Meaning of a Taste

I could not feel what was going on inside my body. All I could feel was limp and helpless. It felt like my body could not be moved and felt very stiff. I saw Reza confused to see me become weak. He took me by running in a direction that I myself did not know where. I could only see it without having to say a word. My tongue feels stiff to speak is very difficult. Finally we found an old hut, Reza took me to the hut and it happened that there we met an old father who was sitting behind the hut.

"Please sir please" Reza told the old man. The old man immediately approached me and told Reza to put me to sleep on a chair made of woven bamboo.

"You have taken the water inside, let me treat it" said the father.

Reza immediately ran inside to fetch the white water. A few minutes later Reza came out with a glass of water. The father looked me in the eye, I could see it clearly but I couldn't tell him anything.

"Your friend is being infested by a very evil creature. He came from a big tree on the beach. Why did you get to this place?" ask the Father.

"Ehm we're lost sir." replied Reza.

"Where are you guys going?" The father gushed my face with the water in his mouth. At that instant I started to be able to open my mouth and make noises. It turned out that the father was a famous shaman in this area.

"Sir.. Thank you. " I stammered.

"Yes not you know that this area has never been touched by humans. This is a forbidden area and can be called a wingit area."

"But sir we've been looking for a way out but we can't find him sir" I said.

"You will never get out of this area that easily." said the old man gave me goosebumps. I got closer to Reza when I saw a large creature right next to him. The father looked at me in surprise.

"Well can you see this figure beside me?" ask the old man to me.

"Yes, my friend can see supernatural beings" replied Reza.

"That means you have to follow him so you can go back to your house and get out of this area."

"What?" my many.

"Don't be afraid she's a tame genderuwo who's been accompanying me here."

I feel creepy if I look at his horrible face. Reza whispered to me and convinced me. I finally agreed and said goodbye to go home while following the steps of the figure.

"Are you really healed?" ask Reza.

"Yes." I replied briefly.

"Where is Key going straight or turning?" ask Reza.

"So we'll see where that thing goes?" lirih.

Until a road we are met with some villagers who are on the move. Finally the genderuwo turned towards me while pointing in a straight direction. Until there he disappeared quickly. I who began to lose track looked back and side. He completely disappeared and directed me a straight path.

"Key what are you looking for?" ask Reza.

"He's gone Rez. "

"When did I lose I don't know?"

"How do you know the person you are, you can't see him." I said.

Not long after, I saw my car in front of my eyes. It's a strange thing not yesterday my car was in the middle of the forest. Why are we now on this side of the road. I immediately ran towards the car and saw the contents inside. Everything was intact even when I tried to turn it on without any problems. It's really impossible, it feels like last night I've tried it over and over again. But the engine can't turn on. What is really going on inside me. Question after question arose in my mind which was unreasonable. Then there was a father passing by in front of me. I immediately stopped his steps to ask him something.

"Excuse me for asking" I said, blocking his path. That guy was kind of astonished to see us both this early.

"What's up?" replied the person while walking back a few steps.

"Let's remember sir we didn't do anything, we just want to ask the way out of this village?" ask Reza calmly.

"Why did you get here so early?" ask the guy.

"So, sir, last night we got lost in the woods. My car broke down and we also had time to stop at the house of the old man who was in the middle of the forest" I said while pointing towards the forest.

The person was confused to hear my explanation. He also turned his head towards the forest where I was showing earlier. He shook his head with a panicked face.

"Whose house are you staying at?" while looking at us both.

"It just so happens that there is an old hut in the middle of the forest and there is an old Father who helps us sir" I explained again.

"What do you mean the old man who was in the old cottage up there?" ask the guy.

"Yes sir." we answered simultaneously.

"But there who occupied the old cottage was only one old man long and white beard."

"That's why sir he's the guy we were talking about. He's a very nice guy and we're grateful we survived and got here." I explained.

"But the person I was referring to was dead a few months ago." the father's words surprised me and seemed to be in disbelief. How could the person who had taken us in have died. Last night I thought nothing of him. I didn't even feel any energy and aura there.

"Mr is not wrong, right? last night the old man gave us a place to live." I asked curiously.

"Yes right as I remember he was dead. And the old hut had no one to inhabit it." the father still gave me an explanation that still made me distrustful.

I immediately turned to look at Reza whose face had also turned pale. I immediately went limp and didn't imagine what we were doing with them last night in that old hut. Disbelief and fear plagued my mind and brain. It seemed all that was impossible but if it was true what the villager said. I just hope that everything will be okay.
