Chapter 100: Corridor

Jaya Chandra's extended family, a mafia family once considered the most dangerous and feared in the underworld.

Like the mafia in general, Jaya Chandra's family also often conduct illegal activities such as drug sales, kidnappings, human trafficking, even to research with humans as the object. Of course, they do these activities in secret and never leave a trace of crime.

After getting off the futuristic train then entered one of the underground headquarters belonging to the Jaya Chandra family, Hansen was presented by a long corridor with hundreds of doors and a glass wall that was locked tightly to his right and left.

Dozens of doctors in each room, seem busy dissecting the human body that is bound to live. The cries of the suffering of the objects of research did not escape everyone's ears.

As everyone's mood stiffened, none of the people who came with Hansen did not look depressed as they clenched their hands together. As if they also actually do not like what they are hearing and seeing.

"What's the need to disable the soundproof system and show you something behind the glass wall?"

"What exactly is that person planning?" muttered one of the girls standing right beside Hansen.

"Don't ignore the unnecessary, ignore and just continue our steps! There are still hundreds more rooms to go through!" muttered Rose with a face that looked disturbed. His hands clenched tightly, while his body trembled slightly. It was obvious that he did not like the situation either.

Hansen was silent and attentive, though at first glance he was sure that those who controlled him did not fully agree with the heinous act.

Previously, Jaya Chandra's family was related to rumors of kidnapping and illegal research on the human body. But there was never any evidence of it, because they were somehow so good at hiding it all.

There is a reason why they are so feared in the underworld, which is because they can eliminate other large Mafia groups in just a matter of days.

Although the level of danger is not as far as Law Breaker who can eliminate several countries, this mafia family is still quite dangerous.

Even so, somehow such a large family could vanish without a trace in just a matter of days.

'What exactly made this Jaya Chandra mafia family choose to sell all their assets then disappear without a trace?'

'Is it possible they disappeared because of Law Breaker? That group didn't appear shortly after this family disappeared?' Hansen thought quite hard while following everyone's footsteps.

"To .. please stop, this hurts! Somebody help me!" the screams of one of the research subjects sounded quite loud in everyone's ears. His voice sounded much younger than the screams of the others. And sure enough when Hansen looked, to the source of the voice, he found the figure of a little boy being dissected in a conscious state.

"Based monster! Even the little ones they made the subject of research!!" Hansen appears to show his red eyes and wants to jump in to help the little girl. But Rose stopped him by patting Hansen on the shoulder and saying, "Every surgeon is a high-level fighter. You can't handle them now. Didn't I tell you not to do unnecessary things?"

"Is your conscience gone?" Hansen asked annoyedly.

"Just like the Number who put the explosive chip in your head, we have it in our heads. It's just not the number that put it up but them. If you do anything unnecessary, Nonaku .. I mean the commander will .. ," Rose tried to explain through a gentle whisper.

"Do you need to tell me?" The voice of a man sounded quite clear far from before them. The man stepped from the end of the corridor while wearing the suit of a scientist. All-white clothing with scissors and needles in different hands.

His face was covered in a mask, his hair was white with slippery parts that he could not cover, while his eyes were covered in sunglasses.

'His hair style is like an aged scientist, but the pressure cannot be underestimated. Who exactly is he?' Hansen was silent.
