My Husband's Wedding
Feelings

Hamdi stared at the window of his room, thinking about how the fate of Siska and her baby will gradually grow bigger in Siska's stomach.

Hamdi's second meeting with Siska after the trial, made him a little curious about the life of his best friend's sister.

There is a sense of pity that he has for Siska who is a teenage girl but must be a young mother in the middle of her age who just stepped on 17 years. There was a strange feeling when he thought of Siska whom he had just met.

Hamdi brushed aside the feeling in his heart and named and believed it was just a pity.

"I have to talk to Zidan" Hamdi said.

******

In the morning, Hamdi who woke up immediately headed to the bathroom to clean himself. Today he intends to talk to Zidan about the problems that have happened to Siska.

The phone immediately he took over the drawer, not forgetting to immediately call his best friend who had been loyal to him.

"Hallo Dan, can we meet you at the usual place?"

"Assalamualaikum open hello!" answer Zidan ketus.

"Yes, yeah sorry. Assalamualaikum And can we meet in the usual place?"

"Waalaikumsalam, yes it can. Is there a Ham pa?"

"There's something I want to talk about your sister Siska"

"What happened to Siska? don't be like you to my sister! "

"Just meet me there. I'll tell you everything, I'll wait there. Wassalamualaikum "

Not yet Zidan answered the greetings from Hamdi, the call had been interrupted suddenly. Zidan who felt strange about Hamdi's behavior could only stare at the screen of his cellphone which he was now holding.

"It's weird" murmured Zidan quietly.

Zidan immediately drove his car to the cafe where they used to meet. It was Hamdi who had been waiting for him inside with his blank note.

"Assalamualaikum" said Zidan who immediately made Hamdi aware of his daydream.

"Girishal"

"I want to marry Siska Dan" Hamdi replied with a sudden arrival.

Zidan was surprised to hear the words of his friend who was said to arrive.

"You sick ? or crazy? don't you ever intend to hurt my sister with a cheap joke like this! you don't know who Siska is and you've only seen her once. That was during Bian's trial"

"I'm not kidding Dan. I seriously. Actually last night I met your sister on the side of the road trying to jump off a bridge. I know this looks ridiculous and it's here. But listen to my reasons. Your sister tried to kill herself because of the problems she was facing right now. I can't bear it if people later know that your sister was the victim of abuse and is now pregnant with a child baj*the irresponsible. You must know the social sanctions that Siska will get from society. They will judge your brother is guilty of indulging in the law and willingly come to the place where your sister was desecrated. Now society is more cruel to abuse victims than it is to feel compassion for them"

Zidan was pensive to think Hamdi's clear words made him a little shocked.

"Do you want to marry Siska out of pity and pity ? marriage is not based on coercion or pity. You think about how Siska will be your companion when she finds out that you married her because you feel sorry for her fate"

"I've thought about it matured Dan. I did feel sorry for Siska and did not want her to be labeled as a cheap woman. But you know, when I met him last night, my feelings for Siska weren't just out of pity. But there are other feelings that I don't know what they are. What is clear is that I just want to protect him from the evil views of people out there. I know it's a sudden impression, and I don't know if Siska will accept me or not. What I'm saying is I used to say to you because you're her brother, even if you're not a sibling"

"You know Ham, marrying a pregnant woman who is obviously pregnant is not with a man who is about to marry it is not allowed. You have to wait until the baby is born and you can marry her"

"But why Dan?"

"According to the opinion of the Mazhab Al-Hanafiyah and Assy-Shafi'iah that they actually justify the marriage, whether done by a man who is the father of the baby or another man who is not the father of the baby.

It is important to note, although both schools allow marriage contracts, but the ability to stop only reaching the agreement. While the relationship between husband and wife law is illegal, even so, according to Al-Malikiyah and Al-Hanabilah Mazhab Al-Malikiyah and Al-Hanabilah argue that marrying a woman who is pregnant due to adultery with another man is unlawful. And this fragrance applies absolutely, either to the man who impregnates it, or to the father of the baby, and also to other men"

"The basis of its fragrance is the following postulates. The Prophet SAW said in the hadith of Abu Dawud and al-Hakim: Hittle ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ "Do not be anointed (married) a pregnant woman (due to adultery) until giving birth.” "continue Zidan.

Hamdi was silent for a moment listening to Zidan's words.

"Now you wait until Siska gives birth so that you can get to know her better and there is no doubt in your heart because it seems to rush. I don't want it until our friendship breaks up just because you want to marry Siska suddenly because of her pregnancy. I don't want any trouble in our friendship. You can be friends with Siska for as long as she's pregnant until she gives birth. If the child is born, you can tell me what you will do next. You can marry her or be her friend"

"Alright if that's your answer to me. I will try to get to know Siska further and make my heart be sure of my intentions towards her. I also don't want to marry her because of my misinterpreted taste. Forgive me for suddenly talking to you about this. I just don't want to see Siska sad because of her fate. I also don't want to see a child that he's born with no father later. I know how painful it is not to feel a father's affection"

"I know how you Ham. Although you've only met Siska twice, it doesn't rule out the possibility that you're experiencing love at first sight. I mean love at second sight. You could love her, but now you better put your heart out and convince her of your intentions"

Hamdi thought that Zidan's words were true. He was afraid of making a misstep by marrying Siska because of last night's incident. In the depths of his heart, he could not forget the feeling that had plagued his mind since night.
