HE'S MY HUSBAND TOO

HE'S MY HUSBAND TOO
Part 15 SURVIVES FOR RUBY

"Remove the baby, Barrel! Too young to be a father." Laras stared in disbelief at her mother-in-law's words.

"No! I will not throw away my own flesh and blood, for I am sure one day Mas Galang will definitely return. What right has Mama to have me abort this child anyway? Isn't this child Mama's grandchild?" Laras was inexhaustible with his in-laws who were so heart-wrenching as to have him get rid of his own grandson.

'I must be strong and endure for the sake of this child!'

A few months later, Baras gave birth to a baby girl. Ruby Aulia Pratama, the daughter who was born without the presence of a father next to her.

Ruby's daughter grew up to be a beautiful little princess. Sometimes his slurred mouth asks where his father is. Barrel just smiled. He always said that his father was working in the city and had not been able to go home.

Five years he waited and it wasn't a minute. Finally he decided to go to town. Not just to find the existence of Galang, but to connect his life. He could not possibly constantly rely on his elderly mother. She must work to connect her daughter's life and future.

"Ac ....!" Laras whimpering.

He tried to shake his mind about his past and Galang suddenly filled his brain. The woman got out of bed and stepped into the bathroom. It was still early morning and he had to be ready to serve Nalendra as his personal assistant.

Nalendra had already given him a list of the tasks he had to do. He who is only a lowly school, never enjoyed college, actually has not been too understanding.

However, Laras tries to do this job well, for the sake of Ruby, his daughter.

The little girl's face returned. A beautiful and innocent little face on the sidelines of the water that soaks his body.

Baras doesn't want to cry anymore. She had to be strong for the sake of her daughter, one thing that kept her going, even though her husband was obviously married to another woman.

"Your tasks include time management, arranging business meetings, meetings, preparing the agenda of meetings, preparing for official trips ...." Nalendra deliberately paused the sentence in order to give an opportunity to Laras to be able to understand what he had said.

Laras listened to Nalendra's exposition lazily. Not yet anything he's dizzy himself. Nalendra's way of explaining it was too formal, although it was obvious the man was trying to explain it in as simple a language as possible.

"Later you also make a speech script, remarks, presentation materials, take care of correspondence, organize events, banquets, inaugurations to establish communication with public relations and protocol," he continued.

"It's rude of you to be in control of all my activities in the office."

This morning the look on the man's face looks quite calm, although it looks cold and indifferent. Lately, Nalendra has looked different. No longer annoying as usual.

As they were on their way to the office, the two of them sat side by side, while the driver glanced in surprise, when he saw two people who usually quarrel like cats and dogs that now look familiar.

"Good, Sir. I wish I could do all the work you gave me." Barrel smiled sweetly.

Seeing the man behave well, made himself also be kind.

"Being a household assistant or a personal assistant is the same, equally a maid," said Laras in his heart.

'Only, the mention is different and the task is different. Whatever the job, the important thing is I get money to finance my daughter.'

The two got out of the car from different doors. Nalendra walked in front while Laras accompanied behind with a briefcase owned by Nalendra. They started to enter the house.

"Nadine!" nalendra shouted as she saw her twin sister sitting casually on the sofa.

"Ale!" nadine shouted no less loudly.

Nalendra approached her twin sister, then sat down by her side.

"Hi, your face looks pale!" Nalendra looked at her twin sister. He noticed Nadine's appearance wearing only casual clothes, short-sleeved knee-length dress.

A pair of observant Nalendra eyes caught a faint red stamp on the neck of the twin sister.

"Where is the honeymoon? No exclamation? Your face looks pale. Lack of sleep, you?" His hands stretched out scrambling the hair of his twin sister.

"Secret dong!" nadine answered briefly. His cheeks were red.

"Well, what is it? Come on dong, same story me. First of all, your first experience!" his twin brother.

Nalendra always mocked Nadine's way of thinking which he considered too primitive because he wanted to maintain his personality until marriage.

The attitude of Nadine who considers the first night as the limit to maintain the virginity of a woman, inversely proportional to her twin brother who used to do it whenever he wanted.

"Sorry, Sir. Is there anything you still need?" Laras is still holding Nalendra's briefcase.

"none. You can rest now."

"Good, Sir. Thank you." Thank you."

The two twin brothers nodded. "Thank you, Laras" said Nadine.

"Yes, Miss. Now excuse me to go to the room first."

Nadine nodded. The barrel immediately breezed away from that place. The woman headed to Nalendra's study, put her briefcase there.

After that, he stepped into his room.

Laras hurriedly left because he did not want to hear Nadine's story about her honeymoon with Galang.

Uh! saying that name made the corner of his heart ache. It was better for him to just dodge and remain silent in his room.
