Greatest Son-in-law

Greatest Son-in-law
Chapter 54: Behind Mr. W's glasses

Grand Admiral Vishnu entered the door of the headquarters first and acted as if he was in his own headquarters. He walked to and fro while looking to the right and left to find out the strange things inside the headquarters.

The corridor, which is directly connected to the entrance of the headquarters, appears to be dominated by black and white red. The sky corridor looks plain white with long white lights hidden behind the glass in each inch of the sky as lighting. Cctv and facial recognition sensors are buried outside the sky and only show lenses and sensor light points in red.

Walls on the right and left are decorated with Red Eagle symbols that line up clearly with a distance of several steps between the symbols.

As the name suggests, the Red Eagle emblem is based on the Red Eagle which is a rare animal in Europe. The shape is quite elegant, with a predominance of a brownish red color from the tip of the abdomen to the inner third of the wing uppermost and nearest to the tip of the chest. While from the neck to the tip of the head, dominated by white to abuan ash. Most of the wings are predominantly black and there is a quarter of the white color that is applied black on the inside of the wings. As well as the inside of the wing that has a white pattern, the inside of the tail also has a white feather pattern, the difference in the tail of the red eagle white color is slightly reddish. While the color of the eyes, claws and beak is dominated by bright yellow.

Its wide wings appear to soar as if it were flying, its sharp claws seem to be gripping the neck and tail of the cobra. The background of the picture of a flying red eagle clutching the cobra is a red moon as red as blood.

"Rare red glows, depicting geniuses in the Red Eagle group who are not easy to find. Scrambled cobras depict powerful enemies as deadly as any other country or even enemies within the country," muttered Mr. W while observing one of the Red Eagle emblems closest to the entrance of the headquarters.

"Many powerful animals can be made into symbols of deadly enemies, why should they choose snakes?" asked Rosa Riyadi who was holding Mr W's arm.

"Because snakes are synonymous with rat-eaters!" take Mr. W seriously.

"What does that mean?" asked Rosa Riyadi.

Just as Mr. W was about to answer his wife's question, Hansen interrupted from a distance. He answered his mother-in-law's question while walking followed by Great General Hanan.

"The mouse symbolizes corruptors or domestic enemies, which is why the snake symbol is very suitable to be pinned to describe the mission vision of the Red Eagle. Despite the fact that we have never dealt directly with domestic enemies other than the spreaders of terror such as Number, and other criminal organizations." Hansen explained in detail, while the Great General Hanan waited for Hansen to finish his sentence then said,

"For an outsider who hasn't been directly involved in military affairs since the president's change, you really know things about Red Eagle very well huh, Mr W!"

"I've understood the meaning of the snake, but what does the red moon behind it mean?" rosa Riyadi was curious.

"I didn't know that the mother-in-law was so attracted to the emblem of a military group, was there a special meaning behind your question?" hansen asked with a smile.

"I ask because this emblem has something to do with my son-in-law, isn't it natural for a mother-in-law to have curiosity about everything related to her daughter-in-law!?" rosa Riyadi replied rather annoyedly.

"The "red moon symbolizes the journey of the Red Eagle involved with the bloodshed. The moon also symbolizes the identity of Red Eagle members who are difficult to know. In accordance with the phenomenon of a rare blood moon, as well as the action of a red eagle flying over it while gripping a snake which also includes a series of very rare events. In addition to the rarity that illustrates the layered protection of the Red Eagle identity, the fact that the Moon only shines when night also means something else. Meaning that Red Eagle can shine bright even in the dark."

"Did it all answer your question, my wife?" ask Mr. W gently.

"Sure!" rosa Riyadi replied with a sincere smile.

Hansen who is not accustomed to the atmosphere can only swallow while imagining how they are when the marriage of Andini and himself takes place. Both seem distant because they have different opinions with the marriage. Plus the disappearance of Mr. W after the wedding is over, with the reason to want to take care of the family business outside the city. Since then, Mr. W has never shown the trunk of his nose, and has completely disappeared without a trace. Hansen was curious to find out the existence of his father-in-law by utilizing his connections in the past, but did not find any results to make him assume that his father-in-law is someone who is quite mysterious. The only thing he knows is, Mr. W who is quite close to Andini and is sweet when he knows Andini is willing to marry Hansen, to his indifference to his wife at the moment of Hansen's wedding.

'They don't look like two lovers who have had a fight. The two seemed so harmonious, when yes I could be close to Andini ... ' Hansen thought as he recalled his encounter with Andini which always ended ambiguously, he even said divorce on both sides. Hansen seemed a little lethargic, remembering that he had prepared divorce papers with Andini. All that he did when he saw Andini drunk with Herry Wijaya at home without feeling guilty and even humbled himself. Though Andini was drunk, Hansen was still deeply wounded enough to think about ending his relationship with Andini. Moreover, there is Zaskia who had been involved with him while in a state of heavy drunkenness. Despite the fact that he and Zaskia had been close all along, it was just a mere impingement for Hansen. All because he still had quite deep feelings for Andini.

"Are you okay, Mr X?" asked the Great General Hanan while patting Hansen's shoulders which looked lethargic and dissolved in his daydream.

"Ah .. nothing."

"I'm just a little reminded of the past" Hansen replied with a fake smile.

"Forget about it!"

"There's something important that I have to tell you, for that, quickly lend me your ears!" whispered the Great General Hanan.

As Hansen brought his ears closer together, the Great General Hanan whispered again,

"Although they're your in-laws, secrets are secrets, you know?"

"Can you ask them to use blinders like outsiders?"

"Ah ... , sure!" Hansen stepped forward, then took out a pair of black cloths that he had prepared inside his pants pocket. Staring at his two in-laws who were standing some distance away, Hansen said, "Can you use the blindfold for a moment"

"Ah .. fine then!" rosa Riyadi replied while allowing the great General Hanan to tie the black cloth he was carrying to cover his eyes. Meanwhile, Hansen waits for his father-in-law's approval before putting up his black cloth.

Feeling somewhat doubtful, Hansen asked, "Can you please remove the sunglasses first so that I can easily tie the black cloth?"

Instantly the atmosphere became tense, both Great General Hanan and Rosa Riyadi gasped in shock at Hansen's question. The two were so shocked to learn how protective Mr W was of the sunglasses. When someone asks him to open his glasses, he will finish off the person if he continues to corner him to do so. That's why, other than his wife and daughter, no one has ever seen Mr. W open his glasses willingly.

'He wants to die!!' great General Hanan thought in a panic. His eyes were fixed on Hansen but his body trembled as it might not be able to protect him from the rampage of a Monster like Mr. W.

"T .. please jang ... " Rosa Riyadi was intent on holding back her husband's emotions that might otherwise flare up, but soon stopped after Mr W said, "Alright!"

"Eh ...!?" Rosa Riyadi and General Besar Hanan were surprised by Mr W's response.

'Imstrapped!'

'Why does he agree so easily!?'

'But this is also a good thing for me!'

'In this way I can eliminate one of the three curious things that still haunt me today!'

'The image behind the navy monster's sunglasses!' great General Hanan thought with eyes focused on Mr. W's glasses.

Great General Hanan seemed curious as did Hansen, unfortunately the curiosity he had to hold back because Mr. W did not allow him to see.

"What are you doing!?"

"Quick turn around if you don't want me to finish!" Mr. W snapped at the great general Hanan with a domineering aura.

"Ba .. alright!" The great general Hanan immediately turned around and did not dare to turn away from his position. His high curiosity still lost his fear of Mr. W's rampage.

Shortly after the Great General Hanan turned around, Mr. W opened his glasses. And the appearance behind the glasses is also clearly visible.

The right eye is red and the left eye is blue. Both of her eyes look beautiful like jewels. To Hansen's surprise, it occurred to him that Mr. W was hiding a wound behind his glasses.

"Stop looking me in the eye, and quickly use your blindfold!"

"I show you these eyes because you have become my son-in-law, but please don't tell anyone else about this. I really don't like these abnormal eyes!" said Mr. W with a look of annoyance and clenched hands.

"Although it looks pretty?" hansen asked curiously.

'Ca ... beautiful!?'

'So it wasn't a terrible wound around the eye circles!?'

'What's the monster's eyes like!?' Great General Hanan tried to restrain himself from turning back because of his curiosity. His mind is rebellious and constantly worried to choose fear or curiosity. After a fairly intense inner debate, Great General Hanan was forced to turn around and put his curiosity first. Unfortunately by then Mr. W's eyes were already covered by a black cloth.

'Damn it!'

'I turned around too late!' great General Hanan thought with a disappointed look.

"What's wrong with you?"

"Let's help me get them into the Shelter!" Hansen glanced at the Great General Hanan in confusion.

"Alright," Great General Hanan replied disappointedly.
