That day Leon will go to his cafe to check the state of the cafe because in a week Leon always check one to two times. It just so happens that today there is no college schedule.

" I went to the cafe first. You wait for me to come home " said Leon and kissed Yeni on the forehead.

He would always kiss Yeni on the forehead when she left and when she came back.

Leon headed for the parking lot after saying goodbye to Bu Yosi who would look after Yeni as long as she left. Mama Rita could not go to the hospital that day because she had to accompany Papa Axcel to see his client.

Leon entered his car and drove it to his cafe which became the center because he had several cafe branches in Jakarta.

" How's the cafe doing? " ask Leon at Jaka in his room.

Jaka is his confidant to take care of the cafe. Jaka is a street kid that Leon helped three years ago. Jaka was two years old over Leon.

" Everything's good. Calm down "answer Jaka.

" Thank you for taking care of the cafe. Sorry I rarely come here. I have to go to college and keep my wife in a coma in the hospital" Leon told Jaka.

Leon is like that calling Jaka because Jaka already seems like his brother. Moreover, he is an only child.

" Sleave Le. You should focus on your wife. Let my cafe take care of it ", said Jaka.

" Yes bang" replied Leon.

" I doain hope your wife is aware" said Jaka patted Leon's shoulder.

Leon nodded his head.

After a long time in the cafe and checking everything, Leon returned to the hospital. He could not bear to let Bu Yosi keep Yeni all day alone.

" Assalamualaikum" Leon entered Yeni's treatment room.

" Walaikumsalam" replied Ms. Yosi.

Leon approached Ms. Yosi and kissed her hand.

" Mom should go home now and get some rest" Leon told Ms Yosi.

" Alright but if there is anything immediately tell me mother yes " replied Ms. Yosi.

Leon nodded his head.

" I'm home baby" said Leon.

Suddenly Leon saw Yeni's hand move. He pressed a button next to Yeni's gurney to call the doctor.

" Dear your hand is moving. You heard me " Leon said to Yeni.

Shortly thereafter Doctor Diki came with Doctor Sinta and several nurses.

" What's up, Mr Leon? " ask Doctor Diki.

" Yeni's hand moved the dock" Leon replied.

Diki's doctor immediately checked Yeni's condition.

" Miss Yeni is still in a coma but if Miss Yeni's hand moves it's a good move. Miss Yeni responds to what you said. So often invite Miss Yeni to talk and encourage Miss Yeni to also struggle to be aware of her comment" said Doctor Diki after finishing checking on Yeni's condition.

" Okay, thank you doctor" Leon said.

Leon was happy to hear that. He will continue to encourage and invite Yeni to speak so that Yeni quickly realized.

Now it's Doctor Sinta's turn to check Yeni's contents.

" How are they doing, Doc? " ask Leon to Doctor Sinta.

" The two fetuses are healthy and well developed to date. But I was worried in the months that followed if Miss Yeni was unconscious as well. Then this fetus cannot develop because it cannot get food intake from its mother. But Mr. Leon also do not worry too much because it could also survive although it may not be like a baby in general who gets food intake from his mother" said Dr. Sinta.

Just heard the good news but now the circumstances of his two prospective children may be dangerous if Yeni does not quickly realize. Leon was really made to be at his lowest point.

After that Doctor Diki and Doctor Sinta and several nurses left the treatment room Yeni.
