“From Rudi.” said mother looked at Krishna. Krishna moved from his place.

“Halo, what is Rud?” ask Krishna.

Rudi laughed at Krishna's words.

“I've almost got Jeny. He is familiar with me now. Get ready to lose to me.” said Rudi arrogant.

Krisna's thoughts were jolted with Rudi's words. He realized that he really did not want to lose.

“I haven't started Rud. Just look at the end result.” Krishna bluffs.

“Ok, who's afraid? I also don't want to lose to you.” said Rudi.

Krisna walked into her room with a troubled mind. Finally he decided to solve Jeny's problem first and for Friska he would postpone it. His decision is well established, he will declare his love to Jeny tomorrow in preparation for Sunday's event. He sat in front of his laptop. He was looking for ways to express love. Finally, he decided to give her a rose.

The Friday that Chris was waiting for came. That day all who would set out cross-country prepared themselves. Each team was in the field to discuss the division of tasks and equipment. Krishna's squad has gathered.

Friska, Jeny, Erik, Aldi and Irwan were already waiting for him with smiles. Krisna sat among them in wonder at Friska's very stiff and contrived smile.

Krishna continued his examination. It turns out everything is complete.

“Tomorrow Sunday we leave at 06:00. I hope you're on time and there's no crappy stuff. So tomorrow we bring tent two. One tent for girls and one for boys. For heavy items let the guy who brought. Then as Andre said, we are prohibited from carrying any electronic devices and instant food we should not bring. We can only bring rice and vegetables. So I hope you obey those words. Stay energized! A cold nature awaits us in two days. But do not let your guard down, because we do not know what we should do in the activity.” said Krishna gave a lecture. All the members of his squad just nodded.

Friska and Jeny were never seen chatting and the rest of the group stayed away from Friska. Krisna was confused as to what was wrong with Friska in their eyes. In his squad all the attention was on Jeny. Although a few days ago Friska looked very stiff but it turns out she did a good job.

Krishna and Jeny looked at Rudi who was not far from there. Chris knew exactly what Rudi was going to do. Krisna just silently watched Rudi approach them.

I don't know when this love is coming, but I want you to feel what I feel. Will you be my girlfriend?” rudi said issuing his deathly appeal.

Jeny remained silent.

Rudi pulled out a pink rose. Krishna doesn't want to lose. He also brought out a red rose with a stutter.

“Take whichever you choose.” Rudi spoke up.

For a few moments they all fell silent. Jeny was also stifled by confusion. But actually he was sure he would choose Krishna. What makes him confused is Rudi who unexpectedly joined in expressing love with him. He felt sorry for Rudi if he refused. But he did have to declare a choice so that he was not overwhelmed with confusion continuously.

Jeny slowly moved her hand to pick up the rose in Krishna's hand.

From a distance, Erik saw everything that happened. He ran to where his team gathered.

Erik told me everything he saw. All were astonished and looked towards Rudi who was with his team. Friska just kept quiet hearing Erik's story earlier. Friska knew, Erik must not have lied because in reality Jeny had gone with Krishna. But somehow Friska felt a sharp stab in her heart as she heard them being made.

“Am I jealous?” the question constantly haunts Friska.

“Cannot be!” Friska shouted in her heart.

Not long after, Chris and Jeny arrived. Erik, Aldi, and Irwan are ready to tease the new couple. Friska just stood still and looked down. Once again Friska felt a deep stab at seeing them coming hand in hand.

“Entahlah.” whispered Friska to herself.

“There are new ones soan nih.” Erik said as he glanced at them.

Jeny's face was instantly red. He smiled and nodded. Kristina remained expressionless.

“PJnya where? When's? Trus where?” ask Aldi streak.

“When-when.” says Krisna flat.

All the members of the squad were instantly silent. Even Jeny's smile disappeared. Now all is silenced. Krisna knew she should be happy to have won the challenge from Rudi.

But there is a lump of regret in Krishna's heart that is the deepest because he has lied to his own heart because in fact he has never felt what love is. The lie eventually brought him in the middle of a pretty complicated problem. He realized, the words he had just released made the atmosphere become chaotic.

“I mean sometime after we go home up the mountain.” continued Krisna then with a smile.

Everyone smiled and it seemed to Krisna that Friska's smile was so stiff. I don't know why Kristina could think that. Even the real smile of a Friska had never been seen.

He only relied on instinct to assess each behavior Friska. Now Krishna has got a girlfriend and he should feel happy even though he did not get love. That fact he was alone and no one knew it.
