MY STEPBROTHER'S REPLACEMENT

Chapter #3

"You're so beautiful, miss," said a woman who helped Henrietta make her makeup.

"Yes right, you're very pretty," said the other woman.

"Thank you" Henrietta replied with a smile.

When the two men were tidying up their make-up equipment, suddenly someone opened the door to the room that Henrietta occupied.

"Is it finished?" ask Marco who just came in.

"Already sir," the two women replied simultaneously.

"You can go" said Marco

And the two women left Henrietta alone with Marco after they had cleaned up his things.

"Come on! we have to be fast, they've waited too long" Marco said.

Henrietta followed her father out of the room.

As they walked towards the elevator, Henrietta saw no one on the floor in her current place.

Marco took Henrietta into the elevator.

TING ...

The elevator doors opened and they were already in the basement of Marco's hotel.

Marco told Henrietta to get in the car, and Marco would drive his own car, he didn't want people to know about Henrietta.

"Where are you taking me?" henrietta asked after Marco ran his car.

"You'll find out later" replied Marco.

"And don't say anything later" said Marco, who posed a threat to him.

Henrietta looked cynically at Marco. "I doubt you're my real father,"

"I did too, at first I doubted that you were my biological son, with the DNA test that unfortunately showed that you were my son" Marco said no less cynical.

"Isn't your unlucky son now useful to you? The proof is that you need me now" Henrietta said.

"What if I also snatch your stepson's?" challenge Henrietta.

"Don't fuck with me Henrietta," Marco growled at Henrietta's words.

"Mk ... You dumped my mother for that woman, and you don't know anything about my mother" Henrietta said.

After saying that there were no more talks between the two of them, Marco did not respond to Henrietta's words that he thought were unimportant.

It had been more than an hour they had driven and they finally reached a church on the beach.

This isn't actually Julia and Henry's wedding venue, but when Marco tells Henry and his parents that Julia has an accident and is in a coma, Marco thinks they're going to postpone the marriage because of Julia's condition, but who knows if it turns out they also want to continue this marriage and finally Marco suggested a replacement bride to replace Julia.

And here he was, in a church on the outskirts of town that had no one and that was good luck to Marco.

Marco walked with Henrietta and opened the big door.

Henrietta could see four people, including a priest standing looking at her, Marco leading Henrietta to walk towards them.

Henrietta could clearly see the face of the man standing in front of the altar, a firm, handsome, tall and well-built face staring at him.

"Include her is my niece Henrietta" Marco introduced Henrietta to the three men.

Henrietta grumbled inwardly. 'Even until now the man did not want to admit it as a child,'

"The marriage soon began" said Henry who finally let out his voice.

Marco told Henrietta to approach Henry and stand beside him.

The two of them began to say the sacred promise of marriage in the presence of the priest and witnessed by both parents Henry and Marco.

There was no wedding or anything, Henrietta's status as Henry's surrogate wife was completely kept secret from everyone.

Until the time when Henry would kiss Henrietta, Henrietta turned her face to face the priest and finally Henry just kissed Henrietta's cheek, Henry smiled tilted behind his kiss on Henrietta.

Since the wedding was over Marco decided to leave immediately, he still had more important business than Henrietta.

Emma, Henry's mother approached Henrietta and hugged her. "Welcome to Walter's family" he said in a soft voice.

Henrietta returned the hug without saying anything more.

"Where are you going after this?" ask Elijah, Henry's father.

"I'm going straight back to the mansion" Henry said.

"Well, daddy and mommy will be here until tomorrow after that we'll go straight back to California" Elijah said.

Henrietta remained silent, with no intention of joining the talks.

"Come on," take Henry to Henrietta.

Henrietta looked at Emma and Emma just nodded her head for Henrietta to follow Henry.

Henrietta doesn't think about her father at all, she doesn't care if he wants to leave or stay.

After a good-bye with Henry's parents, Henrietta follows Henry from behind.

"Use your veil again" said Henry.

Henrietta who was confused was only following Henry's orders to wear his veil again.

By the time they were out there, there was already a car waiting for them right in front of the church.

"Come in" said Henry coldly.

Without saying anything, Henrietta got into the car and was followed by Henry who sat next to her.

The car drove at full speed splitting the road through by them.

Until less than thirty minutes they arrived, the black gate towering like a fortress opened by itself, the car on board Henrietta continues to go deeper until it looks a luxurious and large building.

Henrietta saw the mansion through the window of Henry's car, a mansion even larger than his father's.

The car stopped right in front of the mansion, Henry came out first and opened the car door for Henrietta.

Henrietta was a little surprised when Henry opened the door of his car, he stared fixedly at the man in front of him.

"You don't want to get out?" henry said in his cold voice.

Henrietta got out of the car.

He followed Henry into the mansion. Henrietta spread her gaze across the mansion, seeing many photographs of Henry with his family and his parents, but he did not see a photo of his engagement with Julia even though their engagement was held on a massive scale.

"Wait a minute" said Henrietta, stopping Henry's move.

Henry looked at Henrietta by raising his eyebrows.

"My suitcase is still in Sergei's family's hotel" Henrietta's great-grandson.

"My men are picking it up" Henry said.

Henrietta just nodded her head.

He was very brave with his father but now his guts are shrinking.

Henry didn't say anything until they were on the second floor.

"This is your room" pointed at Henry with his chin.

"Thank you" said Henrietta

After that, he went into his room and locked the door.

After Henrietta entered his room, Henry also entered his room next to Henrietta's room.
