PART 2

“Iya, Mum.” I got out of my seat and opened the door. Lazily, I walked towards the dining room. My appetite is empty, but I also have to appreciate a mother who is tired of cooking.

I left school lazily, it felt like school just reminded me of Kenzhi. Too many memories have been passed. When it was almost at the gate, it turned out that Sasa and Daffa were already waiting for me. They look at me weird. They seem to be hiding something from me.

“Hey, Ryn,” greet Daffa.

“Tumben you guys here?” many wonder.

“Yang patient well Ryn,” said Sasa then hugged me.

“Propa. Patience what does it mean?” I asked back, not understanding Sasa's intentions.

Meanwhile, without replying, Sasa immediately removed his injuries.

“It's about Kenzhi, Ryn," interrupted Daffa.

 

Kenzhi, huh. I don't want to talk about it, but they're talking about Kenzhi instead. I took a long breath.

 

“Already, I don't want to discuss that. I also already know, if Kenzhi changes schools to Singapore,”, I said.

“So, you already know all? Then, how?” ask Daffa.

“I tried to contact him. Yesterday, I didn't pick up the phone at first, after which I couldn't reach it until now." I stared lazily at Sasa and Daffa.

“Continue now?” sasa asked while raising both eyebrows.

“Alleta? It's been. That's all," I replied briefly.

“So, you don't know the news about Kenzhi?” Sasa now looks at me seriously.

“Means?” many confused. Sasa and Daffa suddenly fell silent, the look on his face turning moody.

“Why? What's up?” I suddenly had an unpleasant feeling. I don't know why I feel anxious.

Sasa and Daffa exchanged glances as if hinting at something.

“You should not be surprised yes Ryn,” said Daffa warning.

“Iya, why? What's the same with Kenzhi?” manya curious. My feelings are getting bad.

“The plane that Kenzhi was on board, had an accident after arriving in Singapore. When passengers started to get off the plane, the plane suddenly exploded. Many victims died, and were seriously injured. No word yet about Kenzhi." Daffa explained it in detail.

“What!” I said in shock, and spontaneously both my hands clenched my mouth. My body immediately felt weak, I almost fell because my body was too weak.

“Eh, Ryn. You okay?” asked Sasa who was now holding onto my body so as not to fall.

“I have to find Kenzhi! Ja. I have to find him.” I panicked right away.

“You calm down first Ryn,

we'll help you find out more about Kenzhi.” Sasa grabbed my shoulder and tried to calm down.

“Daff, accompany me to the Airport. Who knows if there's news of Kenzhi. I want to find out there,” I said as I stared at Daffa expectantly. For a moment Daffa and Sasa exchanged glances.

“Ayo Daff, take me," please.

“Iya, I'll drop you off. But, later after school. We haven't asked for a permit. And what if asked the reason? What to answer? If the reason is to go to the airport, it is impossible to accept" Daffa said.

“No! I can't. I can't wait until later, I have to look for it now!” I was panicking, and it felt like my heart was raging. I'm worried about Kenzhi, I'm really worried about him.

“Ryn,” said Sasa gently, then switched to looking at Daffa.

“Ya. I'll go alone. I'll find out about Kenzhi myself," I broke up.

“Wait! Alright, alright. I'll take you, don't go alone.” Daffa suddenly prevented me when I was about to leave.

Me, Daffa, and Sasa went to the airport. Arriving there, quickly\-quickly I got off the car followed by Daffa, and Sasa. It turns out that many are also looking for information about family members, friends, or close people. Many passed by in confusion, some were crying and calmed their families. However, not a few are also busy with their phones. Giving news to the family, or just messing with the phone\-talk.

 

“Sorry Sir. I want to ask, is there any news from the Airport about the accident yesterday?” daffa asked the middle-aged man who passed by in front of us.

“We're here from last night, but there's no word yet about the accident. There is only news that many victims were injured, and died. Meanwhile, passenger data is not yet known for sure who died and injured,” replied the man.

“Thank you sir, the information,” said Daffa then gave a small smile. While the man without answering went straight away.

“How is this?” muttered. My mind feels so bad, between worry and fear. Suddenly my head felt dizzy again, my body felt weak.

“Eh, Ryn. You why?” asked Sasa who was now holding onto my limp body.

“We'd better sit down first, let Ryn be calmer.” Daffa picked me up and Sasa sat down on the chair that was in the corridor.

“You and Ryn, just sit down first. I will buy a drink for a while,” Sasa said then smiled a little.

“Let's sit down,” take Daffa. I just kept quiet and obeyed Daffa. Sasa rushed to buy a drink, while Daffa and I sat down on the chair.

 

My tears trickled slowly, my mind only fixed on Kenzhi. Still remember the feeling, when I used to cry because I failed to pass the selection of the Design competition. Kenzhi came with his smile to calm me, clutching me so warmly. Comforted me with his silly jokes, and now I've lost hope of those things. Whether it'll happen again or not, I don't know.
