you need. If there is, my father will take me to the owner of the workshop."

"Oohh, you want to make more money, huh?" ask the first man with a cynical look at me.

"If it's a matter of profit, I only accept what percentage of the workshop owner," I explained.

"How much, you?"

"Word the workshop owner, I will get ten percent of the profit earned," I answered honestly.

"Where do you work?"

"I work in a building shop, sir."

The young man holding the brochure nodded his head, "Alright, if I want a message, I'm going to this workshop" he said.

"Thank you. Can I get another brochure, sir? I only have one" I asked.

"alright. Then I'll call you if you want to go to the workshop. We can meet there" he said.

I was confused how he called me because I didn't have a cell phone.

"How many contact numbers can I call?" tanyakanya.

"Hhmm, I don't have a cell phone, sir," I replied softly.

"Ok, fine then tomorrow afternoon I will go to the store where you work after we go to the workshop together. Do you have time tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow at noon I can, sir. During my break," I replied with a smile.

"Then I will also order building materials in the store where you work," he explained.

"Oh yes, pak. In the building shop where I work everything is complete."

"Good then. I'll be there tomorrow afternoon."

"Thank you, pak. Then excuse me first," said my father who was given a nod by the youngest fathers.

I rushed to my two children. They looked at me in wonder.

"Dad, what's up?" ask Andre.

"Dad's looking for extra money, son. Pray for our sustenance" I said.

"Yes father, we will pray for father's sustenance a lot!" said Andre.

"Rezeki Andre and Alya were thrown. Hopefully barokkah. Aamin," I said in Aamiini also by my two children.

I then took my two children home to my mother because the sun was starting to heat up.
