Ep. 29 Unexpected Stories

Galih smiled after reading a reply to a message from Wangi.

"Freak girl." Galih muttered in the heart.

"Drag, baby... Here's how we eat the cake together." Call her mama while opening the wet cake package of typical Yogyakarta market snacks such as Legomoro, Yangko, until Gethuk was there.

"Yes ma..." Galih replied while keeping her phone back in her pants pocket and then walked over to her mother.

"Honey, Doctor Fragrant can't come to eat with us." Said his mother in a sad tone.

"I'm not busy ma, after all Fragrance is clear." Galih tried to calm the disappointment of his mother.

"Don't know your mom likes baperan, besides we can invite Fragrance and her family to eat together when papa comes home from here." Sahut Ridwan chimed while teasing his wife.

"Oh papa, do you know what baperan means?" Bales Ratna sewot on her husband.

Meanwhile, Galih went straight to Mushola in the Hospital. Taking water and then immediately fulfill the obligation of prayer dzuhur. After a few minutes, he finally finished his prayer. He came out of the Mushola but did not leave the place. Galih actually sat on the terrace of Mushola and his eyes looked like he was thinking about something.

"Ohhhh...."

Galih took a long breath. He remembered something his Komundanya Rendra aka his papa Wangi told him that night. The night when he drove Wangi home after knowing his papa relationship with his Command, as well as the night where he felt unwell and Fragrant gave him medicine.

That night after making sure Wangi entered the house Galih immediately forwarded his car to return to his dormitory. But just about to enter the gate of the Commander's dormitory, Rendra Wangi papanya called him and asked him to meet him in front of a mini market located not far from the dormitory. "Sit down Wih, uh wait... You better buy coffee in this mini market first as well as some snacks, because we will chat long enough. This is the money." Said Rendra while reaching into the wallet that was in his pants pocket.

"Don't I bring you here." Said Ridwan but Galih still rejected it.

"It's okay om, I'm there." Galih who still refused him made Rendra give up.

Galih went into the mini market and bought her Command coffee and skin nuts and wafers as a light snack, while she chose to buy bear milk considering her body feels less vit. After that he returned to where Rendra sat with a coffee cup that was still steaming along with other groceries.

"This is the coffee." Galih put the hot coffee right in front of Rendra while putting a packet of peanuts and wafer.

"Lho you don't copy, huh?" Ask Rendra who did not see Galih's coffee.

"I'll just drink this." Answer Galih while showing the milk of the bear he bought earlier.

"Ohh..." Rendra Reply.

Ridwan sipped his coffee slowly and carefully because it was still very hot.

"Switch... There's something I want to tell you, but please listen to me first until the end, maybe what I'll say later makes you surprised or uncomfortable." Said Rendra who started talking seriously.

"Okay, I'll listen to you until the end." Reply Galih who started to feel curious in his heart.

"Look... You must have known if my father Ridwan and I were old friends?" Galih nodded as the answer.

"We have been friends since we were in Junior High until we were in High School.
