LOST (Anna)'s

Chapters 27. Beg.

"Please, leave it like this first, Anna. I promise I won't be rude to you."

Again the voice came back to Anna's ears. The voice of a foreign man who lately is often very disturbing, both in real and dream.

Yeah, somehow, since the last meeting at Ryan's apartment, Anna's been dreaming about the guy a few times.

Anna could not explain specifically how the dream was. It's just that Ryan's figure came with the silhouette of a woman he couldn't see clearly.

If that was the case, Anna would instantly wake up from her sleep with cold sweat drenching the body.

Anna is not a stupid girl who is unaware of the strangeness between Ryan and his family. The father hated Ryan. What's more, he wasn't the first time he was seen fighting with Ryan.

When Ryan last came to their house, one week ago, Anna realized that the two were in a serious conflict.

A breath came out from Anna's tiny mouth. Instead of sleeping, the girl left her eyes open until the early hours of the morning.

"What really happened between you and Mr Ryan?" asked Anna on the sidelines of a quiet family breakfast.

The question suddenly made the two men sitting in front of Anna throw each other a silent gaze.

"What do you mean?" Dirno chose to ask back, rather than answer the question of the youngest princess.

"Well, I'm not a fool. Father's meeting with Mr. Ryan and Mas Nathan from the beginning seemed something was wrong. What have they done to Dad? Why do you look so dislike their presence? He said your introduction started with a party invitation filled by Dad, but why do I feel like there's something much more serious than that?"

Anna took a breath and exhaled it twice, after revealing a series of questions that had been stored inside her head. The girl looked suspiciously at Dirno and Denis who now looked a little uneasy.

"Why are you asking me that?" It was Denis who first discovered his voice and said so.

"Of course I'm curious, brother! I've kept all these questions in my head for a long time, and I don't think I can hold back!" sahut Anna was upset.

Dirno cleared her throat and placed her tablespoon on the plate that still left food.

"Dad there's no problem with them. I just don't like their attitude, that's all." Answer Dirno.

"What are their actions?" anna asked impatiently.

"Anna, they actually intend to come here to recruit you to work in Jakarta."

Anna raised her eyebrows, as did Denis.

The 29-year-old glanced at his father meaningfully, as if asking what he meant.

Could it be that he had indirectly agreed to Ryan's request to take Anna to Jakarta? Denis learns of Ryan's purpose in coming home after Dirno told him a few days ago.

If so, what about Dirno's determination not to let Anna out of their arms?

"What is Dad saying?" asked Anna who did not understand the words of her father at all.

Dirno closed her eyes for a moment, before then making a sound. "Since the beginning he asked you to work there, honey. Out of nowhere, he got the info if you were ever rejected from working in one of the foreign companies because it does not have a strata one."

Anna was dumbfounded for a moment. Inwardly, he questioned the truth that had just been spoken from Dirno's mouth.

Is that true? Just because of such a trivial matter, could he hate Ryan and Nathan so much?

"What reason is that!" anna cried with disbelief.

"This is no excuse, son. If you don't believe me, ask them."

Anna was silent for a moment. "Then why are you fighting like that?"

"We have no quarrel" said Dirno.

"Then, how did you respond, Anna?" ask Denis who's curious about his sister.

"Of course I won't come! Why move there when there are no you. After all, from the very beginning we moved here to start a new life together!"

Hearing Anna's reply, Dirno approached her and hugged Anna's body. "We'll always be together, okay?"

Anna nodded her head and returned the embrace of the father equally tightly.
