Chapter 7: Back to the House

Hansen and Andini are now in front of their house. The big house where they lived, not the apartment as before. 

There was doubt in Hansen's eyes at the time. He refused to go down and returned to his father-in-law's house. After parking the car outside the yard, Hansen gave the key and said, "Your legs are better ‘ right? Tell your mom and dad I can't go home today."

Andini knew exactly what Hansen was feeling at the time. But he doesn't care about that. Taking the key from Hansen's hand, Andini looked at her husband and said, "Down and come back home with me..."

"But…" 

"Now!" cut Andini.

"Curtain!" Hansen opened the car door looking agitated. 

Andini, who disliked walking side by side and wanted to prank Hansen, told him to step in first. Of course, Hansen rejected it on the grounds that he did not want to turn his eyes away from Andini for fear that he would fall again. 

Andini who did not want to argue immediately stepped forward first. They both arrived at the door. Hansen again thought about his in-laws whom he was reluctant to meet.

Her parents-in-law were very mysterious to Hansen. He only met her once at the wedding. And even his marriage to Andini Vishnu was also his decision-making in-laws. From the beginning of the meeting until now he still felt uncomfortable when he heard his name. 

His past meetings were still on his mind. The stern and so domineering gaze made the atmosphere tense when faced with him. In addition, other family members such as his mother-in-law and sister-in-law are also no less troublesome like Andini. They never tired of staring despicable while occasionally slipping insults whenever talking to him.

That's why Hansen felt uncomfortable when inside the house. 

"Please open the door ma'am, it's me!" Andini who was one step ahead of Hansen rang the bell while calling her mother. 

Hansen tried to walk away silently. But his steps stopped because Andini realized it. He also had to stop his intentions. 

A dozen minutes they waited outside, but no one opened the door either. Hansen, who was in his tense mind, felt that the dozens of minutes were like dozens of hours so tense. Every minute he tried to persuade Andini to let him go, but he was ignored. 

After a long wait, Andini decided to enter using a spare key that he always carried everywhere. 

The door opened and they stepped into the house. Andini called her mother and sister. But no one answered so he thought they might be gone. 

Hansen who saw the state of the house seemed to smile with relief. 

Andini was disappointed to fail to see Hansen's depressed look before his family. He decided to rest in his room. Hansen decided to go to his room as well. They may be married couples, but they are not in one room. 

Looking to the right and to the left, Hansen walked alone through several rooms. From the kitchen, the living room, to all corners of the room did not escape his view. 

The location of Hansen's room is next to the room of his sister-in-law, Amelia Vishnu. The chances that he would meet her were huge. 

Unwilling to be noticed by his sister-in-law that he was in the room, Hansen stepped quite carefully as he passed through the door. 

But his steps stopped because he heard a strange sound from his sister-in-law's room. 

Her voice sounded like that of Amelia whose mouth was being forcefully closed. Hansen was afraid that a thief would enter and take Amelia hostage. Without a second thought, he immediately broke down the door of the room.

But it was not the thief he saw, but the two who lay on the bed naked.

Hansen said nothing. Although surprised by what he saw, he intended to leave and not interfere because he did not want to be complicated by his sister-in-law. But not yet Hansen left, Amelia told him to stop, "Shut up there!"

"Don't worry, I didn't see anything" Hansen replied as he turned his back. 

Seeing Hansen ignoring her, Amelia stepped closer and pulled Hansen's hand. Not only that, he also landed a hard slap to Hansen's cheek. 

Platkk!!! 

"Then what do you want?"

"I want you to cut ties with my sister, and get away from this family!”

"I think that's impossible, you'll know that your father brought me here. No one can tell me to leave but her" Hansen replied, looking deeply into Amelia's eyes.

"Just because my father brought you here doesn't mean I can't kick you out! I don't know what my father and brother thought to let a piece of trash like you settle in here. If I were them, I would have kicked you out long ago!”

He continued to hurl insults after insults while pointing at Hansen's face. But Hansen remained silent because the insults were only thrown for him. 

Seeing Hansen not reacting, Amelia became even more outrageous. Not only did he insult Hansen and his family, but he also ordered Hansen to fix the door he broke. Only then did Hansen understand that taking a step back would only make members of the Vishnu family even more outrageous. 

"Quite sister-in-law! You can insult me but not my family! You can also threaten me, but not for now!" reply Hansen. "Imagine what would happen to you if your brother saw you now!?"  

Hansen looked at Amelia while reminding her that she was still naked. He also told her that there was no benefit for Amelia to prolong the problem with him. And there was no room for him to defend himself. 

Suddenly we heard footsteps. Amelia became very nervous and trembled for fear of being discovered. Amelia was forced to apologize and closed the door again so as not to be discovered.

Andini Vishnu's mother, Rosa Riyadi, walked into the house alone. He had been traveling with his friends.

While stepping his feet, he continued to murmur with annoyance as no one welcomed his arrival. 

"Obviously Andini's car is outside, the dirty young man's shoes are also outside. Why don't they welcome me?" furious Rosa, "I'm used to that dirty young man ignoring me, but why did my daughter go along? This must be because he had been traveling with her for too long. I'm sure it is!"

Hansen was silent when he heard his mother-in-law's muttering, and intended to go to his room to save himself. However, his steps came to a halt after he heard his mother-in-law's last mutterings. 

"It's my fault for letting my husband decide everything. Because of my stupidity I lost the opportunity to match Andini with Herry Wijaya." 

A moment later, there was the voice of Andini who tried to stop the grunts of her mother. He reminded his mother not to mention the name again. 

Hansen who was curious about the reason behind Andini's words immediately stepped closer.

"Who is Herry Wijaya?" he asked, "Is he your ex-lover? Why do you sound like your mom saying her name?" 

Hansen had only heard this name for the first time. He also realized there was something between Andini and Herry to make Andini reluctant to answer his question. So reluctant she answered the question, Andini even shut her own mother's mouth when she was about to answer Hansen.

Realizing that Andini would not answer her question, Hansen decided to go to her room. 

Andini suddenly caught up with him quickly because she remembered something. He asks Hansen's phone to delete all the photos he took at the hotel. When the phone was thrust, Andini immediately seized it by force.

When Andini returns her phone, Hansen instead discovers that the 125 million money transferred previously has been withdrawn.

Andini who saw Hansen panicking felt proud in her heart. 

He warns Hansen not to make trouble at home. 

Don't expect to leave this house. 

Cindy's medical expenses will transfer her to the hospital. 

But there won't be any more money for Hansen.
