A week later.
UMPTN exams are starting. The exam location is at the best State University in the city of P. The building is on a very large hill. Besides being strategic and cool, the University also has a unique building design.
And to be able to enter to be part of this campus, prospective students must pass many candidates who are not only in the Province, but also from outside the island.
One day before the exam, those who want to take the UMPTN exam must see the location and seat first. But I didn't get to.
On the day of the exam, I had to wake up at dawn. After getting ready I'm taking Papa to the bus terminal. Same as before, on the bus there are many prospective students who will take the exam.
So I don't feel alone. It's just that I'm worried that my exam time could be reduced because I don't know which room I'm sitting in.
Ah, nevermind. I just resigned, the important thing is to ask people and look for. Simplest.
********
To get there, I have to use the campus bus that has been provided.
Once on campus, I saw many wearing black uniforms and alma mater jackets. Looks like it was the senior who was on duty to guard and begin the examination today.
I walk uphill, looking for building C, wailing to and fro.
"Sir, what building are you testing?" asked one of the black-clothed female seniors to reprimand me.
"Building C Kak, room 104," I replied.
"You go straight, there's a yellow flower pot, keep turning right. Then ask senior there, where's room 104,"
"Okay, thank you, sister,"
"Together,"
I rushed towards the direction indicated. The road is uphill because the location of all the buildings here, is on the hill, so the shape of the road is uncertain. To make me bored.
I turn right, there happens to be a senior guy wearing an alma mater talking to another senior in a black uniform.
"Sister, sorry. Room 104 where are you, brother?" my many.
"You don't know? You're late, so before the exam, you have to check the location where you're sitting!" ketus answer.
I looked carefully, I seemed to know this guy.
Ahah! He's the pen borrower! See you again, duh.duh..
Yes, he is jutek and ketus. But, really cute this guy.
"Hey! Oi! You are asked, be silent. Want to take the exam, don't you?!" he said again, flicking his fingers in front of my nose.
I'm surprised dong.
"What hell! If you don't want to show, it's okay. Judes very! Pen boy!" answer me with annoyance.
I hurried the way past from there. It sounded like he was telling the black uniform guy with him to come after me.
"Dad! Let me drop the room. Follow me," said the senior.
I turned back and it turned out that the pen guy saw me. I thumbs up and immediately turn my thumb down.
I saw his furious face, but it looks funny.
What's wrong with me today, huh? I'm not usually this brave, let alone face a guy.
"Dad! You have to be careful. That was our BEM leader, famous for being strong and firm. If you pass UMPTN, you are in search of the same problem he is," said senior black uniform near me.
"He started first, brother,"
"You'd better avoid him, if you see him again,"
"Hmmm..."
"That's your exam room. It's 1 hour late, it's gonna have to be done,"
"Okay, thank you, sister,"
The senior nodded and left. I went into room 104 and didn't forget to read the greetings.
When I came in, all eyes were on me. Including the exam supervisor.
"Please enter. You only have an hour and a half left. Research before answering the exam and please sit down," said the supervisor.
"Thank you, sir,"
I rushed to the empty chair. I happen to be sitting at the very back, last number.
I sat down and started answering questions on the exam paper. I started to answer the question from the easiest, then answered the difficult question and the last answer was to shoot a beard.
For those who do not know the answer, I set aside when the time will end.
So, the answer later could be luck.
*******
An hour and a half passed. When the "teng" sounds, I have finished answering all the test questions given.
I went around the building, but I didn't find any sales people. I was sitting limp in the park not too far from the exam room.
"Now! For you. Very drowsy! You must not have had breakfast, right?" said someone who patted my shoulder with an object that felt tender.
I looked over and how surprised I was that it was a pen guy!
He gave me a packet of bread. Between happy, surprised and a little suspicious.
Why did he give me bread?
"Look again! You seem to like dumbbells?! You suspect this bread?" ask him ketus.
"Upd! No Brother. Brother why don't you eat the bread?" my answer is still not facing this.
"Udah! Don't ask too many questions. Let's just say this instead I borrowed a pen back then. So break even!" he said and immediately went rushing through the hallway.
Not even I had time to say thank you, uh he just played his way.
How does he remember? Why did he know I had not had breakfast. Let's not let him look at me from earlier.
Now I forget for a second about the pen guy. I have to concentrate on the second test.
I ate the bread from the pen guy. Luckily, I brought a drink from home.
The alarm sounds again, indicating the second exam will begin. I went straight into the exam room and the exam was conducted.
The exam time was over, all the participants gathered questions and answers to the supervisory table.
Uhh... The leg today can pass the exam without obstacles, I went straight home ah.
*********
While waiting for the bus at the stop that has been provided, I saw many who gathered and said that the bus today is not operating because there is a massive demo.
So, everything on campus, inevitably have to go down on foot, if you want to go home using Angkot.
I had to walk to the campus gate far enough away. When it reached the gate, there were no buses and Angkot operating at all.
I walk again with the others. The day was so hot, it made me thirsty and hot.
Perhaps because of the large number of people walking on foot, no one complained.
I had a chance to chat with friends who joined UMPTN. Had also met a friend who had been dumbbells in the same place as me. So it feels exciting.
We had to walk again, because Angkot also participated in the demo. So there is no public transport in operation at the moment.
The day is getting hotter and once we stop for a while at the stall just to drink or buy a snack.
When I started walking again, suddenly there was a motor that stopped in front of me. He took off his helmet and looked back at me.
"Hey! You, let's go up! I'll drop off to the market" he said.
I was shocked, it turned out to be a pen guy!!
Why did he tell me to come? You know where it's me? Do you have a lot of walking along this road? Why should I follow him too? Know also not, know his name moreover, ogah...!
A lot of questions came to my mind.
"Hey! Already, lasanin used to be dumbfounded. When are you going to get on the road? This is up to the market, you just met public transportation," he said again.
"No!! It's okay to walk, lots of friends! I don't know that anyway, why, weird!!" ketus.
"Yes already! Helped not want!" the answer is more subtle.
Without looking back again, he passed by riding his motorbike a little tight.
Maybe he's embarrassed about being rejected or he really wants to help me?
Unexpectedly before, it turned out that there were a few eyes looking at me in astonishment. They turned out to be seniors who wore black uniforms and alma mater jackets.
OMG! Just realized, they might be surprised why I could know the pen guy who turned out he was the Chairman of BEM on the famous campus.
Ah already. They think it's up to them, I don't know him either.
My legs started to blister slightly and my sweat started to pour out as it held back the hot sun. So does the others.
Two hours later, we finally arrived at the market. Fortunately there was Angkot operating to the bus for my route home.
Me and the others separated at the market, looking for Angkot majors where each lived.
I am so glad I can go home today. Can't wait to get home and rest.
********
I found the Bus and immediately sat inside, while waiting for the Bus to be full.
After the bench was filled, then the bus drove to the next terminal.
Along the way, I was thinking about that pen guy. I have met twice and still don't know what her name is.
