My Prince Of Edinburgh's

My Prince Of Edinburgh's
Chapters 19. Chilling.

"Why should we go to a place like this?" dara asked as she circulated the view throughout the room.

The room was not very spacious, there were bar tables, sofas and tables in the corners of the room, then a dance floor. Only a handful of people who are squirming their bodies follow the strains of jazz music played.

"This is a little piece of heaven (This place is a little piece of heaven)," chuckled Nicholas as he stepped onto one of the empty couches.

"Why is this place so hidden?" ask Dara. To get to this place, Dara followed Nicholas through the narrow alleys.

"Because this place is a diamond in the mud."

Dara hissing. Nicholas answered his question with figurative words. I don't know what the young man meant.

"This is my favorite place to drink in Edinburgh" said Nicholas, raising his hand to the waiter.

"Your favorite place to drink is a little bar like this? Why?" tanya Dara did not believe.

Nicholas chuckles. "Because this bar is the only bar my family doesn't have."

Dara's eyes are round. All bars in Edinburgh belong to the Johanssen family. Dara nodded in disbelief. Sekaya it's them. Not to mention the other businesses they own.

Dara remembers Gwen's story. The Johanssen family has many hotels, restaurants, amusement parks, television stations, and more.

"So all Edinbugh belongs to your family?" dara asked to make sure Gwen's story was true.

Nicholas poured the chocolate liquid into his glass and Dara. After the waiter prepares another ingredient in the glass.

"Almost everything. Including our campus," replied Nicholas.

"Wow" muttered Dara in amazement. This annoying man is very lucky, born in a wealthy family, so he does not have to bother to scavenge for sustenance like himself.

Nicholas puts his shoulders. "You must think I'm very lucky, huh?" tanyanya, as if knowing the contents of Dara's head.

"You're right. I'm very lucky. Except, when I have to accompany my mother to attend boring events," said Nicholas.

"The boring way you don't like it is still a lot better than working part-time for living expenses" Dara said. He was upset with the ungrateful young man.

"Yes, yes," said Nicholas. He gave the glass that he filled with chocolate liquid to Dara.

"Is this intoxicating?" dara asked as she checked the glass.

"Of course, Dara. This is not a drink for toddlers. Grow up (Grown up)!"

Dara exhaled his breath rough. He has never had an alcoholic drink. Not unwilling, just that, the money is always mediocre. To live alone he was metered, especially to buy things that are not important.

"It will make you forget your heartache, believe me."

"For a moment."

"Better than nothing, right (Lumayan, right)?"

Dara looked at her glass. Then hesitantly he gulped down the contents. "Aargha!" his screeches. "It burns my throat (This drink burns my throat)" he lamented.

Nicholas let go of his laughter. "God! You've never had a drink like this?"

Dara shakes. "I'm too poor" he answered.

This girl is so honest, Nicholas thought. He smiled watching Dara's awkward movements. But, moments later the girl seemed to get used to her drink.

"You're right. I feel a little relaxed," said Dara while nodding. His body felt light and his feelings were already better.

"Thank you to me, Dara."

Dara chuckles. "You're this crazy honor, huh?" He pointed at Nicholas' face.

"How many times have I helped you, and you never thanked me."

Dara grimacing. "Well, this time I say thank you."

"Good girl" praised Nicholas as he patted Dara's cheek.

Dara watched Nicholas fill his glass again. As soon as he finished the brown liquid, the young man filled it again, and again.

"Wohoooo!" yelled Dara on the dance floor.

He circled around, moving to and fro following the sounding music. His body movements are irregular. Sometimes he accidentally nudged people around him and hit anyone's back.

Nicholas occasionally helps the girl stand up straight, and apologizes to those around him who are victims of Dara. Not infrequently he prevents Dara from falling.

"Hey!" call Dara to Nicholas. "It's so fun!" yells.

"I'm happy for you!" nicholas exclaimed to compensate for the sound of the music that snapped.

"You don't want to dance, Nicholas?"

"No. Just you. I'm here to make sure you don't step on someone's feet" said Nicholas.

"Well! You're so boring" grumbled Dara. But, as if he had his own world, he turned back around.

"I'll finish my drink for a second. You're not going anywhere, okay?"

Dara shook her hands. He did not listen to Nicholas. He only saw the young man walking towards their table.

"Miss, will you dance with me?"

Dara turned to the direction where the voice came from. Next to him was a man smiling at him. Judging from the looks of it, it seemed like he was in his forties.

"Oh, no, sir. Thank you," refused Dara.

"Come on, if you want to dance with me, I'll pay you. If you want to accompany me to sleep, your pay will be increased." The man did not give up. He persuaded Dara while touching the girl's arm.

Dara. The man's words annoyed him. She considers herself a comfort woman.

"You're wrong, sir. I'm not an escort (I'm not a comfort woman)!" dara firmly. He tried to stand up straight so that the man did not mess with him.

However, the man was actually getting more and more daring to approach her. He touched Dara's shoulder and pulled the girl towards him.

"Hey! Don't touch him!" Nicholas brushed off the man's arm, then pushed him away.

"He's with you?" ask the man to make sure.

"My girlfriend!" nicholas.

"What?" Dara giggled at Nicholas' words. "You said I'm your what (You said I'm what you are)?" Dara presses Nicholas' chest with her index finger.

Nicholas grabs Dara's arm and takes the girl out of the bar. If not, there will be chaos.

"Wait, Nic, my legs are sore" Dara said as she sat herself on a half-meter-high roadblock.

"Want me to carry?" tawar Nicholas's.

"Ah, no, no. I don't want to," said Dara.

Nicholas grabbed Dara's arm back and took the girl on a walk through the narrow alleys until he reached the side of the highway.

"Where are we going?" dara asked as a taxi stopped in front of them.

"To my apartment." Nicholas pushes Dara into a taxi, then catches up with the girl.

"Why go to your apartment?" ask Dara while chuckling.

"Because I want to."

"Hhhhh! Why, Nicholas?" sue Dara.

"Mmm .. 'cause you're drunk."

Dara chuckles. "Who's drunk? Just-there's. You can take me home, right? Ah, shit, I forgot my bag and clothes. Looks like I left it somewhere," he snickered.
