Deon came home two hours earlier than usual. She went straight into the house without having to wait for Aunt Siti to open the door for her.
When he entered the house, his face was sour looking unfriendly. In fact, Aunt Siti's smiling face at home did not enter her eyes at all.
He stood straight in the middle room, his two almond eyes glancing briefly in any direction until finally arriving in front of Rain's room-closed door.
His frowning frowned after thinking of something.
Seeing the silence of her master, Aunt Siti instinctively stood in front of Deon intending to defend Rain who had not revealed her nostrils since coming home from nowhere.
"Master, today Aunt non Rain suddenly came to visit and took non Rain away somewhere. When I came home from home this afternoon non Rain looked very tired and immediately rested in the room without having time to eat lunch..." Deon's face was getting unsightly so Aunt Siti hurriedly said a few more words of defense.
"Master take it easy, before going non Rain has completed all her tasks. He cleans the back garden, watering the plants, cleaning the house-"
"He hasn't had lunch until now?" Cut Deon made Aunt Siti instantly dumbfounded.
"Yes, Sir. Non Rain hasn't had lunch since leaving with her aunt last afternoon. Aunty had woken non Rain to eat but she said she would have lunch after having enough rest in the room."
Siti's aunt was very nervous waiting for her employer's reaction. He thought Deon would be angry like last night but it turned out to be his only worry.
"Humph," Deon snorted in annoyance, "Then why don't you wake him up again? Don't you see it's gonna be night soon?"
Only God knows what Deon is thinking and what Deon wants to do to Rain in this house. But for sure her capricious behavior had left Aunt Siti confused many times.
"Master...Aunt tried to wake non Rain but she didn't respond." It might be because it was still sleeping but Aunt Siti could only say these words inwardly.
Siti's aunt won't make Deon's impression of Rain worse because of this problem. Because usually a married woman will not sleep long let alone forget her duties because of oversleeping.
Deon looked at Rain's room again, silent without making a sound, he then handed his briefcase to Aunt Siti's hand before taking his steps walking towards Rain's room. Siti's aunt wanted to say something but she hesitated because Deon didn't seem to want to be bothered. As a result, he just silently watched Deon go to Rain's room.
Deon touched the side door of Rain's room made of high-end mahogany. His long fingers continued to move down until finally the fingers moved to hold the doorknob.
"Hem?" When the pulled door could not be opened, Rain locked it from the inside.
"Rain, didn't I say that if you can't be as spoiled as you were in your house?" Dengus Deon was indifferent.
Her hand raised would knock on the door of the room but her movements suddenly froze in the air as she recalled Aunt Siti's words.
Rain came out with his aunt this afternoon, but which Aunt?
"Is he okay?"
Because none of my Aunties have a good relationship with Rain.
Deon was forced to lower his hand and reach into his suit pocket to retrieve something, a room key.
Cklacks
Rain's bedroom door finally opened. Deon brought his footsteps silently into Rain's room.
The sunlight began to dissipate so Deon hesitantly pressed the light switch. Room Rain immediately became clear and bright.
In the room Rain was peacefully asleep on the bed. He was still wearing clothes from this morning and looked a little pale.
Deon wanted to reprimand her to wake up immediately but all of her words were immediately swallowed back when he saw Rain's current appearance.
"You're crying" whispered Deon sounding weird."Why?"
But only Rain's regular breath sounds responded to his question.
"What do you really want, Rain?." Touching Rain's soft face, she suddenly turned her face away, pulled her hand from Rain's face and turned away from the room.
Before closing the room door, Deon noticed Rain's tired face once again.
"5 years ago you suddenly left me, disappeared without any news and there was no time when I needed you most. You left me but why are you turning towards me now, again? Have you not been content to torture my heart for 5 years?" As he asked indifferently, his decadent tone sounded as if Rain was now standing in front of him and not sleeping.
Smile obliquely, "You'll regret it, Rain."
Deon then closed the door to Rain's room with complicated emotions in his heart, there was anger, annoyance, hate, and?
But he won't admit it.
He would not admit it if Rain always managed to make his heart mess up, even after 5 years had passed.
...🌪️🌪️🌪️...
In the evening Rain woke up from sleep after listening to a knock on the door from the outside. Rain was stunned as he looked outside it was already dark. His sleep today was very slumbering without getting a scary dream.
He could not continue sleeping anymore because his head was a bit dizzy after a long sleep. In addition, Aunt Siti also knocked on her bedroom door, probably because Aunt Siti was worried she had not gone out and had lunch.
"Auntie, I'll be right out." Shouted Rain as he came down from his bed.
He walked towards the door, pulled the doorknob he was immediately shocked when he saw the tall and strapping body Deon was now standing in front of him.
Rain slowly responded, his mind immediately blanked and his heart skipped a beat uncontrollably.
"Get out, meet me in the living room." Deon said before flipping his body walking into the living room that was right in front of Rain's room.
As soon as Deon moved away, Rain realized his slow reaction. He looked at Deon nervously as he guessed in his heart what Deon wanted to do.
"It doesn't matter now." Said panicked.
He went into the room again to clean his face and changed into a house shirt.
"I'm his wife now and I should have prepared dinner for him. But I overslept! How about this, Deon must be upset." Mumbled Rain looked at himself in front of the mirror.
