44. Calm Yourself

After the departure of Bayu and Alya, Awan then invited Shofi and Keinan to return to the house of Aminah. They will stay there tonight.

Clouds and Shofi then also greet Aminah alternately.

"Tumben brother at this hour has come home?" ask Aminah.

"Yes, Mom. We will stay here" replied Shofi again. "Come on Kei, get changed first" Shofi told Keinan.

"You take a break, baby. Let Mas take care of Keinan," Awan told Shofi.

"Yes, honey. Equally," replied the Cloud.

"Son't go in first, ma'am" said Shofi.

"Yes, Brother," replied Aminah. "Mother's ready for lunch for you, yeah. You guys haven't eaten, have you?"

"No, Ma. Thanks to you earlier. We go in first" said the Clouds.

"Yes, Wan."

Shofi then went inside the house. The clouds and Keinan followed behind him.

Moments later, Clouds and Keinan came out of the room and joined Aminah at the dining table.

"Where's shofi, Wan?" ask Aminah.

"Shofi's in the room, ma'am. He did not eat, he was not hungry, he said, "Awan replied.

Clouds and Keinan sat on the dining table chair in front of Aminah. The clouds then took the rice and side dishes for Keinan's lunch.

"Let Keinan eat first, ma'am. Later Awan tells everything to the mother," said Awan who can read the worries and curiosity of his mother-in-law.

"Well, talk to grandma. Kei can eat alone, Pa," said Keinan.

"Papa's son is a pinter," praised Awan.

The clouds handed Keinan's dinner plate.

"Thank you, Pa," said Keinan as he received a plate containing his lunch from the Clouds.

"Ready, Papa," said Keinan.

Keinan then reads the do'a before eating. After that Keinan began to eat his lunch quietly.

"What's really going on, Wan? What the hell's going on?" ask Aminah curious.

"Bayu and his wife had come to Keinan's school, ma'am," Awan replied carefully.

"What's? What else do they want?" aminah was surprised.

The cloud then told Aminah everything that had happened. And Aminah became even more shocked upon hearing all the stories of the Cloud.

"Honey," called Awan as he approached Shofi who had just finished putting Keinan to sleep.

"Yes, Mum."

The clouds then sat on the edge of the bed, next to Shofi. He held both of Shofi's hands gently.

"Think about that problem, huh?" cloud asked his wife.

Shofi did not answer. But Clouds could see the look on his wife's face that came back moody. Even Shofi's two beautiful eyes had started to glaze over.

The clouds then pulled Shofi into his arms. The clouds kissed the top of Shofi's head. He gently rubbed the back of the woman he loved so much.

"What if they really took this matter to the legal track, Mas? I don't want to deal with the court anymore. The pain of that time was as if I could feel it again, Mas. I don't want to go back through that long, exhausting process anymore" Shofi lamented in her husband's warm embrace.
