Chapter 28. Go home

Ibnu was pacing at the door of his room. His face looked so worried. And at that moment, his phone rang. But, to his dismay he instantly turned it off. But his phone rang again. He saw on his cell phone screen the name Gilang.

"Hello, what's wrong Gilang?" ibn answered Gilang's call. Then he listened to the reply from Gilang. The worried face turned into a smile. "Alhamdulillah, are you serious Lang? Yes already. Then you send me the location let me get there immediately".

How happy Ibnu got the news that Alan was alive and well. He wanted to tell this to his wife immediately.

Clamps! The door of the room opened and Dr. Roy came out and declared that Mira, Ibnu's wife must rest completely. It should not be much of a thought and should consume food. However, do not let Mira not eat at all. Doctor Roy also asked Ibnu not to talk about something that could trigger his stress.

"Hello Gilang's. Looks like we can't get Alan there. Because, my wife is sick" said Ibnu full of sadness. "Please bring Alan back to see his mother. Who knows, his mother can recover as before after seeing Alan", continued Ibnu.

Then, Ibn listened to the reply of Gilang. And after that he thanked Gilang for helping him a lot.

After closing his call, he went back into his room. He took his wife's hand and put their fingers together.

"Honey, Alan's coming home to see you. Quickly heal. I miss you so much and your smile" Ibnu said, kissing the back of his wife's hand.

Gilang who just got word from Ibn immediately looking for Alan back. He asked Alan to speak with four eyes. And they went back to the porch.

Gilang also told Alan that he had received a call from his father that Alan's mother was sick. So, they can't come here and ask Alan to come back to see them.

Alan's face looked confused. His heart did not want to leave this village at all and also did not want to be far from Dini. Alan, who also forgot his parents, offered to stay in the village while waiting for the person called his mother to recover.

Gilang became confused by Alan's answer. Glad to understand that Alan still feels foreign to all of this. So he would rather stay in this village than go back to his house. Glad not good at persuading. He thought he needed Early help to persuade Alan. Because Dini is very close to Alan at the moment.

"So like this. Alan's mother is sick and they can't come to see Alan. So, Alan had to go home to meet them. I told Alan, but he wouldn't. So, you need your help to persuade Alan to come home. Pity his mother is sickly since losing Alan", explained Gilang at length.

Dini also smiled and agreed to Gilang's request. Deep in his heart was just like Alan. Not wanting to be away from him. Now sadness came to his heart. But, again Dini should not be selfish. "alright. This is you asking. I'm going home. But, I'll come back for you. I promise I'll propose to you soon" Alan replied with a smile.

"No Alan, you don't have to promise me to come back. Our world is different. I am a country girl, while you are a man with all the luxuries you have. I may not be worthy to be with you. Promise me to always be happy".

"And my happiness is you. How can I be happy when my happiness is far from me. Never mind, you mean me. I will keep my promise", continued Alan to convince Dini.

Early was silent because there was no more speech that he could throw to evade. Because Dini really wants to live with Alan too. But, Dini doubted whether the Alan family people would approve of their relationship.
