Chapters 11. There Never Was

"Stefan, are you sure of your decision?"

Iris asked her husband in the study. It appears that the man is preparing some documents to prepare for Elona's departure.

As Elona was about to investigate the matter at Armelin, Stefan gave his brother authority as the city's interim leader, replacing him. Need some important administrative documents and travel papers for that.

“It doesn't matter!” louis said a little. “You want to go to Armelin, right? Why?”

Inside the cabin, Elona was still thinking about Louis's actions she had just done. Though Elona has given freedom to the man, but why still want to deal with him? Elona was convinced that she would never see Louis again from that day on.

And Louis's gaze just now...

Although the man left in annoyance, he could not hide his gaze on Elona. It was not anger that was implied from his two eyes, but sadness.
