The sound of her cell phone ringing keeps waking Sonia from her sleep. Squirming her body slowly, Sonia then tried to reach her cellphone which still continued to ring on the nightstand.

Sonia was a little surprised when she found Sendy's name calling her this late. Huddling her body, Sonia then shifted the green button on her phone screen.

"Assalamu'alaikum, what's up Dek?"

"Wa'alaikumsalam's chat. Sorry, brother malem-malem, but this is very important."

"Yes, not pa-pa. What's wrong?"

Sonia sees Sean starting to open his eyes as he is disturbed.

"Who?" asked Sean lirih.

"Sendy," Sonia replied softly as she closed the bottom of her phone with a palm.

"Grandmother passed away, half an hour ago," Sendy said softly and cautiously.

"Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un" cried Sonia.

Sean who was surprised immediately sat his body to hear Sonia's words.

"Silver comes home as soon as Deck," said Sonia already started to tear up.

"Yes. Brother be careful. Said mom don't need to rush, fear even happened anything later brother on the road."

"Yes Dek, brother must be careful. Assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikumsalam sis."

Sonia turned off her phone.

"What's Sonia?" ask Sean.

Yes, since being told by Steven last night, Sean slowly began to get used to calling with the real name Sonia.

"Grandmother died Mas, half an hour ago," replied Sonia with tears that had wet her cheeks.

"Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un" Sean said.

Sean grabbed Sonia who had started sobbing into his arms. Rubbing his head slowly.

"Ssttt, don't cry anymore. You are patient."

Sean lets Sonia cry first, spilling her grief.

"Yeah, don't cry anymore. Better now you're ready. We're going home right now" Sean said after Sonia's cries eased a little.

Sonia wakes up from Sean's arms.

"But it's one o'clock in the night?" sonia asked after seeing the clock hanging on the wall of their room.

"You just calm down. We're taking Dad's helicopter. You get ready first. Let Mas connect people to prepare everything" replied Sean.

"Good Mas."

After Sonia gets out of bed and walks towards the bathroom, Sean then picks up his phone lying on the nightstand and calls his father.

"Assalamu'alaikum Bang," said Steven in a typical raucous voice waking up.

"Wa'alaikumsalam Yah's. Brother wants to pinch the chopper now, yeah, yeah."

"What do you want to do these nights for?"

"Sonia just got word that her grandmother passed away. Brother Sonia wants to go now to the city of S."

"Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji. Okay-okay, brother get ready. Let Daddy call Om Bima to take care of all his permits and call our pilot to get ready now."

"Yes Well. Thanks a lot Dad. Sorry ngerepotin malem-malem."

"Look easy Bang, kayak to who the hell. Yeah, I'm closed now. Assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikumsalam."

A little while later Sean and Sonia have arrived at the basecamp used as headquarters by Steven's men and others.

"Let's go down" Sean asked Sonia, whose face was full of questions.

"This where is Mas?" ask Sonia confused.

Sonia's face was getting confused. But Sonia follows Sean's steps down from the car. Sonia held Sean's arm slightly tight because she was afraid of a place so foreign to her, coupled with the dark and silent atmosphere of the night.

"Boss," said two men on duty to stand guard in front.

"Hm. Where's Om Bima?" sean asked coldly and authoritatively, typical of a leader.

"Let's Boss. Boss Bima is already waiting upstairs."

One of them leads Sean and Sonia to the roof of the building where the helipad is located, while another takes over a small suitcase that Sean was carrying.

"Assalamu'alaikum Om" said Sean after meeting Bima on the roof of the building.

"Wa'alaikumsalam's chat. Sean, Sonia, you're leaving right away. Om has taken care of all his permits. He also contacted the city airport. Later at the airport there will also be our people who pick you up, so you just calm down," Bima explained.

"okay Om. Thanks a lot, Om for everything. And sorry ngerepotin Om malem-malem gini."

"It's okay Sean. You're out there, you're leaving now."

"There's still a lot of Om" said Sonia, though still a little awkward.

"Sama-sama Sonia's. You are patient. Om is sorry," replied Bima.

"Yes Om, thank you."

"We go first Om. Assalamu'alaikum," said Sean.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, watch out for you."

Sean and Sonia nodded then walked towards the helicopter that was ready to fly on the helipad runway.

🌸🌸🌸

On arrival Sean and Sonia at the airport in the city of S already have one of Bima's men waiting for them and ready to take them to their destination. Sean and Sonia are then welcome to come in and sit in the back seat.

"Mas," called Sonia when the car just drove out of the airport.

"Hmm," Sean replied with a murmur.

"What if I asked who Mas is?" asked Sonia again to voice the concerns she felt since she was still in the helicopter.

Sean looked silent and thought for a moment.

"Sonia, before Mas want to ask you first about the continuation of our marital status. We haven't had a chance to talk after Dad came in last night. Want to know your heart? I want to know what your desire for our marriage relationship is going to be like in the future?" asked Sean who had tilted his body facing towards Sonia.

Sonia bowed silently with her hands squeezing each other. Feeling embarrassed and embarrassed to answer what it looks like.

"Speak Sonia, I want to hear your opinion. Are you sorry about our marriage?"

"Of course not Mas" Sonia replied loudly and immediately raised her face immediately facing Sean.

A second later Sonia's face turned red. Sonia lowered her face again.

"I-I mean, I-I don't regret our marriage Mas" continued Sonia misbehaved.

Sean smiled at his wife's adorable behavior.

"As Mr. Kiyai said at the time. Our marriage may be very sudden and beyond our plans. But I try to accept it sincerely as one of the destiny of Allah SWT for both of us."

"Mas agrees with you Sonia. So, do you mind like Mas filing a marriage certificate to legalize our marriage?"

"Absolutely not Mas," replied Sonia a little shyly.

Sean smiled again and gently rubbed Sonia's head from behind her hijab. Sonia's heart as if crazy inside there found a sweet treatment from Sean like this. Without Sonia knowing, the same thing was felt by Sean.

"For mom's problems, of course we'll tell her the truth. But we also have to wait for the right time. Do you agree with my opinion?"

"Yes Mas" Sonia replied with a smile and raised her face.

After nearly an hour of travel, the car they were riding in arrived in front of Sonia's house. A simple house that is not too big but has a large enough yard. Typical rural homes in general.

Sean and Sonia get out of the car. Sean then orders his men to leave them and return when Sean contacts him later.

After the car passes away, Sean and Sonia then walk into the courtyard of the house. There are still some residents gathered on the terrace and inside the house. The saint who saw the arrival of Sonia immediately stood up and ran to her daughter.

"Sonia," called the Holy One while tightly hugging Sonia.

"Mother" said Sonia.

Both the mother and the child wept shedding all their longings, along with the suffering they had suffered because of the departure of the grandmother. While Sean was still faithfully standing beside Sonia. I want Sean to gently rub Sonia's head to calm her down. But as much as possible Sean held back.
