63. College in Jakarta

The sky was dark and the sun was gone from sight. Yeni woke up and started to blink both eyes. Yeni was surprised when she saw the wall clock in her room had pointed at six o'clock. Yeni immediately sat her body.

" Astagfirullah. I slept for so long that I forgot the time ", said Yeni.

Then Yeni went to the bathroom and took the water. After that he immediately performed the magrib prayer.

Yeni went straight out of the room after finishing the magrib prayer. It looks like her mom and dad are getting ready for dinner. Yeni sat down in the chair next to her mother.

" How long have you been out the deck?" ask Bu Yosi to Yeni.

" I'm sorry ma'am. Yeni was sleeping and just woke up ", replied Yeni.

Then they started their dinner quietly.

Leon is also having dinner with Papa Axcel and Mama Rita at his house. After dinner Leon went to the family room with Papa Axcel while Mama Rita cleaned the dining table with Bi Inah.

Soon Mama Rita caught up with Leon and Papa Axcel in the living room.

" Pa Leon can't study abroad. Leon will be studying in Jakarta with Siska" Leon told Papa Axcel.

" Are you sure?" ask Papa Axcel.

" Yes pa. Leon is sure ", Leon replied.

" But Leon wants to live alone in Jakarta. Leon doesn't want to live with Uncle Smith's family.

" all right. Papa will prepare an apartment for you to live in" said Papa Axcel.

Mama Rita who heard it became sad. He did not want to part with his only son.

" So you're leaving mom?" ask Mama Rita to Leon.

" Lon didn't leave mom. Leon just went to Jakarta for college ma " replied Leon.

" But you don't live in this house anymore. Mama I miss you so much baby " said Mama Rita holding Leon's cheek.

Mama Rita began to shed her tears and hugged Leon. Leon also returned Mama Rita's embrace. Papa Axcel just kept looking at it. He also felt it was hard to part with his only son.

" Don't cry anymore" said Leon releasing the hug.

" I'll go home often and see my mom" he continued.

" Well" said Mama Rita.

After that, they went to their rooms because it was late at night. Leon climbed the stairs and entered his room.

Leon climbed onto the bed and laid down his body.

" I better not tell him. To be a surprise " said Leon smiled faintly.

Leon closed his eyes and began to fall asleep.

Yeni was in her room. He could not close his eyes.

" Ah this is mah because most of the sleep was so now even can not sleep" said Yeni.

" What should I do with gini. Did I call Leon ", continued Yeni.

Yeni takes her phone on the nightstand and searches for Leon's number.

" I'll avoid him again. If you call later even I can not let go he went abroad " said Yeni put his phone back on the nightstand.

" But I miss him so much. Leon why the hell do you have to go abroad " continued Yeni began to cry.

Yeni continued to cry until she was tired and fell asleep with her eyes open.
