The semester break has arrived. With the end of the art performance held at Nuri High School, all students of Eagle High School have been free from the entanglement of the two-week curriculum.
Of course the students were happy. They can be lazy, vacation, and do the things they want. Amy and M. They spend time with their father who is soon to be back away.
"Several days Jimmi's out of sight, huh?" amy asked her sister who was wearing shoes in front of her room.
"Why? You kangen?" tanya M in between concluded the shoelaces.
"Not really, no." Amy sat in the chair and looked up at her father's room, waiting for the owner to come out.
"He was on vacation with his family" M said. The man had finished his shoelace and stood up. "Not wearing a hat?"
"It!" Amy brandished a white snapback hat with a large A embroidery on the front.
"Where's your army baseball cap?“ M approached his sister and then threw himself in a long chair. He knew Amy would usually wear the army hat if going anywhere because the hat was his favorite.
"Oh—it ... I've already told someone," Amy replied a little nervously.
"Huh?" M frowned, not believing that Amy gave up her favorite hat for others. "For whom?" ask M so curious. He thought, that person must be special to Amy.
"There is a ...." Amy threw away her face. Sooner or later her brother will know, but Amy won't say it now.
"You guys ready?“ Jerome appeared with a large long bag. In his hand some fishing gear looks sticking out long. Jerome handed the fishing rod to his children one each.
"Come, we go fishing!“ exclaim M cheerfully.
**********
A loud cry sounded. A ten-year-old boy approached the voice. She found a girl hugging her knees with a bicycle rolled around.
"*Hey, did you fall?“ ask the boy.
The person asked did not stop crying. Just a quick look at the boy and then a look at his knee*.
"*Here, let me see!“ Carefully, the boy put away the girl's hand covering his left knee. There are wounds that scratch the skin so that the girl's skin is torn and the flesh looks red. "It's okay" said the boy. "It's gonna heal fast." The wound was slow.
The crying of the girl stopped. "Thank you" he said, then received a helping hand from the boy who helped him stand up.
The boy smiled and picked up the blue bike that had been rolled over. He handed the bike to the owner. "Next time you have to be more careful."
"Okay, Jimm." The girl smiled and then passed with her bike.
"Hey.it looks like you're paying a lot of attention to Amy."
A voice surprised the boy. He saw a figure that was no stranger to him. It was just that with a pale face, a little translucent and a body floated up.
"Auntie?“ he said half-believing what he saw*.
"*Don't be afraid, Jimm. Aunty won't hurt you." The figure floated around the boy. "Auntie wants help."
"Solicit what please?“
The pale beautiful woman squatted down as if she was climbing on the ground to have her face equal to that of the boy." Please take care of Amy. Aunty knows you can be relied upon*."
...
Once home, the first thing Jimmi really wants to do is see Amy. Since the art show held at Nuri High School, he never saw the girl again because his family immediately went on vacation out of town for three days.
The brown-eyed guy couldn't stop thinking about Amy's words to him that day. Jimmi kept turning that memory in his head, making him sometimes smile to himself like an insane person.
No one could stop him from going to that house. But he found the house empty. Jimmi was disappointed.
"They went fishing, Jimm."
A voice held Jimmi's steps home. He saw it again. That's aunt Anne. Still wearing the same salem dress with waist-length hair and pale skin. His face was still the same as Jimmi had seen when he was alive.
"Auntie?" jimmi asked, rather it was not a question but an expression of astonishment. "I thought Auntie was gone."
Anne floated up to the guy on the porch. "Why do you think like that?“
Jimmi sits on a guardrail made of walls, followed by Anne. "When Iren sniffed Amy in the bathroom, Auntie didn't come to tell me to prevent that from happening."
Anne smiled gently, "I didn't tell because Amy can handle it herself."
"No. It wasn't your fault, champ." Anne moved her hand as if stroking Jimmi's back. "That's the way for Amy to be more mature. Lately aunty thinks that maybe Amy's getting too much attention and protection." Anne stood up and looked straight ahead.
"Auntie's worried if she can't get away from Marsh. You and Marshall had to go a long way to get to school. Aunt doesn't want Amy to get in the way of her brother's ideals or yours. Therefore, it is better for Amy to face her own world. We have to believe that he can."
Jimmi looked at Anne. "Yes, I believe he can."
"How are you guys related?" Anne switched the conversation and succeeded in making Jimmi's face red.
"What relationship, Bi?“ jimmi said nervously.
"You guys are funny, huh? But honestly, auntie's happy that's you. Not anyone else." Once again Anne smiled, reminding Jimmi of Amy's equally sweet smile. Amy and M look more like Anne than Jerome. "Thank you, Jimm. You've been looking after Amy all this time."
Before he could say anything, Jimmi saw Anne's body disappear first.
"Bi! Aunt Anne! Is Aunt going to disappear forever?" shouted Jimmi while looking around. However, there is no answer. Anne is gone.
"Who will be lost forever?"
Jimmi is surprised to find M has been standing near the fence. The man was seen carrying a bucket with several large fish in his right hand and a fishing rod in the other.
"Oh, are you here?" asked Jimmi while thinking of the reason for the thing that M had heard just now.
"of course. This is, right, my house." M put the bucket in front of the door then reached into the pocket and pulled out the key. Open the door of the house. "Who's missing, Jimm?" search M. "I heard you say my mother's name."
"Maybe you heard wrong" Jimmi said. His brain was still unable to string together any plausible fictitious reasoning.
"I'm sure. My ears are still functioning normally." M crossed hands on chest.
"Well .. I fell asleep and had a dream about Aunt Anne." Jimmi glanced at the three fish whose breath was gasping in the bucket.
"What dream?“
"I don't want to talk about it" replied Jimmi. The tail of his eyes now saw Jerome and Amy walking in the courtyard of the house.
"This kid asked you this." Shoving his head at his sister who had just stepped on the terrace.
"Who asked?“ elak Amy's. He was surprised to see Jimmi from a distance but felt like he wanted to smile.
"Hi, Am. What-news?“ Those words came out of Jimmi's suddenly dead-end mind looking at Amy in knee-length shorts, a plain white T-shirt and a white snapback hat. The girl looked radiant in her eyes.
"good. You alone?" Amy took off the hat and fanned her suddenly hot face with it.
"Why are you guys acting like that?" ask M wonder. They don't usually ask the news like normal people.
"Hey, quickly bring the bucket back. Why are they gathering here?" Jerome asked while carrying another bucket containing several larger fish.
"Woe ... Uncle is a fishing expert!" praise Jimmi.
"Come, Jimm! We burn fish!“ jerome exclaimed as he embraced Jimmi and followed his two children into the house.
