164. Meeting Little Children

Leon returns to the hospital, he sees someone who looks like Ardi and Tya leaving Yeni's treatment room.

" Assalamualaikum" said Leon with Papa Axcel and Yendi's father.

" Walaikumsalam" replied Mama Rita and Bu Yosi.

" Ma, Ardi same Tya out of here? " ask Leon after greeting Mama Rita and Bu Yosi.

" Yes they just left " replied Mama Rita.

" What's the business at the police station? " ask Mama Rita.

" It's all done. Lawyers will make sure they are punished severely " replied Papa Axcel.

" Thankfully, I want them to get the punishment they deserve" Ms Yosi said.

Leon goes into Yeni's treatment room. The parents waited outside, while Papa Axcel went to Uncle Smith's office.

" Dear I came" said Leon kissing Yeni's forehead.

Leon was sitting in the chair next to Yeni's gurney. Again he could only look at Yeni who was still closing her eyes. His heart was so broken that he saw Yeni lying helplessly.

" When are you like this, baby. I really can't without you "said Leon wistfully.

His days that were usually spent with Yeni now felt hollow. The spirit within him was gone.

Leon goes to the hospital park after being in Yeni's treatment room for a long time. He sat alone watching the nurses and other patients pass by.

Suddenly he saw a girl fall from her wheelchair. Leon quickly helped the boy.

" Aren't you papa? " ask Leon after helping the boy back into his wheelchair.

" No papa brother. Thank you "answer the boy.

Leon nodded his head.

" Why did you fall? " ask Leon on the boy.

" So I wanted to take this crayon but instead it fell "he replied with the drawing tool in his hand.

" Where are your parents? " ask Leon again.

" Father is going to the office and mother is already in heaven" replied the boy smiling.

" Who are you here with? " ask Leon.

" With my nurse but she was going to the toilet" replied the boy again.

" Alright, we wait for your nurse there" said Leon pointing to the bench he was sitting on.

The girl nodded her head.

Leon pushed the wheelchair and took it near the money bench he was sitting on. There is a shady tree so it feels cool under it.

" What brother's name? " ask the boy.

" O know my sister, my name is Nadia" said the boy smilingly extending his hand to Leon.

Leon also returned the hand.

" What is in the hospital? " ask Nadia.

" Sister's wife is being treated at this hospital. He was in a coma after having an accident ", Leon replied.

" Oh my goodness. I'm so sad, Denger. Hopefully my sister's wife quickly realized yes " said Nadia.

" Thank you" said Leon.

" Sister should be excited yes, I'm sure that sister's wife will definitely realize again" said Nadia to encourage Leon.

Leon also smiled and rubbed Nadia's head covered with hijab.He felt his sadness a little less after talking to the cheerful Nadia.

" You sick? " ask Leon to Nadia.

" Yes, I have stage four brain cancer. Now I'm on chemotherapy " replied Nadia smiling.

Leon heard that surprised. Nadia was so strong and did not look if she was seriously ill. He could even say with a smile.

" The doctor said I lived for a while, but Dad always said that man's life and death is God who digresses. I am the same father who believes in the same power of God that can provide miracles as long as we always pray and obey him. May tomorrow God lift my illness and I recover ", Nadia smiled.

Leon was amazed to hear that from a little boy.

" Sister must also believe that miracles exist. Who knows, after this God made his wife aware so that he could gather again with his sister "said Nadia who had seen Leon's face so sad.

" Aamiin" replied Leon.

" Tell this kid. I can't give up, I have to get excited. Yeni will definitely be aware " Leon said in his heart.

" Thank you, O Alla, You have brought me together with this child like Nadia" Leon continued in his heart.

Leon smiled at Nadia. " Sister Istria must be seneng if you meet. He is also a cheerful person just like you " Leon said.

" Well really, brother? I also want to meet my sister's wife " said Nadia enthusiastically.

Leon nodded his head.

" How about tomorrow if you ask permission from your father first new brother bring you to meet sister's wife. You want? " ask Leon.

" Yes, sister, I want to "answer Nadia.

Nadia's nurse came and took her away. They promise to meet in the park again tomorrow at the same hour.
