Not the Real One

Edewina stood at the door of Ken's apartment. He rang the bell, but no one opened it. Edewina also tried to enter the code on the door. Either the number is the same or it is different. The door password is still the same.

"Ken.....!" Edewina pushed the door of the apartment. The living room looks empty. This room is still like before. Ken is very neat and clean.

Slowly Edewina peeked out of the half-opened door. He almost called but he held his mouth. Ken stood behind the door. It faces the window. He only wears shorts and a plain top. Edewina was surprised to see the dragon tattoo on Ken's back. Didn't that tattoo exist?

Edewina was also increasingly surprised to hear Ken speak in Spanish.

"I don't want to know! If you can't do it, then I'll finish you all off!"

Edewina's face suddenly turned pale. He was afraid of Ken. Edewina decided to leave secretly but unfortunately, Edewina's feet actually stumbled on the urn that was near the door of the room.

Ken came out with a gun. He was surprised to see Edewina there.

"Vienna?"

Edewina felt her heart beating so fast. Just this time he was afraid to face Ken. Reo's words about his suspicions to Ken.

"What's wrong?" ken asked confusedly to see Edewina who looked pale.

"Vienna, are you sick?"

Edewina immediately took a few steps back as Ken was about to touch his face.

"Eh, I'm going home. Sorry to enter without excuse. You better replace your password." Edewina immediately turned her back and was about to leave but Ken held back his hand.

"Win, there must be something until you come here."

Edewina took a deep breath. He then pulled his hand from Ken's grasp and turned around. He dared to look at the man.

"Ken, who are you? I feel like there's something different about you."

Ken smiled. "I'm still Kennard Lim."

"You're not the Kennard Lim I used to know. You've changed."

"I haven't changed, Win. What changed was you. I'm still Kennard Lim who hasn't been able to get rid of all my feelings for you."

"I'm leaving.....!" Edewina stepped up. He could no longer bear to see the way Ken looked at him. Very much different. It was as if Ken held a grudge for her.

As the car carrying Edewina exited the apartment gate, Edewina saw Justin who had just entered with the car that opened its hood.

What is Justin doing with Ken?

Edewina's phone rang. It was Reo who contacted him. "Honey, why are you seeing Ken?"

"Let me explain at home, brother. See you at home."

Edewina's head suddenly felt dizzy. He knows it's not because his feelings are still there for Ken. But he really didn't want that guy to be evil. Ken's not that kind of person.

Not until 1 hour, Reo had caught up with Edewina at home. At her sight Edewina was sitting in the living room massaging her head.

"What's up, baby?"

Edewina hugged Reo as soon as her husband sat down next to her. "I'm scared, brother. I'm afraid to see Ken."

"I told him I was suspicious of him. That's why you don't get close to him anymore." Reo let go of his embrace. He held his wife's face.

"Honey, Mark and I have been investigating if Ken had anything to do with Justin. Justin is the son of Cecilia. Cecilia is Cassie's aunt. He's actually daddy Jack's ex-girlfriend. He once kidnapped mommy Riani and made daddy divorce mommy. It seems he still holds a grudge against our family. I don't know yet if they are involved in all this terror. Including the one that made daddy crash. I don't actually want to tell you this. But I want you to start now more carefully."

Edewina nodded.

"Justin is the adopted son of Cecilia's husband. Justin's parents died and he nurtured a mobster from Spain. The mafia has a sister. Name's Monalisa. That Monalisa is Edmond's ex-boyfriend."

"What?"

"It was that mononality that shot me and kept me alive in a prolonged trauma."

"If they're the ones who make us like this, then I won't stay silent, baby. I'm out of the mafia world, too. Before we got married, I had it all sorted out."

Edewina hugged Reo once again. "Kak Sen, we better move to Indonesia alone."

Reo stroked Edewina's hair. "Wherever you go, they'll find us. That's why we better get everything done. So that we can live in peace."

Edewina nodded. "I entrust everything to you, brother."

Entering the seventh month, Edewina chose to quit the project. He completed his studies sooner than expected. He just waited for the time for the exam alone. 3 years more Edewina had earned his technical degree.

Today Edmond's papi came with Mahira's mami. They decided to stay in London until Edewina gave birth.

While waiting for his parents, Edewina decided to go shopping accompanied by Adeline. Riani is at a charity event with Jack. Reo goes to the airport to pick up his in-laws.

They shop at Asian stores.

"Bi, I'm going to the toilet first, yeah. I don't know why I always want to pee."

"That's how if the womb has entered the age of 7 months, mistress."

Edewina stepped towards the toilet. Asian shop visitors are quite a lot these days.

The toilet that Edewina entered turned out to be many who queued. He asked one of the shopkeepers and they advised him to go to the toilet in the back.

Edmond and Mahira arrive at the house of the Almond family. Jack and Riani just got home from a charity event.

"Is my wife still shopping?" reo asked over the phone to his bodyguard.

"Yes, sir."

"Have they not spent too long? It's 5 o'clock."

"We're going inside, sir."

"alright. I called my wife but I didn't pick up."

"Good, sir."

Reo hung up. But the phone went off again.

"Sir, Miss Indira was kidnapped."

"What?"

"We're following the lady who's following the club's pregnant gymnastics'. As it exited from there, the black Hammer car suddenly stopped and pulled it in. We tried to follow the car but we were blocked."

Reo's heart was pulled out. "Indira was kidnapped."

Everyone in the dining room was shocked.

"They let us calm down these few months and they're finally in action." Jack was upset. And Edmond too.

Reo's phone rang again. This time there was an incoming message from an unknown number. Reo immediately shouted hysterically when he saw in the photo they tied Edewina to a pole.

"Ah...Hh.....!" Reo's tears are flowing. He was very afraid to imagine Edewina would be killed.
