My Prince Of Edinburgh's
Chapters 11. The Disturber

"Hey!"

Dara and Gwen looked over. The eyes of the two girls rounded to see who was calling them. Nicholas stood a few meters ahead of them, looking up at the bicycle led by Dara.

"Ah, Nicholas, you happen to be here" said Gwen. "Sophie damaged Dara's bike earlier," he reported, pointing at Dara's bicycle.

"Shut up, Gwen!" Dara elbowed Gwen's arm.

Nicholas raised his eyebrows. "Is that correct (Is that true)?" ask her to Dara.

"It's none of your business!" sulek Dara, made Gwen want to curse her best friend.

"I can replace it. Think of it as a thank you for exposing Sophie's problem."

"no need. Not bothering me is enough!"

Nicholas approaches Dara and reviews her smile. "i'm serious. I'll replace it." He reached into his pants pocket and picked up his wallet.

"Five hundred pounds, is that enough?" nicholas asked as he offered a hundred-pound sheet.

"Thank you, Dara," whispered Gwen as she tugged at Dara's arm.

Dara smiled in anguish. He took the money out of Nicholas's hand and threw it in the young man's face. Both Nicholas and Gwen, who had witnessed Dara's actions, were similarly shocked.

"Save your money!" dara firmly. "Don't bother me. Go, Gwen!"

"But, Dara ...."

"Come on!" dara exclaimed as she turned her body and stepped away from Nicholas who was still dumbstruck.

Of course Nicholas was shocked by Dara's attitude. This time he was rejected by a woman. Just this time there was a woman who was acting tough on him. Just this time there was a woman who did not want to deal with him.

Between annoyance and awe and curiosity, mixed into one. Until Nicholas was unable to speak and just look at Dara's departure.

"I can't believe this" Gwen muttered as the two reached their apartment. "You turned down five hundred pounds, Dara," he said.

"I don't want to accept anything from that crazy young man." Dara put her body on the sofa.

"Then, what are you gonna do with the bike?"

"Let's just be junk."

Gwen shook her head. "I don't understand your way of thinking."

Dara put her shoulders down. He grabbed the television remote and turned it on.

"But, I admit you're great, Dara," Gwen cheered as she placed herself next to Dara. "You're acting like you don't know who Nicholas is."

"Despite being treated special? He is just a spoiled child living in the shadow of his family's fortune. It doesn't amaze me at all."

Another case with Braden, a real man who works hard to support himself, without the intervention of his parents.

"But he's still the most handsome young man in Edinburgh" said Gwen.

"Just good is not enough" Dara said. "After all, why should we talk about that crazy young man? I'm so lazy."

Gwen giggles. "But, you've managed to get his attention, Dara."

"I hope not. I really don't want to have any business with Nicholas."

"We'll see later. Aawh, wouldn't it be romantic for a prince to fall in love with a simple ordinary girl?"

Dara. "Your imagination is too far away."

Nicholas was talking to Alastair and Aegon when he saw Dara passing not far from him. The girl seemed to be heading to the library.

"Hey, where are you going?" alastair asked, seeing that Nicholas had suddenly left them.

"To the library" answered Nicholas.

Alastair and Aegon threw eyes at each other. The two lips each other.

"Why has he been going to the library lately?" ask Alastair to astonishment.

Aegon raises his shoulders. "How could I know (How could I know)?"

"Did she fall in love with the library guard?"

"Mrs Weasley?"

While Nicholas, following Dara into the library building. He saw the girl sitting alone in the corner of the reading room.

"Nic, don't make a fuss, okay?" Mrs. Weasley, the library guard, warned.

Nicholas raised both palms. "I'll try (I try)," she chuckled.

His attention was again focused on Dara who was struggling with her laptop and book. He pulled the chair across from the girl's desk and tapped on the table.

Dara rolled her eyes. "Do you want what?" ketus tanyanya. "I told you, don't bother me!"

"I'm just wondering, why did you refuse me the money?"

"I don't want to take anything from you."

Nicholas smiled slantedly at Dara who was completely unwilling to look at him.

"You're a cocky girl, huh? Are you rich?"

Dara hissing. He had no interest in answering Nicholas' stupid questions. Feeling ignored, Nicholas increasingly wanted to annoy the girl.

"So, your name's Dara, huh? What a strange name. Like the man."

Dara just put her shoulders down. He is still working on his laptop and his book. For him, serving Nicholas is something that is not important at all.

"You dare not ignore me, Dara?" Nicholas banged on the table.

"Don't bother me. How many times have I told you I don't want to deal with you."

"Why don't you want to deal with me?"

Dara clucked. "Because you're a shitty lunatic" he explained.

Nicholas. "Okay, I'm crazy. But, you're a stupid girl."

Dara stared intently at Nicholas with a look of annoyance. "Why do you always call me that?"

"Because you're a fool, '" said Nicholas.

Dara growled slowly. He realized, Nicholas was fishing for him to start a debate. Finally, Dara just shook her hands, thinking Nicholas' words were just the wind.

"Where are you from?" nicholas asked, knocking on the table, asking for the attention of Dara who was back struggling with her laptop.

"Planet earth."

Nicholas laughed out loud. "Very funny (It's funny)."

"Yeah, funny." Dara grimaced at a glance, then again put on her sour face.

"Hey, Dara. Do you know who I am?" nicholas Fishing.

"Hmm."

"Who am I (Who am I)?"

"The spoiled, attention-hungry kid."

Nicholas returned wide-eyed, so that made some people who were in the room turn their heads towards them. But, no one dared to reprimand, of course.

"Lunatics who have no empathy for others" Dara continued.

Nicholas clapped his hands. "You're very good at judging people apparently."

"It's written all over."

"Holy crab, you're good, Dara" Nicholas said, shaking his head.

Dara exhaled his breath rough. It seemed that he could not concentrate on the task with the presence of Nicholas that greatly disturbed him. He immediately closed the laptop, grabbed a book and moved from his seat.

"Where are you going?" nicholas asked as he followed Dara towards the book storage room.

"Avoiding a madman like you." Dara slipped the thick book in her hand between the other books on one of the shelves.

Dara stepped out of the library building. Nicholas followed him until he got to the front of a class.

"Stay away from me!" Dara pushed Nicholas' chest hard. Then he entered the classroom and closed the door.

Nicholas reviewed his smile while shaking his head slowly.
