Salma and Malik continue to live out their routine, Salma who works as a doctor in a hospital and Malik who teaches in an elementary school outside the city. Malik can go home every weekend. He'll take the time to meet Salma. They always meet on the weekends. Salma and Malik are happy, they forget the pain that may be waiting because they seem to fight a destiny that does not support them continue together.
After teaching on Saturday, Malik rushed to return home soon. He felt so excited that he did not feel tired because he immediately drove the bike after work.
“You're home this week?” Salma wrote on her phone screen, she would send that message to Malik.
In the middle of Malik who was busy preparing to go home, he grabbed his new phone ringing which signaled there was an incoming message. His smile was instantly etched upon seeing that message from Salma. “Iya, I'll be home.” Reply Malik.
After about three hours of travel, Malik arrived at his home.
“Assalamu’alaikum” Her speech on the doorstep.
“Wa’alaikumussalam.” Reply Bu Siti. When he realized that Malik had come to him he did not expect, Malik had recently come home more often.
“Mother, I'll be home every week.” Malik said excitedly while smiling at his mother.
“What's up?” Mom was happy, but in her heart she felt a bit of worry.
For a moment Malik thought to tell the truth that he was back with Salma, but he decided again, he was not ready for it. he chose to be patient and say another reason.
“I just feel bored holiday alone. Let me want to see mom and Sarah more often.” Malik smiled at his mother, although that was not his main goal.
“Oiya, Sarah where is bu?”She went.
‘’’’
Salma looked at the clock on her wrist, unlike usual Malik came late when he met her. Not so long ago, Salma had been about 15 minutes waiting for Malik from the appointment at the beginning.
“Sini.” Salma waved her hand when she saw Malik coming from a distance.
Malik approached Salma.
“Sorry I'm late right?.” Malik felt guilty when he saw the clock on his wrist.
“Tak problems.” Reply Salma smiled.
“But what's up? You are not usually late.” Tanya Salma was curious.
“Tadi ..”
Before going to see Salma, Malik was helping his mother make a table to put the kitchen ingredients. That's what he just did when Ms. Siti asked him. Malik realizes that if he does, he will be late to meet Salma, but because he has not told his mother everything about his relationship with Salma, he thought it would be complicated if he said he wanted to leave. Surely after that Ms. Siti will ask her son to go for what and meet whom.
“Sorry Salma, I haven't told mom.” Malik said after he told her the reason for arriving late.
Salma exhaled slowly, she was also no different from Malik. Although he had told his mother he went with Malik to Nanda's application some time ago, but after that his story and Malik seemed buried. Not once did his mother ever say anything about Malik. And Salma is also not ready to re-tell his relationship with Malik back to his parents.
“Slowly. We don't need to rush.” Salma looked at Malik who was not far from him.
Malik feels his heart is calm, he smiles for his first love which is now not just a shadow anymore. Salma is real now, they are fighting together to fight for their feelings.
“What is this feeling?” Malik asked as he held the glass in front of him.
“Oiya, I ordered a new flavor. Try guessing.” Salma Pinta.
Salma.
Unusually, at the previous meeting, Salma kept ordering chocolate-flavored drinks because she liked chocolate. With pleasure, Malik continued to follow Salma until he also liked chocolate. Not the taste of the drink, maybe Malik became more like it because he was with someone he liked.
“Yakin it's delicious?” Malik reassured again, he did not really believe Salma did not choose the taste of the drink that was previously always chosen.
Salma nodded.
“You can try it.”
Malik tried to sip a drink in his hand.
“You think this is better than chocolate?” Malik said after absorbing the drink.
This time Salma nodded.
“Cokelat is still number one.” Reply to Salma with confidence.
Malik immediately removed the glass from his grasp. Malik leaned his shoulders and folded both hands on his chest.
“What's up?” Salma saw Malik suddenly change, his face was not as happy as a few seconds ago.
“Maybe you prefer chocolate than me huh?” Malik showed an unhappy face.
“Haha, of course.”
“What?” Malik narrowed his eyes.
“Haha, are you even afraid of chocolate now, afraid of losing competitiveness? Haha” Salma was pleased Malik was even angry just because he liked chocolate more.
Malik smile.” Are you happy?”
Salma nodded.
Elsewhere, Ms. Siti did not find her son in the room and in front of the house. “Where is he?” Guman Bu Siti when he realized Malik's motorbike was also not in the yard.
Malik deliberately left without saying goodbye, he did not want to lie and was not ready to tell the truth if he returned with Salma to his mother. She was sure that if she had permission for her mother to leave, she would have been asked the reason. Malik doesn't want that.
Ms. Siti just realized, Malik always leaves on Sundays. “Go where my son.” Her thought. Suddenly his heart felt bad, he was afraid that something he did not want to happen. Bu Siti exhaled worriedly, she was afraid Malik chose the path that would hurt her in the end.
While at Salma's house, Mr. opened the door to Salma's room, but as on Sundays usually the girls are always at home these days Salma is always away.
“Salma go?” Ask Mrs Fatma.
Ms. Fatma nodded.” Yes.”
“Where is he going, hasn't he always been away on Sundays lately?” I made sure his memory was right.
“Iya yes.” Ms. Fatma only realized her daughter was always away on Sundays when she was off work.
“Does she have a boyfriend?” Madam Fatma saw her husband.
