Chapter 44. Pregnancy Signs

Alan is in his office. When he was busy with his work, Bagas suddenly came to see him. That made Alan wonder. He asked what needs made Bagas come to his office.

Bagas explained that he only wanted to offer Alan to take a drug that could trigger his memory back. Bagas wants Alan to be able to remember all his past.

But, hearing that Alan thought hard. He hesitated to accept Bagas' offer. He still remembered what was feared. That is, Alan who remembers his past may not accept it. Alan is also afraid of this. He did not want to hurt Dini.

"If it's business later. After all, I've prepared everything if it does happen" Alan replied calmly.

Bagas knew that he could not force Alan. Although Alan forgot about his past, but his attitude remained the same. He cannot be forced if he does not want to do so. Though this Bagas Alan immediately remembered his past. He wanted to see after that, Alan would accept Early or not.

Since his first meeting with Dini, Bagas could not forget Dini. His face was still in his memory. He hoped that Dini would be his. And it happens if Alan remembers his past, Sonia.

The days of Alan and Dini were so happy. Alan was very pleased with Early's attention to him. Every day Early always prepared Alan's needs. He also became accustomed to depending on Dini. Dini so painstakingly takes care of herself. Hence sometimes Alan also likes to be spoiled on Dini.

In addition, Alan also likes to invite Dini to dinner outside the house. Sometimes they go to restaurants and sometimes they eat in simple stalls on the side of the road. It makes them know each other better.

"Din, how? Are there any signs?", asked Mira suddenly.

The question Mira asked was ambiguous. Confused to answer what. She did not understand the meaning of her mother-in-law's question at all.

"That's a good sign you're pregnant" Mira said as she looked at her daughter-in-law's bewildered face.

The words made Alan choke. She did not expect her mother to ask this question at the dinner table. Dini also became shocked to see Alan who suddenly choked. He immediately gave Alan a glass of water to drink.

"Ma, we've only been married for a few days. She was pregnant with Ma" Alan replied.

"Ma, ma, it was like that!" said Ibnu who was ashamed of his wife's question. "But, you guys have done that, right? Yeah, which means we'll soon have Ma's granddaughter".

Mira smiled and nodded in agreement with Ibnu. He also can't wait to pet his adorable grandson.

"Pa!", said Alan firmly.

Alan looked towards Dini who was bowed in shame. He was very dizzy with the behavior of his parents who were always outspoken.

Mira apologizes to Dini when she finds out Dini is embarrassed to hear their words. I don't know why Mira always can't control her mouth and must make her daughter-in-law embarrassed.

It's eleven o'clock at night. But Alan was still in his study. From the completion of the Isya prayer he had been there. Early waiting for Alan in the room could not stand it anymore. He went to the kitchen and made some snacks to accompany Alan who was still working.

After a few minutes of struggling in the kitchen, Dini brought the results of her cooking to Alan's workroom. At the door of the room, Dini knocked. Alan was astonished, who was knocking on that door.

"Who?", asked Alan from inside.

"This, I'm Mas", replied Dini.

"In Din" said Alan when he found out it was his wife.

Alan's eyes sparkled to see the wife enter with a dish for him. Put that on Alan's desk. Alan saw fries, fried bananas and a cup of hot coffee.

"Thank you. You are very attentive" said Alan touched.

"Apaan sih Mas. Don't do it ah. I will be embarrassed", said Dini who was embarrassed at being seduced by her husband. "This is called encouragement" said Dini again.

Alan smiled at Early's words. He held the hand Early. "But, my real encouragement is you" Alan said, drawing his hand until he sat on Alan's lap.

Alan immediately hugged Dini from behind and leaned his head on Dini's back. Dini could only smile to accept her husband's treatment. He was very pleased with Alan's spoiled attitude towards him.

"Why tired?", asked Dini.

Alan nodded his head which was still attached to Early's back. He has been complaining about his work a lot lately. Alan also apologized for not being able to accompany Dini.

"Can't accompany me or Mas who wants to be accompanied?", asked Dini while taking a fries.

Then, he brought the fries he had taken to Alan's mouth. Alan gladly accepted it. He was so happy to treat her like that.

"Often yes", Alan's pinta on Early.

Dini smiled and then pinched the man's nose. He was very anxious with Alan's spoiled attitude. He hoped they would stay like this forever.
