Get used to You (Amnesia CEO Love Story)
Chapter 3. Forgetting Memory

He brought Alan home. Arriving at his house, his mother and Abah were shocked to see Dini carrying a man.

"Din, who is he?", asked Abah.

"Please Bah first, later Early story", Pinta Dini.

Abah also helps Dini, and brings Alan into the house and puts him on the sofa. Alan seemed to have fainted again while on the road.

After that, Dini also told me all the events where he found Alan who was drifting in the river. Sarah, Dini's mom saw a pretty wide bruise on Alan's forehead. He was also very happy to see the condition of the man in front of him.

"Din, take cold water and compress the bruise, and take the ointment to make the bruise" said Sarah told Dini.

Dini immediately took the cold water and medicinal ointment as her mother ordered. After which, Dini carefully compressed Alan. Then, suddenly Alan began to wake up and groan in pain.

"Thank God, you are conscious again" said Dini relieved.

Abah helps Alan to sit down. Then, Mom went to the kitchen to make tea for Alan. Alan was again confused because he was already inside a house.

"Where am I?", asked Alan puzzled.

"Son, you're in my house" replied Abah.

"Who are you?", asked Alan again as soon as he saw the two strangers before him.

"They're my parents" replied Dini who was sitting next to Alan.

Then Alan looked at Dini. He remembered that woman who had given him help. Alan looked at Dini who was smiling at him. Sweet, sweet smile, that's how Alan's heart said.

A smile that made Alan's heart feel warm. A smile that instantly calmed Alan's heart. There was a sense of interest in Alan towards Dini back then.

Mom came to bring Alan a cup of tea. Mother told Alan to drink the tea immediately, so that Alan more relaxed.

"Oh, where do you live? And why did it get washed up in the river?", asked Dini.

Hearing Early's question, Alan became confused. His forehead wrinkled, forcing his head to remember something. However, the harder Alan tried, the harder the memory became.

Alan wondered why there was nothing on his mind. Dini said he was drifting in the river. How did that happen? Alan did not understand.

Although Alan tried to remember again, in his first memory was Dini who helped him earlier. Alan suddenly felt his head throbbing when it was strong like a balloon that was blown and would soon erupt. Alan groaned while holding his back head.

"Why are you?", asked Dini who was worried to see the man before her in pain.

Alan shook his head. He didn't want to see Dini worry about him, "Sorry Din, I don't seem to be able to answer your question just now".

"Okay, then can we know whose name you are?", asked Dini who was curious and wanted to confirm something.

Yes, Dini was a little surprised by Alan's attitude. The man before him looked dazed. Moreover, he could not answer why he could drift in the river and where it came from. Dini had suspected that the man before her had lost his memory. And one more question if he can't answer it means that Dini's conjecture is true.

And again Alan felt a tremendous dizziness and pulse in his head. Alan whimpered in pain while holding his head. Dini and her parents became increasingly panicked to see Alan who was in such pain as a possessed person.

"My head hurts if I remember something" said Alan, who was still holding his head.

"Yes, then don't be forced" replied Dini.

"Why? Why can't I remember my name?", said Alan confused and sad.

"It looks like you've lost your memory. Maybe because your head hit the rocks in the river" explained Dini.

Alan seemed to think. Maybe what Dini said is true. He has lost his memory. There was nothing in Alan's mind.

"It agrees, but a hospital with complete facilities does not exist in our city. We have to get out of town again. You remind mbok Sri, the ends of which are referred to hospitals outside the city" explained Abah.

"Absolutely not workable Bah? Poor to see him like that" Mother continued.

"It can, but maybe the day after Abah can drive him".

He looked at Alan's face. Early not until the heart sees the condition of the man in front of him. He was worried something bad would happen to him.

Alan turned to look at Dini who was looking at him. He smiled at Alan. A smile that said Alan would be fine. Alan smiled back at Dini.

Perhaps after seeing Early smile, Alan calmed down. However, it was different from the Early Heart. His heart is not okay. Dini covered her nervousness by turning her face away.

Oh, God, why me? How is this wrong behavior? O Allah why did you send this one handsome creature before the servant? Where the smile is so sweet again, Dini said in her heart.

Yes, maybe this is already the destiny of Early and Alan. They both have conflicts in their relationship. Dini who is staying married by Revelation. Then, Alan whose relationship with Sonia is not sanctioned by his parents.

"Sir, ma'am, there's no need to bother going to the hospital. I feel good though. If I don't try to remember my past, my head won't hurt" Alan said.

"Can't do it dong. Anyway, we should check.... ", I haven't finished talking.

"Din, I'm fine. There's nothing to worry about", cut Alan who saw Dini seem worried about him.

Eventually, they followed Alan's wishes. Mom told Alan to clean himself up first. Alan obeyed mother's orders.

Then, she went to the room looking for an Abah suit for Alan to wear. Just then, a voice suddenly sounded that uttered a greeting in front of their house. Abah said hello and went out to see him.

"Is this crowded?", asked Abah confused.

"Sorry Abah, we saw Nak Dini carrying a man. We just want to know who the man is", asked Edi one of the villagers politely.

Then Abah called Dini out to explain to the villagers. Abah deliberately told Dini to explain so that there is no misunderstanding. Because it was Dini who was questioned by the villagers. So, Dini had to explain it herself.

Dini was also willing to explain who the man she was carrying earlier. He tells how he initially found it in the river until he brought it home. And do not forget also Dini tell about his amnesia.

"Why Did You Get Into the River? Isn't it forbidden to go there?" ask Mr. Edi.

"Sorry sir, but I'm okay. After all, it may have been arranged sir, otherwise my friend may not be saved", explained Dini.

"Thank God that Early Child is okay. Then does he need to be taken to the hospital?", asked Edi again.

"It looks like he's doing fine sir. He doesn't want to trouble us he said".

"It's okay he's still thinking about other people. But, is he going to stay here?".

"Because Mr. Edi asked that question, I would like to ask the fathers and mothers for permission for the man to stay here".

"We talked about it. If you live with Early Child, we do not agree. Sorry, I'm afraid there's slander".

Abah and Dini understood the thoughts of the villagers. Then Abah had an idea.

"What if the man lives in the barn next to my house? The barn is separate from my home. I still eat and shower in my house. Or are some of you willing to help the man?" said Abah.

The citizens looked at each other. None of them could help the man. Not only do they have no place to live but also because of their economic situation.

And in the end the villagers agreed with Abah's proposal. Now Dini was relieved because she could help the man. After all, I don't know why he would be willing if the man was far away from him.
