More Tender

This weekend Steven and Sheila will be staying at Jefri's house. After making a pilgrimage to the tomb of Jason's father and Miranda's mother they both headed straight to Jefri's house.

Arriving at Jefri's house as usual Steven and Sheila are greeted affectionately. Looks like some people are preparing delivery for delivery. Tonight Max is going to propose to his girlfriend Sylvia officially.

Sheila immediately joined Sarah and Bik Sumi in the kitchen, making cakes for delivery later tonight. Steven joins Ricko, Max, and Leon in the living room, discussing the men's business chats.

"Seru was very chatty. Nih Sheila brought tea as a snack," Sheila said walking over with a tray.

"Thank you Shei" said Steven receiving a teacup while smiling sweetly at Sheila.

"Together Mas," Sheila smiled no less sweetly.

The interaction between the two did not go unnoticed by Jefri, Max, and Leon. Gratitude in the hearts of the three of them saw Steven and Sheila's relationship look better and better.

"Thank you Maemunah," teased Max as usual.

"Max," Jefri scolded for a moment. "Don't call your sister that again. Sheila's married now, not good with her husband."

"Yes sorry," said Max.

"No pa-pa, Dad. I know Max isn't serious and he's just flirting" Steven said.

"Rasain tuh," sneered Sheila who was sitting next to Steven.

"You also don't tempt your sister, just the same," Steven scolded as he pinched Sheila's nose slowly.

"Are you ready?" steven asked Sheila who was still sitting at her dresser.

"It's over, '" Sheila answered and then stood up and turned to face her husband.

Steven was stunned by Sheila's performance tonight. The family-specific sarimbit batik dress she wears may be ordinary, but it looks so amazing when Sheila is wearing it.

"Let's go, Mas" said Sheila to invite Steven down.

"Wait a minute."

Steven walked towards the nightstand and picked something up in the bedside nightstand drawer. Sheila came back with a long red velvet box.

"Make you," Steven said as he held out the box.

"What is this Mas?"

Sheila receives Steven's velvet box.

"Just a little gift."

"Can I open it?" ask Sheila again.

Steven nodded with a gentle smile. Sheila then opened the box which turned out to contain a necklace with a diamond pendant. Not too big, but it looks beautiful and elegant.

"Subhanallaah, this is so beautiful Mas" Sheila said.

"Here is pakein."

Steven took the necklace from the box and walked to the back of Sheila to put it on. Sheila collected her hair into one, making it easier for Steven to wear the necklace. Both of them face the mirror on the dresser.

"It's really pretty Mas" said Sheila smiling and stroking her necklace.

"Thank you so much, Mommy" Sheila said after turning to face Steven.

Cup.

One kiss landed on Sheila's forehead long enough.

"Beloved," replied Steven. "We go down yuk," he asked later.

Sheila nodded. Holding her husband's arm, the two of them then went out to join the other family.

Going down the stairs still holding hands, the attention of the family gathered below was on Steven and Sheila.

"Are you ready, baby?" ask Sarah after Sheila gets in front of her.

"Udah Bun."

"Let's all go now" Sarah asked later.

The group left Jefri's house. Not many are coming, only the family of Sarah's older sister and Jefri's nuclear family. In total only three cars were included.

The Jefri family was in one car. Steven was driving and Sheila was sitting next to him. In the car, in the car,

"Gue has an event but why are you two the center of attention" Max grumbled.

"Kasian deh lu," the seductive Sheila looked back and stuck out her tongue.

"Don't start," said Steven, who sat behind the wheel pulling Sheila's cheek to face the front.

Sheila reflex covered her mouth with both hands.

Then they laugh at the same time. Arriving at Sylvia's house, Sarah takes Sheila down the road ahead while the men still take care of the rest.

"Your necklace is beautiful Shei. New huh? Mother seems to have never seen me," asked Sarah while holding Sheila's hand.

"Gift from Mas Steven Bun" Sheila replied.

"Oohs. Pantes, pretty."

"Thank you Bun."

The event went well. At the time of the ring exchange, Sheila saw with haru Max who was pairing the ring on Sylvia's ring finger.

"It's a shame we didn't go through this phase just yet. Are you sorry Shei?" steven asked half a whisper to Sheila who was standing next to him.

Sheila turned her head towards Steven then smiled so sweetly.

"Absolutely not Mas. Everyone has their own story. And I don't regret anything that's happened to us."

Steven grabbed Sheila's waist and then kissed her forehead.

"It is fortunate that Mas dapet wife like you Shei, although Mas too late realize everything."

What Steven and Sheila did did did not go unnoticed by Jefri and Sarah. The two looked at each other and smiled. Grateful for the relationship between her two daughters increasingly friendly. Eliminate the feeling of guilt for having agreed to the matchmaking of the two of them first.
