Guards For The Princess

Guards For The Princess
Chapter 5: Thirty Thousand Dollars

"You know it's fake?" When the girl heard what Ardian said, she was stunned. As he looked at Ardian, many questions popped into his mind. He didn't really understand what was going on. This man bought it even though he knew it was a fake. That's something so crazy and beyond reason.

In his eyes, Ardian did not look like one of those strange rich people who was looking for something to pass the time. He even looks hick with a luxurious mock dress and the behavior of his village, especially his face that looks like a fool.

"certainly? Are you not the one who warns me or not? Was that kick not a gesture, but you tried to tease me?"

"W-who's trying to tease you? Then, if you knew that thing was problematic, why would you still give your money to them? Answer me!" The girl was now very curious about the reason and also wanted to know what kind of person Ardian was. Young Master who is too rich or a freak.

A smile broke on Ardian's face. He put down his bag, unzipped it and showed it to the girl. The girl glanced at Ardian once before lowering her head to see what was inside the bag. Surprisingly, there were two piles of money in there.

"What's? Do you want to show that you are rich? Even so, you shouldn't be that extravagant. Do you know that with that much money you can make one city have a full stomach? Hush." The girl misunderstood Ardian and thought that he was showing off to her.

"What boros? I am poor, really. Why don't you take a good look. It's the same money as the one before." Ardian said, he laughed at the girl's ever-changing expression. "The money before? You mean what?" The girl became very confused. He watched the two piles of money carefully and realized the oddity there. "Wait, how can it? Did you take back the money? When's? Are you a robber? What about the other pile? I'm sure it wasn't there when we were on the train?"

"Oh, that one I took from the bespectacled man who was the mediator. I took this money when we were jostling to get off the train. Since they are still inside there, it seems like they still don't know what's going on" Ardian explained as he shrugged.

Such a trivial thing was nothing to Ardian. It was easy for him. He was used to stealing from thieves like this when he was a child, his grandfather asked him to do that for Ardian to study 'Justification' to commit criminal acts. That way others will feel sorry for him.

"How can!" This time the girl was completely dumbfounded. This stupid-faced man was not crazy, he was simply too skilled. Not only did he take his money back, but robbed the con man's money. "Hm? What's with your expression? Don't tell me you're gonna report my theft? Your sense of justice is pretty strong, huh? Are you a superhero?" Ardian smiled and began to tease the girl whose ears started to turn red.

"No, I'm not gonna do it." The girl blushed and started shaking her head. "By the way, I'm really amazed at you for helping me on that train. As far as I know, there aren't many girls like you out there right now." Ardian said sincerely, "So, would you like to have a quick meal with me?" Rayu Ardian while shaking the bag containing the money.

When Ardian heard his rejection, though his heart ached he did not insist. He knew that the art of seducing a girl was a very sensitive matter. The atmosphere, time, and place should be right. If he is too pushy, the result can be very bad. "really? Too bad. Then, sorry for taking your time." Ardian then stepped away leaving the girl named Sarah Hedrick while pounding the body gestures as if sweeping tears from her eyes.

Sarah Hedrick stared at Ardian's back as she walked away. He shook his head and thought, "Yes, what a pity. If you weren't waiting for me, I wouldn't mind spending time with you, stupid face."

In that case, that doesn't mean he harbors feelings for Ardian. It was just because he was too different. Had so much money in his bag and didn't keep it in the bank. Although he seems like a cool guy to be friends with, but he also has a strange temperament and seems to be annoying. "I think it suits his stupid face." Sarah laughed and also left the station cheerfully.

Ardian held a piece of paper containing the address given by Prasetya's grandfather. He took a taxi and the driver asked excitedly, "Master, where should I take you?" Ardian handed a piece of paper to the taxi driver and said, "To this address."

Taxi drivers always hang out around the train station. So he knew that Ardian was not a local and was probably here to find work. He wanted to cheat some money from Ardian because he was not used to the streets. However, when he saw what was written on a piece of paper, his face turned green.

The paper says, South Province, Southeast District, 36th Old World Road, Angkara Grub building. Distance from train station 12.5 KM. Take the New Twin Bridge Route.

The taxi driver patted his head. If it's like this, how is he gonna cheat Ardian's money. Not only the route mentioned, but also the distance to the destination. Another bad thing was, this young man was going to the Angkara Grub building, one of the big families that controlled the Southeast District, and it was definitely not a place that should be the place that the farmers were going. This young man must have an insider!

The taxi driver sighed, put the paper to the side and started driving honestly. The traffic in the Southeast District is very good and there are many bridges. So, it didn't take long before Ardian reached his goal. He paid the taxi fare a few dollars and then got out.

Looking at the towering building in front of him, Ardian felt a little dizzy. It seemed like it was even higher than the mountain near his house. It seems that the client is indeed a rich man. Maybe Grandpa Prasetya is telling the truth.

Ardian began to wonder if he would survive the fall if he jumped from the top floor. Although she ended up with a lot of bruises and had to lie on the bed for a few days, she managed to survive the fall from the top of the mountain when Grandpa Prasetya threw her into the abyss.
