"I'm okay, brother. Oh yeah, we're going to the orphanage?" Maybe by meeting children he can calm his heart.
Bimo nodded quickly.
"So, dong. Yeah, well, we went to the doll shop before we went to the orphanage."
Rain nodded his head excitedly. After that he and Bimo went to the doll shop inside the mall. However, because the dolls there were too expensive they decided to buy outside only the cheaper and affordable ones.
30 Minutes later they finally broke free from the traffic jam and made it to the orphanage before nightfall. When Bimo's car entered the orphanage yard, the children of the orphanage who were playing outside immediately ran excitedly calling Bimo's name.
Their hopeful laughter was so lively. Bimo and Rain got out of the car which was immediately greeted by their warm embrace.
Even Rain, the stranger who had just met was not spared from their warmth.
"Sister Bimo bring a friend well," The soft voice of the little boy caught Bimo's attention.
Bimo smiled, rubbing his head while introducing Rain to them.
"Kids, know this Brother Rain. He came here to meet all of you. Eh, he also brought you all story books you know, the book is a lot and good." Bimo said with a made-up childish tone of voice.
Rain smiled shyly, "Hallo everyone."
The children were so excited to see Rain coming. They brought Rain to the front page to play, reading the books Rain bought one by one for all of them.
It doesn't feel like time has passed and it's time for the kids to have dinner. The mother of the parlour called out to everyone including Rain and Bimo. Ask them to join the children until finally bed time comes.
Not felt, it's been 9pm here and it's raining outside.
Rain really enjoyed his time with the kids and he unwittingly forgot that he could not go home late.
"I want to stay, can I?" Ask Rain to Bimo.
He was happy to stay with Rain.
Rain was embarrassed, "Hem, I'd like to stay here for a few days just because I'm so happy to play with them. What can?" Admit Rain is honest.
Bimo is so happy.
"That's a damn thing, Rain. Even the mother of the home had talked to me if you just stay here because the children really like you. The mother also said you were the first person to make these enthusiastic children meet strangers. Usually they will be brave but not too enthusiastic. Same as me. They didn't get excited until I became their regular guest and brought lots of gifts, and they became familiar with me." Bimo's story is excited.
He was so happy that Rain stayed here because he had plenty of time to talk together.
"really? So I can stay the night?" Rain asked happily while pulling out his phone to contact Papa.
It was even 9pm but he did not find a single message from his parents. Makes her wonder if they're not worried about her?
"What are you doing?" Bimo saw Rain's smile faintly.
Rain smiled shyly, "I'll tell both of my parents at home."
He only sent a short message before turning off his phone. I don't know, maybe because he can't stand being treated one-eyed by his family makes Rain have the courage to do this.
Breaking Papa's orders and even ignoring him.
"Sister Bimo, I really like children. Many times I dream of setting up an orphanage for those who have no parents and live in the streets." He said to shift the subject to a warmer conversation.
"Papa said when he had enough money, Papa would set up an orphanage for me and let me manage it to grow. I'm so happy to hear that and can't wait to see the orphanage of my dreams. But it's still a bit long to be able to make it happen, because even though Papa's money already exists my young age has no guarantee whether I can manage it or not. Therefore I have to wait at the right time to be able to realize my dream."
Smiling gently at the rain falling on the windowsill of the home, she said, "Because my happiness can only be realized when I'm with children."
