LOST (Anna)'s

LOST (Anna)'s
Chapter 24. Anna's Feelings.

The atmosphere was silent for a moment, before Anna finally chose to answer Ryan's question in an ordinary tone. "The necklace was a relic of my late mother before she died, so of course it meant everything to me."

Ryan remained silent. His eyes looked at the figure of Anna who was now throwing her face. The necklace is indeed the legacy of their mother, although the figure of the mother in Anna's mind is different from what she thought.

"Now, can I grab that necklace? Sorry, it seems you are a bit presumptuous because you have brought even the belongings of others," said Anna coldly. The girl did not care if Ryan was offended by her words.

Ryan slowly opened the necklace and handed it to Anna. However, just as Anna was about to pick it up, the man rushed up from the sofa.

"Sir, my necklace!" anna stood up from the sofa. He thought Ryan was leaving. However, the man turned out to move to the back of his body and immediately put the necklace to Anna's neck.

Anna jerks. His body pecked for a moment, when the warmth of Ryan's fingers touched a little clean skin.

"Don't lose this necklace. Take care of it with all your life" whispered Ryan softly. His voice sounded very sad, as if the thing was also at least precious to Ryan.

Anna turned towards Ryan to ask what the man meant, but as soon as she turned around, the faces of the two of them suddenly rubbed off at a very close distance.

Anna's heart pounded hard, when she looked at Ryan's handsome face that was so shady.

Anna was well aware that the beating that was present in her chest was not a feeling of love towards the opposite sex. I don't know, this debate feels so complicated and stifling. Anna could even feel a fistful of profound sadness suddenly present filling her soul.

Ryan who also looked at Anna in silence, suddenly jerked, when he found tears that suddenly fell down flowing down Anna's cheeks.

Ryan's hand reflexively lifted to wipe away Anna's tears. The subtle touch then resuscitated Anna from her daydream.

The girl slid one step while removing the remaining tear melts that had not been erased by Ryan.

With a puzzled face, Anna was seen muttering alone.

"Sir, I have to go home" Anna asked.

"I'll drop off, b— briefly"

"No!" agitate Anna while raising her hand, as if asking Ryan to keep his distance. "Let me go home alone!"

"Please, let me go home alone!" After saying so, Anna rushed to run away from the apartment.

Ryan was on the spot. His eyes stared at Anna's departure.

While Anna forced herself to keep running away from the area, until arriving at a stop that was quite far from Ryan's apartment.

Just when Anna arrived, the bus came. Anna immediately came in and sat in the very back row.

Anna was silent there, digesting the incident she had just experienced.

"What feeling is this?" he murmured, when he realized that the feeling had come back to disturb his soul.

Ryan's sad face was even present in Anna's memory. Anna clearly saw that there was a lot of sadness on her face.

The sadness that was somehow clearly portrayed in Anna's mind.

Anna reflexively clutched her chest, as tears flowed back down the girl's cheeks.

"Can go no!" hard on yourself. However, instead of leaving, the feeling was even stronger restraining Anna's soul to make the girl cry sobbing.

...**********...

Denis could not say anything after hearing the father's candid confession to Ryan and Nathan. He was only able to lean while kneading his pained temple.

"We just have to be prepared for the worst possible, Dad," Denis said.

Dirno. On one hand, she felt regret for having said the truth to Ryan, but on the other there was a feeling of relief, as if a heavy burden was lifted from all the joints of her body.

Denis's right. They should be prepared for the worst. What's more Ryan doesn't seem to be intending to leave this city, which means the intensity of his encounters with Anna will be frequent.

It could be those meetings that will be the spark of Anna's memory, which has been buried for a dozen years.
