My Sister's Candidate Becomes My Husband

My Sister's Candidate Becomes My Husband
CAMS - Up 46

"I'm his wife now and I should have prepared dinner for him. But I overslept! How about this, Deon must be upset." Mumbled Rain looked at himself in front of the mirror.

Panicked, Rain did not take long to wash his face and change his clothes. For just a few minutes Rain was already standing in front of the mirror with a disheveled expression on his face.

The pale color on his face was instantly camouflaged with a thin layer of powder that was inconspicuous and looked natural.

"But how does it feel like something's wrong, huh?" I don't know why he felt something was wrong, but he wasn't clear where it was.

Confused, Rain brought his gaze in any direction to confirm his troubled feeling. At first he did not see anything wrong as from the appearance to the items in his room did not diminish nor did he undergo any layout changes.

There really is nothing wrong.

But when his eyeballs passed through the lamp sleeping on the nightstand, then he realized that before taking a nap he did not have time to turn on the room lamp.

"Well, my room light is on, is it? I'm sure before going to bed I didn't turn on the lights because it was still daytime and I also remember when I woke up I didn't have time to turn on the lights." Monologue Rain was confused because her room lights had been on since she woke up earlier.

"Oh my god, my bedroom door!" Rain approached the door of his room and pulled the doorknob with a feeling of anticipation.

Seeing that the door of his room was completely unlocked, his forehead naturally shriveled in confusion.

"I'm sure I locked it up this afternoon." Rain muttered speaking to himself.

After making sure the door was unlocked, Rain removed his hand from the doorknob in a hard-thinking pose.

"After waking up my room light was on and my door was unlocked. It means that while I was sleeping, someone came into my room, but who? Is the person who entered is Aunt Siti?" Rain somehow doubted this guess but honestly he had no reason to doubt it since Aunt Siti was the caretaker of this house.

"Yes, this must be Aunt Siti. This house is taken care of by Aunt Siti so automatically all the room keys in this house are held by Aunt Siti." It makes sense.

What about Deon?

Rain hurriedly brushed this thought out of his head.

"Geez, how did Deon get into my room?"

Shaking his head amusedly, his tense mood involuntarily became more relaxed. Honestly, he's scared actually. There was a faint guess in her heart when Deon asked her to go to the living room to talk about her meeting with Mama-in-law at the hospital this afternoon. This is not without reason because her husband is very sensitive about Almira.

Almira.

"I think far away!" Curse it on yourself.

For the umpteenth time he shook his head, set the mood back and fixed the smile on his face and walked out of the room to meet Deon. He stepped lightly towards the middle room that was directly opposite to his room.

In the living room, Rain could see her husband's back sitting looking at the company's financial statements from a laptop screen on the table.

"Demon?" Rain called out in a small voice afraid of interfering with Deon's work.

Deon turned his head to the side, seeing Rain's awkward demeanor standing near the sofa with both eyes dodged. Surprisingly, Deon felt that Rain's current attitude looked strange. Rain seemed to avoid Deon's eyes, but this morning Rain's attitude was not like this.

"Sit down." Deon's command involuntarily softened his tone.

Rain obediently sat himself down on the sofa a bit away from Deon. Frightened, Deon would scold her again.

Awkwardly, Rain schematized her dress fabric restlessly. Since sitting on the sofa, Deon always pay attention to it so that it makes Rain become misbehavior as well as restless with various wild thoughts in his head.

Rain did not dare to speak, so Deon did not want to speak. Deon leaned his back on the sofa back casually, his right leg raised across while his left hand rested on the sofa backrest to hold the weight of his head.

Deon seemed to be lazing around but his two almond eyes were uninterruptedly looking at Rain. He judged that Rain used a thin powder on her face, looking natural but not in Deon's eyes. Then Rain's ripe lips today had too red, Deon knew Rain applied lipstick on her lips.

Primp,

"You're not a man who likes to dress up." Deon said without any intention but still made Rain tense.

For Deon, Rain is like a person who does not like crowds or communicate with outsiders. Butwhy?

"Didn't you want to say something to me?"

Rain lowered his head not daring to look at Deon.

Upset by Rain's attitude, Deon no longer had a relaxed attitude in front of Rain. His tone returned indifferent, full of the alienation that Rain used to hear from the people at home.

"Well, since you decided to play dumb with me then I don't mind playing dumb with you anyway."

Straighten her back,"Mama said today you went to the hospital and went to Almira's room, is this true?"

Rain closed his eyes sadly.

"Mama-in-law misunderstood"

"Mama-in-law?" Deon cut him in wonder.

Deon's astonishment left Rain suffocating.

"Tan-Tante misunderstood." Repeat Rain with a melancholy feeling, "I did go to the hospital but not to see Almira. My friend was sick so I came to see him." The same lie.

A fella?

Deon frowned unhappily, but Rain had no friends because she locked herself away more at home than she interacted outside.

But, uh,

Is it possible that the friend Rain meant was his senior? Inner Deon sour.

"You're seeing that senior again?" Accuse Deon of clearly holding back anger.

Senior, Bimo?

As soon as he thought of Bimo, Rain immediately shook his head in denial. How could Bimo, while the arrival is sad to the hospital for blood donation only.

"No, I didn't go to the hospital to see Bimo."

Since last night Bimo has never contacted him again.

Deon sneered, "Don't you have any friends besides that senior?" There's a hate there.

Deon's sneer touched Rain's heart.

He has no friends, none.

"I've got some." Lying Rain strengthened his heart.

"Humph," Deon snorted unhappily.

As Rain continued to lie, Deon's mood worsened. He leaned his back on the sofa unwillingly to speak. Both of his eyes were staring at the ceiling of the middle room which actually had no appeal.

His eyes did stare there but his mind had already wandered through the memories of 5 years ago.

Even to this day you are still cruel. Not only did you isolate yourself from everyone but you also isolated yourself from me. You walked away and disappeared without news, Rain...What is your heart really made of? Inner Deon was not in a state of mind.

Seriate...
