Elias drives his car leaving the Hospital parking lot with painful feelings, but fortunately Elias's mind is still sane. Elias was still encouraging if it was possible that what he or Professor Wigih saw about Fragrance and the man she was with was nothing like what she thought at the moment. But still along this journey Elias still think that makes him lose his concentration in driving and....

"Aaaaaagh... !!

A shout sounded from out there, making Elias suddenly brake suddenly until it stops and almost hit the steering wheel of his car.

"Astaghfirullah's... Huh.huh..."

His heart was beating so fast that Elias held his breath and began to gasp afterwards. After catching his breath for a moment, he started to regain his sanity and Elias hurriedly got out of his car.

"Sorry mom, is she okay? Is anyone hurt?" It turned out that Elias who was daydreaming when driving was almost hit a woman who was about to cross and now the woman was sitting on the street right in front of Elias' car because of his shock. Luckily Elias braked his car just in time so that the woman did not get hit by Elias' car. It's just that the incident just made some motorists stop asking about their circumstances and some people also warned to be careful when driving or crossing the road.

The woman did not answer Elias's question. Maybe because he was still in shock, he just remained silent and gasped for breath while holding his chest with a deathly pale face and trembling body. The bewildered Elias finally helped the woman stand up and led her to pull over to the streets and sat her in a street vendor chair that happened to be nearby.

"Sir, please wait here a minute, I want to pull my car over first." Ujara Elias to the woman who was taken quietly without a voice by the woman. Elias ran to his car and did not return to the place where the woman was sitting after parking her car properly.

Elias handed him a bottle of mineral water he had just bought from the street vendor where they were sitting.

"Thank you." Finally the young woman who might be younger than Elias made a sound after she finished drinking.

The woman shook her head.

"I'm sorry I had to turn it down because we don't know each other, I'm not used to the same car as strangers except with angkot drivers or taxi drivers online." The word of rejection from the young woman instantly made Elias gawk. At first glance the young lady before him was exactly someone he knew, the one who always rejected him when the women out there adored him.

"Why do you think about fragrant again at a time like this?" In his heart Elias cursed himself.

"Haha... I'm just kidding, don't tense up... But really I do not need to be escorted, where I live close to here just walk, anyways I crossed the road to the bookstore there." The young lady explained as she pointed towards the bookstore not far from where they were talking at the moment.

"Ohh... That's so..." Elias said while scratching the nape of his neck that did not itch.

"The one who has to be careful." The woman replied to Elias. Elias simply replied with a smile and a nod of the head then the woman actually left from before him. Meanwhile Elias was still staring at the woman from behind until the young woman deflected her steps into a bookstore she had intended. Elias then goes to his car and leaves.

Suddenly a message came in from Elias' phone while the man was driving. Elias ignored her, remembering that he almost hit someone and he did not want to repeat his carelessness just to peek at the contents of the message from his phone who was out of nowhere.

Elias had just opened his phone when he had just parked his car in the parking area of his apartment. And it really made his heart that had just calmed back rustle. The message was from Fragrance.

"Doc Night, did Doctor Elias go to the Hospital to find me? What is it gonna take, Doc? Oh yeah, thanks for the food." That is the content of the fragrant message.

"Yes, it just happened to pass by and stop by." Reply Elias and only replied again with "Oh" only by Wangi.

Not wanting to think too late Elias got out of his car and got in through the elevator to get to his apartment unit on the fifth floor. Upon arrival he immediately focused on struggling again with his laptop to complete his work. But the most important thing about it is so that his mind does not come back to thinking about Fragrance.

The next day Elias came to the Hospital and worked as usual. When he arrived at the Hospital Elias already did not find Fragrance in their workspace because Fragrance at that time had returned to his home at the exact time the picket was completed. There was a sense of relief in Elias' heart, frankly he might feel awkward if he remembered his heart that was upset last night when he thought of Fragrance with another man besides himself.

Phonsel in the pocket of Elias's suit reads, looks it's a call from the ER, without a second thought Elias picked it up.

"Hallo Doctor Elias, there's an emergency patient due to an accident, we need you right now." Said a nurse who served in the ER from her phone call.

"Well, I'll be there, please check the vitals first, who's there?" Elias said, asking.

"Here there is only Koas and Doctor Erika, I have called Professor Wigih because the patient is very severe but the Professor is doing an operation that will be completed in about thirty minutes, so he suggested to call Dr. Elias." The nurse's light.

"Okay, I'm still on this road, coming soon." Elias said as he ran and dragged Sandy to come with him when he accidentally passed him, even Sandy did not have time to let out his voice when he was about to greet Elias.

"Hey... They're just gonna call you why I'm taking you with me?" Sandy's protest could not resist Elias's invitation.

"Well, what's wrong with helping a friend and a patient who needs help?" Sergey Elias and Sandy could only roll their eyes off guard and follow Elias's quick steps without wanting to refute him again.

Arriving in the ER Room how shocked Elias turned out to be not only one patient but five people and two of them suffered serious injuries. While there are only two third-year resident doctors and three koas without a senior doctor as a companion.

"What the fuck?! Not just one but five patients?" Elias stared at the nurse who had contacted him.

"Hey... You didn't take me but dragged me El." Sahut Sandy while approaching the patient handled by Erika.

"Doctor Sandy, I'm glad the doctor came in, the patient is semi-conscious, his left shoulder is torn and it looks like his leg is also broken, we can confirm if it has been X-rayed." Bright Erika.

"How's the vita tool?" Ask Sandy.

"Everything's good Doc." Answer Erika.

"Good, in the meantime we stop the bleeding before we sew the cut." Said Sandy who was embraced by Erika and the two of them immediately did their duty carefully.

Meanwhile Elias checked one patient after another until a cry was heard from a female Koas.

"Doctor please, the patient has convulsions!" Hearing that cry Elias immediately ran over. Without seeing who Koas the woman who shouted earlier, Elias immediately checked and did help as soon as possible for the patient who had the seizure.

After all was under control, Elias again grumbled.

"Why is Koas left to act alone in the ER? Where's your escort doctor?" Elias asked indignantly without seeing the woman and remained busy checking again the patient in front of him, the female Koas also did not see Elias properly because they were too afraid to look at the angry senior.

"i's that... There was a Doctor Alpha with us but two hours ago there was an emergency call calling him." Answer with stammering.

Elias who turned his body to face the female Koas immediately clenched his mouth back when he was about to say something. His facial expression implied shock.

"You?" It was all that came out of Elias' mouth when he saw the female Koas clearly. And the woman Koas turned to Elias after hearing Elias' ambiguous question.

"You?" The female Koas asked the same question when she looked at Elias' face while pointing at the fierce senior.

Yes, the female Koas turned out to be a young woman who was almost hit by Elias last night.
