41. Unexpected Event

"Keinan," call Bayu who is currently standing in front of Keinan.

Keinan who had just walked out of his classroom immediately stopped his steps. With his little face raised, Keinan saw Bayu, his real father, standing before him along with a woman who was very well dressed.

"Dad Bayu?" call Keinan as well, startled and as if in disbelief as suddenly his biological father was in front of him at this moment.

"Yes, honey, this is Daddy Bayu," Bayu replied with a happy smile.

Keinan then raised his right hand, about to salim. Bayu also welcomed Keinan's hand. Keinan kissed the back of Bayu's right hand.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Father," said Keinan.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, dear Keinan," replied Bayu who then gently rubbed Keinan's head.

Bayu embraced the woman standing next to him.

"Oh yes, dear Keinan, know this Aunt Alya. He's Dad's wife" said Bayu introducing the woman next to him who turned out to be Alya to Keinan.

Keinan then salimed and kissed the back of Alya's right hand as well.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Aunt Alya. My name is Keinan," said Keinan politely as he introduced himself.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, Keinan. Duh, what a pinter this is your child, baby," praised Alya.

"Yes, Keinan is indeed a smart and intelligent child," Bayu said with a proud smile.

"OK, I agree that he's coming with us," said Alya suddenly who instantly made Keinan frown in confusion.

"What do you mean by that?" tanya Awan who suddenly was behind Bayu and Alya.

"Papa," cried Keinan cheerfully.

Keinan immediately ran up to the clouds and then hugged her.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Papa," said Keinan who immediately salimmed and kissed the back of Cloud's right hand.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, dear Keinan," Cloud replied with a gentle smile.

The clouds then lifted Keinan and carried him.

"Hi, Clouds," said Bayu.

"Hi too," Cloud replied trying to be friendly. "By the way, what did your wife mean, Bay?" asked the Clouds then which instantly turned serious.

The clouds can see Bayu who seems to be misbehaving.

"Ah, uh, that ... That means --"

"The point of my words is that we want to take custody of Keinan. We want Keinan to stay with us" Alya quickly cuts to Bayu's words.

"WHAT???" asked the cloud so surprised

"Will not. Keinan wants to stay with Mommy and Papa," refused Keinan also a little scream.

"Awhile, Bay. Looks like we can't continue our conversation here," Clouds quickly cut. "Please come with me to my cafe across the street. Come!" bring the Clouds then.

Bayu nodded in agreement to the words of the Clouds. The clouds overturned his body by bringing with him Keinan in his sling. The clouds stepped first to leave the Keinan school area, heading to his cafe. Bayu and Alya then followed the steps of the Clouds from behind.

"Hello, little boss," said Adit as soon as he saw the Clouds carrying Keinan in their arms.

Keinan who put his head on Cloud's shoulder did not answer Adit's greeting. His face looked very gloomy at the moment.

"Well, how'd his face get bent? Why's it going, Boss?" ask Adit to the Clouds.

"Adit, please close the cafe now. Customers who have already arrived, tell them carefully, but do not be rushed too. Let them finish eating and drinking them first. But free their order as an apology from us" Awan ordered to Adit.

"Eh. B-well, Boss," Adit replied obediently, though he was actually confused as well.

"Come, please come in," said Awan, inviting Bayu and Alya to follow him and Keinan into the cafe.

Carrying out the order from his boss earlier, Adit then flipped the writing hanging on the cafe door to 'CLOSED'. Adit also informs Maya of the Cloud's orders, Danu, Dedi, and Yudha's chef.

After getting word from Adit, though Maya, Danu, Dedi, and chef Yudha are just as confused as Adit is today, but then they all rushed to tell the customers inside their cafe that the cafe was about to close, like the order from the boss. And as an apology from the cafe, customers do not have to pay for their orders.

The clouds allow Bayu and Alya to sit at one of the cafe tables first.

"Adit, please bring a drink for our guest," said Awan half-cried to Adit.

"Ready, Boss," Adit replied from the front of the barista table.

Moments later, one by one customers began to leave the cafe. The clouds then invited Keinan to sit in a chair in front of Bayu and Alya. Keinan sat docked with the Clouds while embracing the right arm of his father. The clouds gently rubbed Keinan's head, giving the boy a sense of comfort.

Not long after, Adit came with two glasses of orange juice for Bayu and Alya.

"Please enjoy" said Adit after serving drinks in front of Bayu and Alya.

Adit then bailed to return to the barista table. Approaching Maya, Danu, Dedi, and chef Yudha who had gathered there first.

"Please drink first," said Awan invite to Bayu and Alya.

"Yes, Wan. Thanks," reply Bayu.

Bayu drank his orange juice, appreciating Awan's good intentions. But in contrast to Alya next to him who just sat quietly by crossing his two hands in front of the chest. The look on Alya's face also seemed unfriendly, The clouds could see that.

"So, Bay, what's going on? Why did you suddenly come with your wife? And why did your wife say something like that?" tanya Awan tries to find out the real problem clearly.

"Ehem, actually gini, Wan, I told Alya the issue of Keinan and also the problem of Shofi being married to you. Yes, as you also know, Alya and I have been married for almost five years and until now we have not been blessed with a child. Coincidentally Alya there is a fashion show here and he asked to be met with Keinan. We intend to invite Keinan to stay with us" Bayu replied explaining to Awan.

Maya, Adit, Danu, Dedi, and chef Yudha who can still hear the conversation of Awan with Bayu and Alya from the table of compact baristas immediately felt shocked when they heard the words from Alya earlier. The five of them looked at each other, not expecting that something unexpected like this would happen.

Keinan further tightened his embrace on the right arm of the Cloud. The clouds felt that his son was a little frightened. While the Clouds themselves actually felt shocked and angry. But the Clouds tried to temper his anger as much as possible and tried to stay calm and think with a cool head.
